木瓜热泵干燥特性数值模拟及试验研究

为了提高木瓜的干燥均匀性与干燥速率,优化干燥工艺,对木瓜热泵干燥的干燥特性进行了研究。进行了单因素木瓜热泵烘干试验,并根据试验条件,抽象出数值模型进行仿真研究。通过调整模型中来流温度、湿度、速度和木瓜切片厚度等参数,得到了木瓜切片在不同参数下的干燥均匀性与温升曲线。对比试验与仿真结果得到了提高木瓜干燥工艺中均匀性与速率的优化方案。当来流温度55~70℃,湿度15%~30%,速度0.2~0.8 m/s时,提高风速可以有效提高木瓜切片烘干的均匀性和速率;试验中干燥不均匀性系数ε与模型预测值之间的最大误差为0.218,平均误差为0.064,极大值与仿真结果相比偏大36.75%;干燥前期拟合效果较好,试验中后期木瓜不均匀性系数对比模拟结果相对较高。

It has been shown clinically that continuous removal of ischemia/reperfusion-induced reactive oxygen species is not conducive to the recovery of late ***,previous studies have shown that excessive increases in hypochlorous acid after stroke can cause severe damage to brain *** previous studies have found that a small amount of hypochlorous acid still exists in the later stage of stroke,but its specific role and mechanism are currently *** simulate stroke in vivo,a middle cerebral artery occlusion rat model was established,with an oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation model established in vitro to mimic *** found that in the early stage(within 24 hours)of ischemic stroke,neutrophils produced a large amount of hypochlorous acid,while in the recovery phase(10 days after stroke),microglia were activated and produced a small amount of hypochlorous ***,in acute stroke in rats,hypochlorous acid production was prevented using a hypochlorous acid scavenger,taurine,or myeloperoxidase inhibitor,4-aminobenzoic acid *** results showed that high levels of hypochlorous acid(200μm)induced neuronal apoptosis after oxygen/glucose deprivation/***,in the recovery phase of the middle cerebral artery occlusion model,a moderate level of hypochlorous acid promoted the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells into neurons and *** suggests that hypochlorous acid plays different roles at different phases of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** levels of hypochlorous acid(5 and 100μm)promoted nuclear translocation ofβ-*** transfection of single-site mutation plasmids,we found that hypochlorous acid induced chlorination of theβ-catenin tyrosine 30 residue,which promoted nuclear ***,our study indicates that maintaining low levels of hypochlorous acid plays a key role in the recovery of neurological function.

How to balance the frequency regulation performance and the economic cost to reduce or prevent the system’s generator-tripping and load-shedding is a crucial challenge in enhancing the reliability of high-ratio renewable energy power systems. To explore the power system source-network frequency cooperative control methods, this paper takes renewable energy generators and LCC-HVDC systems as examples, analyzes the frequency regulation principle and control strategy of the main potential resources, and constructs a multi-dimensional evaluation index system for different frequency regulation measures. Further, combining the ideas of global optimization of parameters based on typical scenarios, disturbances and secondary optimization based on actual disturbances, a source-network frequency cooperative control and parameter optimization method based on the comprehensive effectiveness assessment of frequency regulation measures is proposed. Finally, based on the 2023 data of a UHVDC feeder grid and the frequency test data of a typical renewable energy power station, the PSASP software platform is used to construct a simulation model of the region's power grid after calibration. The validation and analysis of the proposed method is carried out for the typical daytime and nighttime operation modes. The results show that the source-network frequency cooperative control and parameter optimization method based on the comprehensive effectiveness assessment of frequency regulation measures proposed in the paper can significantly improve the frequency support capability of the system while considering the economic cost. © 2025 Power System Technology Press. In this study,a novel Ni-W-Co-mo medium heavy alloy (mHA) was designed to improve its mechanical strength via mo *** the Ni-42W-10Co-xm o alloy series,where x represents the weight percent of mo and varies between 0,1,2,5,and 10,the microstructure transitions from a dendritic structure to a hypoeutectic structure as the mo content increases from 0 to 5wt.%.moreover,as the mo content increases from 0to 10wt.%,the distribution of theμ-phase shifts from being individually dispersed to forming aggregates,and its volume fraction rises from 0.5%to 7.9%.Notably,theμ-phase evolves into an eutectic microstructure,which helps in minimizing the segregation of *** change is accompanied by a substantial enhancement in mechanical properties;specifically,the compressive yield strength at room temperature increases from 350 mPa to 646 mPa,indicating a significant 85%***,the microhardness increases from 230 HV to 304 *** dynamics simulations further reveal that the strengthening mechanism of Ni-42W-10Co-xm o alloys is mo-induced solid solution strengthening and precipitation strengthening.

