Electrocatalytic 5-hydroxymethylfurfural oxidation reaction (HMFOR) provides a promising strategy to convert biomass derivative to high-value-added chemicals. Herein, a cascade strategy is proposed to construct Pd-NiCo2O4 electrocatalyst by Pd loading on Ni-doped Co3O4 and for highly active and stable synergistic HMF oxidation. An elevated current density of 800 ma cm(-2) can be achieved at 1.5 V, and both Faradaic efficiency and yield of 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid remained close to 100% over 10 consecutive electrolysis. Experimental and theoretical results unveil that the introduction of Pd atoms can modulate the local electronic structure of Ni/Co, which not only balances the competitive adsorption of HMF and OH- species, but also promote the active Ni3+ species formation, inducing high indirect oxidation activity. We have also discovered that Ni incorporation facilitates the Co2+ pre-oxidation and electrophilic OH* generation to contribute direct oxidation process. This work provides a new approach to design advanced electrocatalyst for biomass upgrading.

随着国家对环境保护的日益重视,固定污染源在线监测系统作为环保管理工作中的一项关键技术,发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章对上海市某化工园区固定污染源在线监测系统开展调查及分类,按行业统计了解固定污染源在线监测现状,对其建设、运行、联网中存在的问题进行了剖析,从采样单元、监测站房、分析及数据采集单元和运维管理情况提出可供借鉴的经验和做法。最后,建议从加强顶层设计、强化数智化监管、规范运维制度进一步规范企业在线监测运维,为持续推进固定污染源在线监测的标准化建设、规范化运行和科学化管理奠定基础。

The Learning With Errors(LWE)problem is widely used in lattice-based cryptography,which is the most promising post-quantum cryptography *** are a variety of LWE-solving methods,which can be classified into four groups:lattice methods,algebraic methods,combinatorial methods,and exhaustive *** Blum–Kalai–Wasserman(BKW)algorithm is an important variety of combinatorial algorithms,which was first presented for solving the Learning Parity With Noise(LPN)problem and then extended to solve *** this paper,we give an overview of BKW algorithms for solving *** introduce the framework and key techniques of BKW algorithms and make comparisons between different BKW algorithms and also with lattice methods by estimating concrete security of specific LWE *** also briefly discuss the current problems and potential future directions of BKW algorithms.

Cryopreservation of red blood cells(RBCs)provides great potential benefits for providing transfusion timely in *** concentrations of glycerol(20%or 40%)are used for RBC cryopreservation in current clinical practice,which results in cytotoxicity and osmotic injuries that must be carefully ***,existing studies on the low-glycerol cryopreservation of RBCs still suffer from the bottleneck of low hematocrit levels,which require relatively large storage space and an extra concentration process before transfusion,making it inconvenient(time-consuming,and also may cause injury and sample lose)for clinical *** this end,we develop a novel method for the glycerol-free cryopreservation of human RBCs with a high final hematocrit by using trehalose as the sole cryoprotectant to dehydrate RBCs and using core–shell alginate hydrogel microfibers to enhance heat transfer during *** from previous studies,we achieve the cryopreservation of human RBCs at high hematocrit(>40%)with high recovery(up to 95%).Additionally,the washed RBCs post-cryopreserved are proved to maintain their morphology,mechanics,and functional *** may provide a nontoxic,high-efficiency,and glycerol-free approach for RBC cryopreservation,along with potential clinical transfusion benefits.

This article reviews the current status on the dynamic behavior of highly stressed rocks under ***,the experimental apparatus,methods,and theories related to the disturbance dynamics of deep,high-stress rock are reviewed,followed by the introduction of scholars’research on deep rock deformation and failure from an energy ***,with a backdrop of highstress phenomena in deep hard rock,such as rock bursts and core disking,we delve into the current state of research on rock microstructure analysis and residual stresses from the perspective of studying the energy storage mechanisms in ***,the current state of research on the mechanical response and the energy dissipation of highly stressed rock formations is briefly ***,the insufficient aspects in the current research on the disturbance and failure mechanisms in deep,highly stressed rock formations are summarized,and prospects for future research are *** work provides new avenues for the research on the mechanical response and damage-fracture mechanisms of rocks under high-stress conditions.

The dioecious plant,Hippophae rhamnoides,is a pioneer species in community succession on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(QTP),plays great roles in various ecosystem ***,the males and females of the species differ both in their morphology and physiology,resulting in a change in the ratio of male to female plants depending on the *** further explore the functional traits critical to this sex-based distinctive response in the alpine grassland,we have surveyed the sex ratios,measured their photosynthetic parameters,height,leaf area and biomass *** results showed that(i)The males had higher Pn,light saturation point,apparent quantum efficiency,A_(max) and lower water-use efficiency(WUE),which exhibited higher utilization efficiency or tolerance to strong light,while the females indicated higher utilization efficiency for low light and *** it showed sex-specific biomass allocation patterns.(ii)*** populations across the successional stages all showed a male-biased sexual allocation,which was closely related to sex-specific WUE,Pn,root biomass/total biomass and root-crown ratio.(iii)The leaf traits of *** changed from higher N_(area),P_(area) and leaf mass per area in the early and late to lower in the middle,which meant they moved their growth strategy from resource rapid acquisition to conservation as the succession progressed.(iv)The increasing soil total phosphorus mostly contributed to regulating the sex bias of populations and variations of traits during the *** results are vital for the management of grassland degradation and restoration due to shrub encroachment on the QTP.

Let C=(C, E, s) be an extriangulated category. In this paper, we give the notion of ideal balanced pairs in C and some equivalent characterizations of ideal balanced pairs. We show that there is a one-to-one correspondence between balanced pairs and ideal balanced pairs satisfying certain conditions when C is of a negative first extension. We also prove that there is a bijective correspondence between ideal balanced pairs(I, J) and additive subfunctors F?E with enough projective morphisms and enough injective morphisms in C.
