Poly(butylene a.ipa.e-co-terephtha.a.e)(PBa.), a.widely studied biodegra.a.le materia., ha. not effectively a.dressed the problem of pla.tic wa.te. Ta.ing into considera.ion the cost-effectiveness, upcycling PBa. should ta.e precedence over direct composting degra.a.ion. The present work a.opts a.cha.n brea.ing-crosslinking stra.egy, upcycling PBa. into dua. cova.ent a.a.ta.le networks(Ca.s). During the cha.nbrea.ing sta.e, the a.monolysis between PBa. a.d polyethyleneimine(PEI) esta.lished the primary crosslinked network. Subsequently, styrene maleic a.hydride copolymer(Sma) rea.ted with the hydroxyl group, culmina.ing in the formation of dua. cova.ent a.a.ta.le networks. In contra.t to PBa., the PBa.-dua.-Ca.s exhibited a.nota.le Young's modulus of 239 MPa. a.ongside a. inherent resista.ce to creep a.d solvents. Owing to ca.a.ysis from neighboring ca.boxyl group a.d excess hydroxyl groups, the PBa.-dua.-Ca.s exhibited fa.t stress rela.a.ion. a.ditiona.ly,they could be recycled through extrusion a.d hot-press reprocessing, while reta.ning their biodegra.a.ility. This stra.ghtforwa.d stra.egy offers a.solution for dea.ing with pla.tic wa.te.

弯剪耦合作用下大尺寸碳纤维C型梁失效损伤模式分析

为进一步探究大尺寸碳纤维C型梁结构抗弯剪屈曲的承载性能,提出了一种可同时施加弯曲和剪切载荷并任意调节弯剪比的试验装置。通过设计3种不同弯剪耦合条件进行试验载荷的加载,使用应变片监测大尺寸碳纤维C型梁结构在屈曲以及后屈曲阶段应变分布状况。通过有限元模型对基于不同损伤准则的后屈曲行为进行预测。研究结果表明:大尺寸碳纤维C型梁在抗弯和抗弯剪耦合的载荷条件下,都具有优良的后屈曲承载能力;在2种弯剪耦合条件下,试验件分别在3.28倍和2.3倍设计载荷时发生梁腹板失稳现象,试验件进入后屈曲状态,继续进行弯剪耦合载荷的加载,达到4.6倍设计载荷后,样品出现局部损伤;采用Ha.hin和La.C05准则对试验件损伤情况进行预测,破坏损伤形式分别为沿45°方向开始向外扩展和上部翼缘扭曲破坏。

“隐性壁垒”是指没有相应国际法规范约束,但在国际贸易实践中能够产生限制贸易和排除竞争效果的贸易壁垒。知识产权保护及执法情况的“声誉罚”、知识产权单边调查及制裁和将人权等其他问题引入知识产权议题是知识产权国际竞争中“隐性壁垒”的主要表现形式。知识产权“隐性壁垒”的频繁出现,是知识产权的私权属性以及国际知识产权领域私法行为公法化现象共同作用的结果。知识产权“隐性壁垒”具有单边性、霸权性以及间接影响大于直接影响的特征。“隐性壁垒”的存在导致国外企业不敢进口“涉嫌侵权”的产品,国内企业因此丧失交易机会。国内优势产业被排挤出全球产供链的风险提升,从发达国家获取技术的难度增加,导致知识产权国内保护标准被迫提升。对此,我国应当深入开展“一带一路”知识产权国际协调,与其他参与国一起应对责难,探索构建规制由国家主导的商业诋毁行为的规则,加强涉外知识产权人才培养与国际舆论治理,及时反击不实言论。
