目的总结ICU肠内营养患者喂养不耐受(FI)预防和管理的相关证据,为临床实践提供依据。方法系统检索中英文数据库、指南网及专业协会网站中有关ICU肠内营养患者FI预防和管理的文献,包括临床实践指南、系统评价、证据总结、专家共识、随机对照试验,检索时限为2013年1月1日—2023年3月29日。2名研究者对纳入文献进行质量评价、证据提取与汇总。结果共纳入25篇文献,其中临床实践指南5篇、证据总结3篇、系统评价11篇、专家共识1篇和随机对照试验5篇。从风险评估、预防措施、干预措施和评价4个方面总结了37条证据。结论本研究总结了ICU肠内营养患者FI预防及管理最佳证据,建议医护人员结合临床情境及患者意愿应用证据。

The laser frequency could be linked to an radio frequency through an external cavity by the combination of Pound-Drever-Hall and Devoe-Brewer locking techniques.A stable and tunable optical frequency at wavelength of 1.5μm obtained by a cavity with high finesse of 96000 and a fiber laser has been demonstrated,calibrated by a commercial optical frequency *** locking performances have been analyzed by in-loop and out-loop noises,indicating that the absolute frequency instability could be down to 50 kHz over 1 s and keep to less than 110 kHz over 2.5 ***,the application of this stabilized laser to the direct absorption spectroscopy has been *** the help of balanced detection,the detection sensitivity,in terms of optical density,can reach to 9.4×10^(-6).

为研究天然气商用车与传统商用车(柴油)的能源性质差异,阐述了燃料特性、加注设备成本、常见泄漏情形和商用车污染物及温室气体的排放情况、续航能力等内容,对天然气商用车供气系统气瓶及气路结构、原理进行分析说明,并对国内某重型商用车供气系统布置形式进行分解,制定了天然气重型商用车的装配工艺流程及工艺规范。最后,研究了GB 19239—2022《燃气汽车燃气系统安装规范》的泄漏试验操作规程,参考氮气置换技术,梳理了天然气重型商用车的氮气置换操作规程和天然气重型商用车从装配到入库的生产工艺。

Polycaprolactone (PCL) scaffolds that are produced through additive manufacturing are one of the most researched bone tissue engineering structures in the field. Due to the intrinsic limitations of PCL, carbon nanomaterials are often investigated to reinforce the PCL scaffolds. Despite several studies that have been conducted on carbon nanomaterials, such as graphene (G) and graphene oxide (GO), certain challenges remain in terms of the precise design of the biological and nonbiological properties of the scaffolds. This paper addresses this limitation by investigating both the nonbiological (element composition, surface, degradation, and thermal and mechanical properties) and biological characteristics of carbon nanomaterial-reinforced PCL scaffolds for bone tissue engineering applications. Results showed that the incorporation of G and GO increased surface properties (reduced modulus and wettability), material crystallinity, crystallization temperature, and degradation rate. However, the variations in compressive modulus, strength, surface hardness, and cell metabolic activity strongly depended on the type of reinforcement. Finally, a series of phenomenological models were developed based on experimental results to describe the variations of scaffold's weight, fiber diameter, porosity, and mechanical properties as functions of degradation time and carbon nanomaterial concentrations. The results presented in this paper enable the design of three-dimensional (3D) bone scaffolds with tuned properties by adjusting the type and concentration of different functional fillers.

In this paper, by numerical analysis the relationship of the modulation broaden index with modulation index using high-order-harmonic detection is investigated. Using the voltage modulation the 2f,4f and 6f harmonic signals about the reflection spectroscopy of 6S1/2(F = 4) →6P3/2 transition of the cesium D2 line are also be measured. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical predictions. It is found that narrower line-width can be achieved by higher-harmonic detection than the line-width detected by direct absorption when the modulation index is smaller than 1.81, 2.98 and 4.14 for 2f, 4f, and 6f signals, respectively.

Since the discovery of penicillin in 1928,antibiotics have revolutionized modern medicine by effectively treating infectious diseases and saving countless ***,the widespread development of antimicrobial resistance(AMR)now threatens the efficacy and longevity of these critical drugs.A study published in The Lancet reported that bacterial AMR contributed to approximately 4.95 million deaths globally in 2019,with 1.27 million directly attributable to AMR(Fig.1)[1].Natural products(NPs)continue to play a crucial role in discovering new antibiotics.

Lessening energy-related carbon emissions has become a crucial measure to achieve Chinese carbon *** study is the first to construct a Difference in Carbon pressures-adjusted Human Development Index(DCHDI)model for the purpose of exploring the coupling effect between carbon emissions and human development variety from 2000 to 2019 in Chinese *** demonstrate the following.(1)The total energy-related carbon footprint of 30 provinces in China reached 10.2 billion tons in 2019,with an average annual growth rate of 6.93% over the past two decades;and the provinces with the highest carbon emissions per capita are InnerMongolia,Ningxia,and Shanxi.(2)At the provincial level,we observed that the Human Development Index(HDI),which includes life expectancy,education,and income,has been rising,while Beijing,Shanghai,and Tianjin entered the super-high HDI level before 2008.(3)The entire coupling effect of 30 Chinese provinces has been broadly fortified in the last 20 years,but the growth rate of DCHDI values in 2011-2019 has slowed down compared with that in 2000-2010;the clustering phenomenon demonstrated that this discovery is associated with historical peaks in total carbon emissions.(4)The co-ordination degree of carbon emissions per capita and HDI was verified,and 96% of the data points were found in the range of super high coupling coordination ***,this study provides the government with worthwhile guidance for decision-making and carbon reduction strategies for other countries struggling to advance human sustainable development.
