Wind power forecasting(WPF)is important for safe,stable,and reliable integration of new energy technologies into power *** learning(ML)algorithms have recently attracted increasing attention in the field of ***,opaque decisions and lack of trustworthiness of black-box models for WPF could cause scheduling *** study develops a method for identifying risky models in practical applications and avoiding the ***,a local interpretable model-agnostic explanations algorithm is introduced and improved for WPF model *** that basis,a novel index is presented to quantify the level at which neural networks or other black-box models can trust features involved in ***,by revealing the operational mechanism for local samples,human interpretability of the black-box model is examined under different accuracies,time horizons,and *** interpretability provides a basis for several technical routes for WPF from the viewpoint of the forecasting ***,further improvements in accuracy of WPF are explored by evaluating possibilities of using interpretable ML models that use multi-horizons global trust modeling and multi-seasons interpretable feature selection *** results from a wind farm in China show that error can be robustly reduced.

The energy spectrum of energetic particles in space often shows a non-thermal spectral shape with two spectral transitions/breaks over a wide energy range, carrying crucial information about their acceleration, release and transportation process. To self-consistently characterize the spectral features of energetic particles, here we propose a novel extended pan-spectrum（EPS） formula to fit the particle energy-flux spectrum, which has the merit that can incorporate many commonly used spectrum functions with one spectral transition, including the pan-spectrum, double-power-law, Kappa, Ellison-Ramaty（ER） functions, etc. The formula can also determine the spectral shape with two spectral transitions, including the triple-power-law function, Kappa distribution（at low energy）plus power law（at high energy）, power law（at low energy） plus ER function, etc. Considering the uncertainties in both J and E, we can fit this EPS formula well to the representative energy spectra of various particle phenomena in space, including solar energetic particles（electrons, protons,3He and heavier ions）, anomalous cosmic rays, solar wind suprathermal particles（halo and superhalo electrons;pick-up ions and the suprathermal tail）, etc. Therefore, the EPS fitting can help us self-consistently determine the spectral features of different particle phenomena, and improve our understanding of the physical nature of the origin, acceleration, and transportation of energetic particles in space.

Due to the scattering and absorption of light,underwater imaging yields suboptimal results characterized by low brightness,diminished image contrast,and the loss of *** learning-based underwater image enhancement(UIE)methods mainly focus on addressing these issues in the spatial domain,with limited attention to the Fourier frequency *** propose the Fourier transform guided dual-channel underwater image enhancement diffusion network(FDNet),aiming to fully leverage frequency domain information and the characteristics of a diffusion-based generation *** amplitude-phase dualchannel not only effectively provides feedback on the energy distribution of the image but also incorporates crucial image structure and texture *** on these advantages,we first introduce a Fourier transform-based amplitude-phase dualchannel enhancement front-end network for *** network significantly improves the quality of the network's image input,including brightness and contrast,by incorporating phase congruency edge enhancement and prior-driven amplitude mapping *** preceding network mitigates the overall training challenges caused by poor input image ***,the application of denoising networks based on lightweight transformers effectively improves the computational time required for each iteration during model *** results indicate that FDNet outperforms many current learning-based UIE algorithms in restoring images across multiple real underwater image datasets,demonstrating more robust generalization capabilities in degraded underwater *** competitive performance advantage achieved in enhancing visual quality underscores the effectiveness of our method.

We consider the problem of multi-task regression with time-varying low-rank patterns,where the collected data may be contaminated by heavy-tailed distributions and/or *** approach is based on a piecewise robust multi-task learning formulation,in which a robust loss function—not necessarily to be convex,but with a bounded derivative—is used,and each piecewise low-rank pattern is induced by a nuclear norm regularization *** propose using the composite gradient descent algorithm to obtain stationary points within a data segment and employing the dynamic programming algorithm to determine the optimal *** theoretical properties of the detected number and time points of pattern shifts are studied under mild *** results confirm the effectiveness of our method.

The catalytic efficacy of copper-based catalysts for volatile organic compounds（VOCs） oxidation is significantly affected by the metal oxide support's chemical properties. However, rigorous comparative analyses on TiO2and CeO2supports are scarce. This study systematically constructs Cu/TiO2and Cu/CeO2catalysts and investigates their mechanisms in promoting propane oxidation. Cu/CeO2exhibits superior performance and stability. Our research reveals the key role of Cu-O-Ce interfacial architecture in forming Cu1+sites for efficient propane adsorption and triggering surface Olattgeneration, accelerating propane combustion. These findings elucidate Cu/CeO2catalyst enhanced performance and offer insights into non-noble metal catalysts. By demonstrating CeO2catalyst superiority, this study provides a basis for selecting optimal support materials to optimize catalyst performance, driving the development of cost-effective and eco-friendly catalytic technologies for air pollution control.

