核科学致力于研究从宇宙诞生初期到天体演化过程中的极端物质形态,一直以来是物质科学的前沿。其在今日仍不断有创造性的发现,并有着不可替代的作用。简要回顾了2023年原子核物理科技发展的前沿与热点,具体围绕长程规划与大科学装置、放射性核束物理、高能核物理、中微子物理、天体核物理等方向,其中不乏国内引领的优秀工作。而这些方向的突破为未来核科学的发展奠定了基础,也为国家安全、技术发展、人体健康和社会经济繁荣做出前所未有的贡献。

中药调控mTOR信号通路治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究进展

缺血性脑卒中(IS)是临床上较为常见的一类严重的脑血管疾病。针对其缺血损伤发生机制,通过静脉溶栓以恢复血流仍是临床上最主要最有效的治疗手段,但因静脉溶栓存在增加出血风险、治疗窗口狭窄、禁忌证多等弊端,使其在临床的应用受到限制。在未达到完全有效复流的同时,对缺血脑组织进行有效保护事关IS预后。研究发现,改善IS导致的脑损伤存在诸多通道机制,哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)信号通路就是其中之一。中医在治疗IS,尤其在改善缓解患者症状和提高生活质量方面,具有丰富的干预手段和独特优势。在IS发病后,中医药尽早介入其治疗、康复和预防复发的全过程可以充分发挥中西医协同治疗优势,保证患者获益最大化,对IS后的神经功能和运动功能恢复具有重要临床意义。诸多研究表明,中药干预手段通过调控激活mTOR信号通路,以干预和调节细胞自噬、抑制神经细胞凋亡、抑制氧化应激和炎症反应等方式有效减轻IS导致的脑损伤,对实现脑保护、改善IS预后具有积极作用,为IS的防治提供了新的治疗策略和思路。该文基于此,对mTOR信号通路在IS发病中的作用机制及近年来中药调控mTOR信号通路治疗IS的研究进展进行综述,以期为IS的中医药治疗提供新的治疗思路和系统的科学参考。

By extending the minimum spanning tree(MST)clusterization algorithm for the binding energy cut,the isospin asymmetry dependence of directed flow for isospin sensitive isobar pairs(neutrons-protons,3H-3He) is studied from low towards high incident *** modified clusterization method(MSTB) has the advantage to identify the fragments at quite early *** enhances(reduces) the production of free nucleons(fragments) over MST *** directed flow of isobaric pair3H-3He is more sensitive towards isospin asymmetry caused by MSTB than isobaric pair *** sensitivity becomes quite strong towards the high incident energy and neutron-rich reaction *** conclusion,the inclusion of binding energy in clusterization method for the flow studies has been uniquely important for understanding the isospin physics,especially for high density behavior of symmetry energy.

Zpif’s law in the field of linguistics is tested in the nuclear disassembly within the framework of isospin dependent lattice gas model. It is found that the average cluster charge (or mass) of rank n in the charge (or mass) list shows exactly an inverse order to its rank, i.e., Zpif’s law appears at the phase transition temperature. This novel criterion shall be helpful in searching the nuclear liquid gas phase transition.

We developed a simple model to calculate the interaction radii for light neutron-rich nuclei based on Coulomb-modified Glauber *** a relation of surface diffuseness of neutron distribution with the neutron separation energy of nucleus,the large increasing of nuclear interaction radii for exotic nuclei(such as ^(6)He,^(8)He,^(11)Li,^(11)Be)on ^(12)C target can be reasonably explained.

The azimuthal distributions at mid-rapidity for ^(40)Ar-induced reactions are investigated by nuclear transport *** rotation-like behavior which is one of collective motions becomes stronger with the increasing of the imp&ct parameter and weaker with the increasing of the projectile *** about 85 MeV/nucleon the rot&tion-like behvior aim os t vanishes for ^(40)Ar+^(27)Al *** the rotation-like behavior becomes weaker and the out-of-plane enhancement of particle emisBion is revealed with the increasing of target *** quantitative agreements with the experiment data are also obtained.

We study the phase structure of QCD matter in the framework of a multiphase transport model by implementing a strong local parton density fluctuation scenario. Our calculations on the beam energy dependence of net-proton high moment show that local parton density fluctuation only has a small effect. But it becomes important when all baryons are included. We then study the effect on elliptic flow and find that an enhanced local parton density fluctuation leads to a significant effect on protons but a small effect on pions. Our study provides a reference of transport dynamics on QCD phase transition phenomena and will be relevant for the upcoming phase II of the beam energy scan program at RHIC.
