in this paper,we investigate covert communications under multi-antenna detection,and explore the impacts of the warden’s channel state information(cSi)availability and the noise uncertainty on system covert *** detection performa.ce at warden is analyzed in two cases under the perfect and statistical cSi at warden,*** particular,for the former one,the warden utilizes the likelihood ratio(LR)detector,while for the latter one,the generalized likelihood ratio(GLR)detector is *** first consider the scenario where the blocklength is finite,and demonstrate that the covert rate under both cases asymptotically goes to zero as the blocklength goes to ***,we take the noise uncertainty at the warden into account which leads to positive covert rate,and characterize the covert rate for infinite ***,we derive the optimal transmit power for the legitimate transmitter that maximizes the covert ***,the rate gap under two cases,with different cSi availability at the warden,can be presented in closed ***,numerical results validate the effectiveness of our theoretical analysis and also demonstrate the impacts of the factors studied on the system covertness.

The blood-brain barrier(BBB) keeps poisons and infections out of the brain. Some viruses can pass through this barrier and replicate in the central nervous system(cNS). Velogenic Newcastle disease virus(VNDV) is a neurotropic virus that causes avian nonsuppurative encephalitis. VNDV often develops into a chronic infection that seriously affects poultry health in partially immune birds. The routes by which the virus enters the chicken brain are poorly understood. in this study, we discovered that VNDV increased BBB permeability in vivo and in vitro by breaking the tight junction protein zona occludens-1(ZO-1) continuity of chicken brain microvascular endothelial cells(chBMEcs). By investigating the susceptibility of chBMEcs to NDV infection, we found that VNDV but not lentogenic NDV was detected in the basolateral compartment in transwell assays after apical infection, suggesting that efficient replication and transcellular transport of the virus across the BBB in vitro. Furthermore, viral replication and BBB permeability were reduced during the early stage of infection by using the dynamin inhibitor dynasore. Our data demonstrate that VNDV invades the chicken brain by infecting and damaging the tight junction of chBMEcs directly to increase BBB permeability. VNDV could infect chBMEcs via endocytosis. As a result, our findings provide compelling evidence for VNDV entrance into the brain via the BBB, paving the way for the development of medications for NDV prevention and therapy.

Designing and synthesizing crystalline porous thermosetting polymers （cPTPs） with ordered porous structures remains a significant ***,we create a strategy to prepare cPTPs by synthesizing covalent organic framework （cOF）monoliths using the solvent-free flux synthesis *** olefin-linked cOF with an ultramicroporous structure is fabricated,exhibiting good crystallites,excellent chemical stability,and periodic ultramicroporous *** to traditional thermosetting polymers,the cOF undergoes a melt→curing process that generates robust monoliths with good mechanical ***,this cOF monolith exhibits outstanding thermal insulation and flame-retardancy ***,the distinctive pore environment and optimal pore dimensions of the cOF facilitate a pronounced separation effect for c3H4/*** mixture breakthrough experiments confirm that this cOF can efficiently remove trace amounts of c3H4from c3H4/c3H6（0.1/99.9 and 1/99,v/v） mixtures to produce highly pure *** work bridges the gap between thermosetting polymers and cOFs,and points out a new direction for thermosetting polymers.

We present the first theoretical study on heavy-flavor jet angularities(λ_(α)^(κ))in Pb+Pb collisions at√SNN=5.02 Te *** initial production of heavy-flavor jets was carried out using the POWHEG+PYTHiA8 *** contrast,the SHELL transport model describes jet evolution in the quark-gluon plasma(QGP).in p+p collisions,we observed narrower angularity distributions for D ^(0)-tagged jets than for inclusive jets,consistent with the ALicE preliminary *** then demonstrate that jet quenching in the QGP slightly widens the angularity distribution of D ^(0)-tagged jets in Pb+Pb collisions relative to that in p+p collisions for a jet transverse momentum of 10ch/T,jetcontrast,the angularity distributions of the inclusive and D ^(0)-tagged jets become narrower in Pb+Pb collisions relative to p+p atpch/T,jet>20 Ge V/c because of the strong influence of selection ***,by comparing the average angularitiesof the inclusive,D ^(0)-tagged,and B ^(0)-tagged jets with varyingαandκ,we show that the larger the quark mass,the lower the jet’svalues *** a result of the slenderer initial distribution,we predict that compared with inclusive jets,heavy-flavor jets,especially B~0-tagged ones,will suffer stronger modifications ofin Pb+Pb relative to p+p at 10ch/T,jetius,a more significant broadening of the jet angularities was predicted because of the enhanced contribution of the wide-angle particles.

Employing deep learning for pavement crack detection can significantly enhance accuracy， and federated learning can help to overcome the challenges of data silos and data security. This paper proposes a lightweight method to detect cracks. We use lightweight encoder modules to extract multi-scale features， and further feature fusion and modelling by Selective Fusion Blocks and irregular-aware Blocks. Moreover， this method is the first to combine federated learning with crack detection， effectively resolving the tension between data privacy and data sharing in decentralised devices. Experiments were conducted to compare our proposed method with other crack detection methods on two publicly available datasets， including the original method without federated learning and five state-of-the-art methods combined with the same federated learning framework. The experiment proves that our model obtains comparable F1 score with minimal parameters and computational effort. For example， compared to the original method， the number of parameters and computation are reduced by 67.1% and 73.6%， respectively.