As an important and effective indicator of contact heat transfer,thermal contact resistance is a widespread phenomenon in *** can directly affect product reliability,full-load performance,power consumption and even life cycle in energy,aerospace,electronic packaging,cryogenic refrigeration,***,enhancing the interface heat transfer and suppressing thermal contact resistance have become increasingly *** this background,this paper seeks to elaborate on conceptions of thermal contact resistance and the ways to reduce *** reviewing the existing methods of measuring thermal contact resistance and characterizing the interface morphology,we highlight the theoretical underpinnings of thermal contact resistance,including the two-dimensional mathematic characteristics of the contact interface and the theoretical and empirical models for quantifying *** categories of influencing factors,i.e.,thermal,geometrical and mechanical states,are then *** on the macroscopic formation mechanism,the paper summarizes the existing methods for suppressing thermal contact resistance,with close attention paid to polymer composite thermal interfacial materials and metal interfacial materials filled with high thermal conductivity *** light of the findings,this review provides five promising directions for future research on thermal contact *** suggests that the failure modes and service life of interface materials are essential to apply such technologies to suppress thermal contact resistance in *** review will be a guide for future research in thermal contact resistance and for the widespread use of composite interface materials.

As the logistics infrastructure network constantly improves and the demand for low-carbon transition continues to increase，the green，low-carbon development of the logistics industry has displayed distinctive features of spatial association. Therefore evaluating the effects and causes of spatial association comprehensively and objectively to promote the low-carbon transition of the logistics industry and coordinated development between regions，is important. Based on the global EBM model of undesirable output，this study measured the green，low-carbon development level of inter-provincial logistics in China and revealed the spatial association features of low-carbon development in the logistics industry，as well as the formation mechanism. The research findings are listed below：① The green，low-carbon development level of inter-provincial logistics showed a complex，multi-threading network of spatial association. Although the green，low-carbon development of the logistics industry in the regions was still at a low level，a significant spatial spillover effect，accompanied by a highly accessible and stable spatial association network was observed. ② An imbalance has been observed in the spillover and benefiting pattern of the green，low-carbon development of inter-provincial logistics. Specifically，the logistics industry in the eastern region，which consumes less energy and produces less pollution，took the lead in the development of low-carbon logistics，whereas energy-intensive and highly polluting industries were concentrated in the central and western regions，which are key regions for green，low-carbon development that are currently at the stage of benefiting from the economic activities of green logistics in nearby regions. ③ The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region，southern region，and western provinces along the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor served as the broker module，which were important hubs for achieving the high-quality development of the logistics industry. Several studies have found that transplantation of neural progenitor cells(NPCs)promotes the survival of injured ***,a poor integration rate and high risk of tumorigenicity after cell transplantation limits their clinical *** extracellular vesicles(sEVs)contain bioactive molecules for neuronal protection and *** studies have shown that stem/progenitor cell-derived sEVs can promote neuronal survival and recovery of neurological function in neurodegenerative eye diseases and other eye *** this study,we intravitreally transplanted sEVs derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells(hiPSCs)and hiPSCs-differentiated NPCs(hiPSC-NPC)in a mouse model of optic nerve *** results show that these intravitreally injected sEVs were ingested by retinal cells,especially those localized in the ganglion cell *** with hiPSC-NPC-derived sEVs mitigated optic nerve crush-induced retinal ganglion cell degeneration,and regulated the retinal microenvironment by inhibiting excessive activation of *** analysis further revealed that hiPSC-NPC derived sEVs transported neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory miRNA cargos to target cells,which had protective effects on RGCs after optic nerve *** findings suggest that sEVs derived from hiPSC-NPC are a promising cell-free therapeutic strategy for optic neuropathy.

Very recently,upconversion luminescence(UCL)lifetime,as a powerful optical dimension,has attracted tremendous research interest due to its advantages of high information capacity and high photophysical *** the implementation and emergence of endlessly fascinating UCL features,it is particularly meaningful to understand the photophysical mechanisms inside UCL materials to enable rational subdivision-level structure design,which is however currently far from *** this work,we take an ordinary upconversion nanoparticle as an example to prove that the UCL decay curves and corresponding lifetimes are indeed a collective response of the entire UCL system to excitations,that exhibits correlated,yet quite different properties from individual ions.A specially developed theoretical random walk model combined with an experimental lifetime control for Yb^(3+)/Er^(3+)UCL demonstrates that ene rgy diffusion principally alters the decay ***,the different extent of the influence of energy diffusion on the emissions of ^(2)H_(11/2)/^(4)S_(3/2)(green)and ^(4)F_(9/2)(red)leads to an extremely uncommon crossover comparison of decay *** work provides new ideas for understanding decay dynamics and practical UCL lifetime manipulation methods.