AIm： ma Huang Tang （Ephedra decoction, mHT） is a famous classical formula from shang Han Lun by Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty. The anti-asthmatic effects of mHT and the possible mechanisms were tested. mETHOD： An asthma model was established by ovalbumin （OVA）-induction in mice. A total of forty-eight mice were randomly assigned to six experimental groups： control, model, dexamethasone （2 mg·kg^-1） and mHT （5, 10, and 20 mg·kg^-1）. Airway resistance （Raw） was measured by the forced oscillation technique, histological studies were evaluated by hematoxylin and eosin （HE） staining, Thl/Th2 and Th17 cytokines were evaluated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）, and Thl7 cells were evaluated by flow cytometry （FCm）.RESULTS： This study demonstrated that mHT inhibited OVA-induced increases in Raw and eosinophil cotmt; interleukin （IL）-4 and IL-17 levels were recovered in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, increased IFN-γ level in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. Histological studies demonstrated that mHT substantially inhibited OVA-induced eosinophilia in lung tissue. Flow cytometry studies demonstrated that mHT substantially inhibited Thl 7 ***： These findings suggest that mHT may effectively ameliorate the progression of asthma, and could be further investigated for potential use as a therapy for patients with allergic asthma,

以进一步优化插秧机的整机作业效率为研究目标,选取插秧机智能控制系统为研究对象,基于数据挖掘模型及算法理念展开实践应用探究。结合插秧机的作业特征及网控系统结构原理,从降低网络信号传输延迟及提升抗干扰能力角度搭建数据挖掘算法优化模型,并进行实际的插秧状态算法路径设计及控制指令下发,确保各个环节衔接准确。插秧作业结果表明:基于数据挖掘模型的插秧机智能化作业水平得到显著提升,挖掘算法精度与系统控制准确率分别可相对提升7.90%和5.75%,整机插植均匀度可达90.72%,对于插秧机的智能化开发与优化具有促进作用。

The extent of spermatogenic impairment on intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)outcomes and the risk of major birth defects have been little *** this study,we evaluated the relationship between various spermatogenic conditions,sperm origin on ICSI outcomes,and major birth defects.A total of 934 infertile men attending the Center for Reproductive medicine of Ren Ji Hospital(shanghai,China)were classified into six groups:nonobstructive azoospermia(NOA;n=84),extremely severe oligozoospermia(esOZ;n=163),severe oligozoospermia(sOZ,n=174),mild oligozoospermia(mOZ;n=148),obstructive azoospermia(OAZ;n=155),and normozoospermia(NZ;n=210).Rates of fertilization,embryo cleavage,high-quality embryos,implantation,biochemical and clinical pregnancies,abortion,delivery,newborns,as well as major birth malformations,and other newborn outcomes were analyzed and compared among *** NOA group showed a statistically lower fertilization rate(68.2%vs esOZ 77.3%,sOZ 78.0%,mOZ 73.8%,OAZ 76.6%,and NZ 79.3%,all Pmplantation rate(37.8%)than the groups esOZ(30.1%),sOZ(30.4%),mOZ(32.6%),and OAZ(31.0%)(all Pmilar to that of Group NZ(38.4%).However,there were no statistically significant differences in rates of embryo cleavage,high-quality embryos,biochemical and clinical pregnancies,abortions,deliveries,major birth malformations,and other newborn outcomes in the six *** results showed that NOA only negatively affects some embryological outcomes such as fertilization *** was no evidence of differences in other embryological and clinical outcomes with respect to sperm source or spermatogenic *** failure and sperm origins do not impinge on the clinical outcomes in ICSI treatment.

CuO coating layers have attracted numerous attention due to its wide application in catalysis, batteries and other areas. However, the uncontrollable precipitation process of Cu2+has made it challenging to form uniform CuO nanoshells. In this study, uniform CuO nanoshells were prepared through a delicate design. Namely, the uniform Cu2+-poly（m-phenylenediamine）(Cu-PmPD) nanoshells were constructed firstly, and then the organic parts in the Cu-PmPD were removed while uniform CuO nanoshells formed in the controllable calcination *** this method to high-voltage cathode materials, the CuO was successfully coated on the LiNi0.5mn1.5O4,which greatly reduced the transition metal dissolution and improved the electrochemical performance in lithiumion batteries.
