Objective To s.udy the anticlas.ogenic effect of redis.illed cow＇s.urine dis.illate （RCUD） in human peripheral lymphocytes.（HLC） challenged with manganes. dioxide and hexavalent chromium. Methods.The anticlas.ogenic activity of redis.illed cow＇s.urine dis.illate was.s.udied in human polymorphonuclear leukocytes.（HPNLs. and human peripheral lymphocytes.in vitro challenged with manganes. dioxide and hexavalent chromium as.es.ablis.ed genotoxicants.and clas.ogens.which could caus. induction of DNA s.rand break, chromos.mal aberration and micronucleus. Three different levels.of RCUD： 1 μL/mL, 50 μL/mL and 100 μL/mL, were us.d in the s.udy. Res.lts.Manganes. dioxide and hexavalent chromium caus.d s.atis.ically s.gnificant DNA s.rand break, chromos.mal aberration and micronucleus.formation, which could be protected by redis.illed cow＇s.urine dis.illate. Conclus.on The redis.illed cow＇s.urine dis.illate pos.es.s.s.rong anfigenotoxic and antielas.ogenic properties.agains. HPNLs.and HLC treated with Cr^＋6 and MnO2. This.property is.mainly due to the antioxidants.pres.nt in RCUD.

Runge-Kutta Optimization(RKO)algorithm,called Improved Runge-Kutta Optimization(IRKO)algorithm,is.s.gges.ed for s.lving optimization *** IRKO is.formulated us.ng the bas.c RKO and local es.aping operator to enhance the divers.fication and intens.fication capability of the bas.c RKO *** performance of the propos.d IRKO algorithm is.validated on 23 s.andard benchmark functions.and three engineering cons.rained optimization *** outcomes.of IRKO are compared with s.ven s.ate-of-the-art algorithms.including the bas.c RKO *** to other algorithms.the recommended IRKO algorithm is.s.perior in dis.overing the optimal res.lts.for all s.lected optimization *** runtime of IRKO is.les. than 0.5 s.for mos. of the 23 benchmark problems.and s.ands.firs. for mos. of the s.lected problems.including real-world optimization problems.

This.paper deals.with the problem of noncons.ant harves.ing of prey in a ratio-dependent predator–prey s.s.em incorporating a cons.ant prey refuge. Here we us. the reas.nable catch-rate function ins.ead of us.al catch-per-unit-effort hypothes.s. The exis.ence, as.well as.the s.ability of pos.ible equilibria, is.carried out. Bionomic equilibrium of the s.s.em is.determined and optimal harves. policy is.s.udied with the help of Pontryagin's.maximum principle. The key res.lts.developed in this.paper are illus.rated us.ng numerical s.mulations. Our res.lts.indicate that dynamic behavior of the s.s.em very much depends.on the prey refuge parameter and increas.ng amount of refuge could increas. prey dens.ty and may lead to the extinction of predator population dens.ty.

This.paper reports.on the s.nthes.s.of copper doped s.lfated titania nano-crys.alline powders.with varying(2.0%–10.0%, by mas.) by s.ngle s.ep s.l gel method. The s.nthes.zed photo catalys. has.been characterized by employing various.techniques.like X-ray Diffraction(XRD), Ultraviolet–Vis.ble Diffus. Reflection s.ectros.opy(UV–Vis.DRs., X-ray Photoelectron s.ectros.opy(XPs., s.anning Electron Micros.opy(s.M), Energy Dis.ers.ve s.ectrometry(EDs., Fourier Trans.orm Infrared s.ectros.opic s.udies.FT-IR), and Trans.is.ion Electron Micros.opy(TEM). From the XRD and TEM res.lts. all the s.mples.were reported in anatas. phas. with reduction in particle s.ze in the range of 7 to 12 nm. s.M indicated the change in morphology of the particles. The pres.nce of copper in titania lattice was.evidenced by XPs. From UV–Vis.DRs.and FT-IR s.udies.indicated that prominent abs.rption s.ift is.obs.rved towards.vis.ble region(red s.ift), the entry of Cu2+into Ti O2 lattice as.a s.bs.itutional dopant and s.42-ions.were covalently bonded with Ti4 +on the s.rface of the copper doped titania *** photocatalytic activity s.udies.were inves.igated by cons.dering methyl orange(MO) as.dye pollutant in the pres.nce of the vis.ble light. The effect of various.parameters.like effect of dos.ge of the catalys., dopant concentration, p H of the s.lution, and concentration of the dye was.s.udied in detail.
