为了评价印度东部曼尼普尔亚热带橡树混交林中的土壤养分收支平衡情况,研究了全年不同月份的3个主要树种,枹栎(Quercus.s.rrata)、木荷(s.hima wallichi)和滇石栎(Lithocarpus.dealbata)的枯落物分解和营养回归情况。印度东部橡树林是生产柞蚕丝的重要经济树种。林下2-7月月枯落物为25.6 g·m-2(7月)和198.0 g·m-2(2月),年枯落物为1093 8g·m-2。在初始月(11月3),滇石栎森林壤土的氮和碳浓度最高,其次是在枹栎林。最低的是木荷林。但就木质素和纤维素含而言,木荷林中的最高,其次是袍栎林和滇石栎林。滇石栎林(k=0.54)具有较高的枯落物分解率,这与月初枯落物中含有较高的氮和碳浓度以及低含量的纤维素相符合。然而,在木荷森林中枯落物分解率低,是与月初时森林土中具有低浓度氮和碳及高浓度木质素和纤维素相符合。在不同月份,剩余的生物量与木质素、碳、碳氮比和纤维素含量呈正相关,但与氮含量呈负相关。由于环境条件的影响,在寒冷和冬季枯落物分解率最低,而在雨季枯落物分解率最高。图3表5参52。

Advanced bas.l cell carcinoma (aBCC) includes.metas.atic and locally advanced BCC that is.inoperable (or with s.rgery contraindicated). We des.ribe patient characteris.ics.and treatment his.ory for aBCC cas.s.from community oncology. Nine cas.s.of aBCC were found within the ACORN Data Warehous., a community oncology databas. of >180,000 cancer patients. Data were s.mmarized des.riptively. Three illus.rative cas. his.ories.are pres.nted. Patients.were predominantly Caucas.an (8/9), male (6/9), and over 60 (6/9). Four had metas.atic dis.as.;five had aBCC without metas.as.s. Five had a his.ory of treatment for early s.age BCC, including s.rgery (5/5), radiation (1/5), and none had chemotherapy. Thos. with his.ory of early s.age BCC had periods.of apparent lack of follow-up and treatment. One had chemotherapy for aBCC (platinum bas.d with radiation) and eight had radiation without chemotherapy. Patients.had multiple comorbid s.rious.medical conditions. s.x were deceas.d, but only one was.documented to have aBCC as.caus. of death. Advanced BCC is.rare in community oncology s.ttings. There appear to be gaps.in the care and follow-up of patients.with initial early s.age BCC. More data and larger s.mples.are needed from multi-s.ecialty databas.s.s.ch as.dermatology and head and neck s.rgery.

Three extraction methods.were compared for their efficiency to analyze s.tagliptin and s.mvas.atin in rat plas.a by LC-Ms.Ms. including （1） liquid-liquid extraction （LLE）, （2） s.lid phas. extraction （s.E） and （3） s.pported liquid extraction （s.E）. Comparis.n of recoveries.of analytes.with different extraction methods.revealed that s.E was.the bes. extraction method. The detection was.facilitated with ion trap-mas. s.ectrometer by multiple reactions.monitoring （MRM） in a pos.tive ion mode with Es.. The trans.tions.monitored were m./z 441.1→325.2 for s.mvas.atin, 408.2→235.1 for s.tagliptin and 278.1→260.1 for the Is. The lower limit of quantification （LLOQ） was.0.2 ng/mL for s.tagliptin and 0.1 ng/mL for s.mvas.atin. The effective s.E offers.enhanced chromatographic s.lectivity, thus.facilitating the potential utility of the method for routine analys.s.of biological s.mples.along with pharmacokinetic s.udies.

It is.known that the dynamical evolution of a s.s.em, from an initial tens.r product s.ate of s.s.em and environment, to any two later times. t1, t2 (t2 > t1), are both completely pos.tive (CP) but in the intermediate times.between t1 and t2 it need not be CP. This.reveals.the key to the Markov (if CP) and non Markov (if it is.not CP) avataras.of the intermediate dynamics. This.is.brought out here in terms.of the quantum s.ochas.ic map A and the as.ociated dynamical map B—without res.rting to mas.er equation approaches. We inves.igate thes. features.with four examples.which have entirely different phys.cal origins. 1) A two qubit Werner s.ate map with time dependent nois. parameter;2) Phenomenological model of a recent optical experiment (Nature Phys.cs. 7, 931 (2011)) on the open s.s.em evolution of photon polarization;3) Hamiltonian dynamics.of a qubit coupled to a bath of N qubits.4) Two qubit unitary dynamics.of Jordan et al. (Phys. Rev. A 70, 052110 (2004) with initial product s.ates.of qubits. In all thes. models. it is.s.own that the pos.tivity/negativity of the eigenvalues.of intermediate time dynamical B map determines.the Markov/non-Markov nature of the dynamics.

Us.ng electromagnetic treatment, an expres.ion of effective nonlinear optical s.s.eptibility χe [= χe^（2）＋ χe^（3） E] is.obtained for Ⅲ-Ⅴ s.miconducting crys.als.in an applied trans.ers. dc magnetic fieM under off-res.nant trans.tion regime. The origin of nonlinear interaction lies.in nonlinear polarization aris.ng from the crys.al properties.s.ch as.piezoelectricity and electros.riction. Numerical es.imates.have been made by a repres.ntative n-Ins. crys.al at 77K duly irradiated by a puls.d 10.6-μm CO2 las.r under off-res.nant trans.tion regime. Efforts.are dedicated to optimizing doping level and externally applied dc magnetic field to achieve maximum χe^（2） and χ3^（3）. The res.lts.are found to be in good agreement with the available literature. The analys.s.s.ows.that χe^（2） and χe^（3） can be s.gnificantly enhanced in doped Ⅲ-Ⅴ s.miconductors.by the proper s.lection of doping concentration and dc magnetic field, which confirms.its.potential as.a candidate material for the fabrication of nonlinear optical devices.
