随着我国社会科技的发展,新媒体借助数据技术集中进行优化,并呈现出集中迸发的趋势。在新媒体的功能发挥中,网络公共舆论应用媒体内容构建网络新闻与社会群众相联系的沟通与反馈渠道,不仅有助于促进我国社会公共监督与管理的水平稳步提升,同时也提高了公众对于网络新闻和社会事务关注的参与度。本文以网络新闻宣传管理为例,对新媒体背景下网络新闻宣传管理的关键要点进行分析,并提出应用途径和关键对策。

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the safety profiles of Motherwort injection(MI).METHODS:A multi-center,prospective and drugderived hospital intensive monitoring method was conducted to assess the safety of MI in real world *** study was based on a very large population after the injection was approved and marketed in *** patients using the injection in participating hospitals were monitored to determine the incidence,pattern,severity and outcome of associated adverse ***:The post-marketing surveillance was performed in 10 094 female patients from April to December,*** incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) was 0.79‰(8/10 094).Among the 8 patients,the reported adverse events mainly included systemic abnormalities,such as fever,chills and eyelid edema;skin and appendages disorders,such as pruritus and rash;gastrointestinal disorders,such as nausea,abdominal distension and pain;heart rate and rhythm disorders,such as palpitation and increased heart *** of these ADRs were mild in ***:In this study the ADRs incidence rate of MI is very low,which supports that it is generally safe for use in obstetric and gynecological ***,the total number of 8 ADRs recorded over a relatively short time span seems limited,and the low number of reports could not represent an absolute guarantee of safety.

乙丙橡胶因其结构可控、主链饱和、耐老化好等优异性能,广泛应用于汽车配件、电线电缆、建筑材料、耐热胶管、密封构件等相关领域。从催化体系和聚合工艺两方面系统介绍了合成乙丙橡胶的研究进展,重点阐述了钒系和钛系Ziegler-Natta催化剂,普通型、桥连型以及限制几何构型茂金属催化剂,负载型茂金属催化剂以及非茂催化剂及其催化乙丙共聚合的特征;同时介绍了溶液聚合、悬浮聚合以及气相聚合的工艺流程及特点,以及乙丙橡胶的若干新品种;最后展望了乙丙橡胶的未来发展趋势。

目的探讨低度恶性潜能多房囊性肾肿瘤的MRI表现及临床特点。方法回顾性分析5例经病理学证实的低度恶性潜能多房囊性肾肿瘤的MRI表现及临床资料。结果 5例均为单发,3例呈类圆形,2例呈分叶状。肿瘤边界均较清晰,最大直径约15~54 mm。MRI平扫囊壁及囊内分隔较薄而欠均匀,厚约1~3 mm,呈T1WI等及稍高信号,T2WI为较低信号;囊液T2WI均为高信号,T1WI 4例为不均匀较低信号,1例低信号中见絮状稍高信号。DWI显示,2例囊壁及囊内分隔见点、条状较高信号,3例为等信号。动态增强囊壁及囊内分隔2例皮质期见较明显强化点、条状影,实质期及排泄期强化减弱;其余3例不均匀中等强化弱于肾皮质,实质期及排泄期均明显延迟强化。5例均未见邻近侵犯及转移。临床3例出现腰部隐痛及镜下血尿,2例无明显症状。5例术后随访18~36个月,均未见复发及转移。结论低度恶性潜能多房囊性肾肿瘤恶性程度低,手术治疗效果好。MRI对其诊断具有较大价值。

Background Precipitation plays an important role in crop production and soil greenhouse gas ***,how crop yield and soil nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)emission respond to precipitation change,particularly with different background precipitations(dry,normal,and wet years),has not been well *** this study,we examined the impacts of precipitation changes on corn yield and soil N_(2)O emission using a long-term(1981-2020,40 years)climate dataset as well as seven manipulated precipitation treatments with different background precipitations using the DeNitrification-DeComposition(DNDC)*** Results showed large variations of corn yield and precipitation but small variation of soil N_(2)O emission among 40 *** corn yield and soil N_(2)O emission showed near linear relationships with precipitation based on the long-term precipitation data,but with different response patters of corn yield and soil N_(2)O emission to precipitation *** yield showed a positive linear response to precipitation manipulations in the dry year,but no response to increases in precipitation in the normal year,and a trend of decrease in the wet *** extreme drought treatments reduced corn yield sharply in both normal and wet *** contrast,soil N_(2)O emission mostly responded linearly to precipitation *** in precipitation in the dry year reduced more soil N_(2)O emission than those in the normal and wet years,while increases in precipitation increased more soil N_(2)O emission in the normal and wet years than in the dry *** This study revealed different response patterns of corn yield and soil N_(2)O emission to precipitation and highlights that mitigation strategy for soil N_(2)O emission reduction should consider different background climate conditions.

Vegetation community restoration is an important means for background matching modelling of destructive surface in disturbed area of engineering and real-time fusion of environmental *** at the problems of large-scale reconstruction or new construction,changing topography and landform,difficult ecological restoration and poor natural similarity of existing vegetation *** investigation of plant communities around the engineering area,methods such as stable base materials,rapid and sustained nutrient supply,plant screening and cultivation and functional testing were ***-dimensional construction of plant communities on the destructive surface of engineering disturbance area was carried out,promoting the succession of vegetation communities to surrounding vegetation ***,the effect of vegetation community restoration was *** show that the vegetation coverage rate is 89.4%;the replanting rate is high,which reduces the difference between the restored vegetation and the surrounding *** a certain period of vegetation community restoration,it can naturally and continuously merge into the background vegetation,destroying the characteristics of target detection and recognition,and realizing dynamic real-time fusion,and improving the natural similarity of the vegetation ecological restoration system.

Defect and interface engineering have been recognized as efficient strategies for developing high-performance ***,it is still challenging to couple defect and interface engineering in transition metal sulfides and understand their dynamic evolution process during ***,we developed one-step pyrolysis of bimetallic sulfide to construct S vacancy-rich Cu_(1.96)S/Co_(9)S_(8) heterostructure by controlling the critical decomposition *** as-synthesized Cu_(1.96)S/Co_(9)S_(8) exhibits excellent bifunctional electrocatalytic performance,with a low overpotential of 99 and 200 mV at 10 ma cm−2 towards hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in 1.0 mol/L KOH electrolyte,respectively.A symmetric two-electrode cell with Cu_(1.96)S/Co_(9)S_(8) delivered a current density of 10 ma cm^(−2) at a low voltage of 1.43 V and showed long-term stability for 200 h.A series of in/ex-situ techniques revealed that the electrochemical reconfiguration only appeared in the OER process,resulting in the CoOOH/CuO and SO42−species promoting OER ***,the S vacancy and heterostructure interface in Cu_(1.96)S/Co_(9)S_(8) were proved to optimize the electronic structure and the adsorption of intermediates for HER by density function theory(DFT)*** work provides a promising strategy to construct metal sulfides with rich defects and heterogeneous interfaces and understand their dynamic evolution process for electrochemical storage and conversion devices.

Na-ion batteries(NIBs)have attracted considerable attention in recent years owing to the high abundance and low cost of *** is well known that S doping can improve the electrochemical performance of carbon materials for ***,the current methods for S doping in carbons normally involve toxic precursors or rigorous *** this work,we report a creative and facile strategy for preparing S-doped porous carbons(SCs)via the pyrolysis of conjugated microporous polymers(CMPs).Briefly,thiophene-based CMPs served as the precursors and doping sources *** direct carbonization of CMPs produced S-doped carbon materials with highly porous *** used as an anode for NIBs,the SCs exhibited a high reversible capacity of 440 mah g?1 at 50 ma g?1 after 100 cycles,superior rate capability,and excellent cycling stability(297 mah g?1 after 1000 cycles at 500 ma g?1),outperforming most S-doped carbon materials reported thus *** excellent performance of the SCs is attributed to the expanded lattice distance after S ***,we employed ex situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy to investigate the electrochemical reaction mechanism of the SCs during sodiation-desodiation,which can highlight the role of doped S for Na-ion storage.
