AIM:To analyze the changes in scientific output relating to Leber congenital amaurosis(LCA)and forecast the study trends in this ***:All of the publications in the field of LCA from 2002 to 2022 were collected from Web of Science(WOS)*** analyzed the quantity(number of publications),quality(citation and H-index)and development trends(relative research interest,RRI)of published LCA research over the last two ***,VOSviewer software was applied to define the co-occurrence network of keywords in this ***:A total of 2158 publications were ultimately *** found that the focus on LCA kept rising and peaked in 2015 and 2018,which is consistent with the development trend of gene *** USA has contributed most to this field with 1162 publications,56674 citations and the highest H-index value(116).The keywords analysis was divided into five clusters to show the hotspots in the field of LCA,namely mechanism-related,genotype-related,local phenotype-related,system phenotype-related,and *** also identified gene therapy and antiretinal degeneration therapy as a major focus in recent ***:Our study illustrates historical research process and future development trends in LCA *** may help to guide the orientation for further clinical diagnosis,treatment and scientific research.

The development of the Energy Internet has improved the efficiency of energy utilization and promoted sustainable development of power and energy *** multi-energy system modeling considering the dynamic process of transmission line is one of the key research points of Energy Internet operation *** the energy circuit theory,the lumped parameter model of natural gas pipelines is built and the dynamic characteristic parameters under the control instruction are *** with dynamic characteristic parameters,the long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network is designed to fit the natural gas pipeline dynamic process into discrete linear time-varying(LTV)*** with the equations,an energy hub method is used to build a control model of industrial parks with multi-energy distribution *** the rolling optimal control strategy given in this paper,the model is solved by the Matlab-Yalmip solver and rolling control instructions of each energy conversion unit are ***,the case study demonstrates that the LSTM neural network-based modeling method presented in this paper can accurately fit the dynamic process of a natural gas pipeline *** rolling control model of the multi-energy system can improve the efficiency of energy utilization,exhibit the transmission line status constraints during the optimization control process and improve reliability of the multi-energy system operation.

BACKGROUND Colon cancer presents a substantial risk to the well-being of elderly people *** advancements in medical technology,surgical treatment has become the primary approach for managing colon cancer ***,due to age-related physiological changes,especially a decline in cognitive function,older patients are more susceptible to the effects of surgery and anesthesia,increasing the relative risk of postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD).There-fore,in the surgical treatment of elderly patients with colon cancer,it is of pa-ramount importance to select an appropriate anesthetic approach to reduce the occurrence of POCD,protect brain function,and improve surgical success *** One hundred and seventeen patients with colon cancer who underwent elective surgery under general anesthesia were selected and divided into two groups:A and *** A received Dex before anesthesia induction,and B group received an equivalent amount of normal *** in the mini-mental state exami-nation,regional cerebral oxygen saturation(rSO2),bispectral index,glucose uptake rate(GluER),lactate production rate(LacPR),serum S100βand neuron-specific enolase(NSE),POCD,and adverse anesthesia reactions were compared between the two *** Surgical duration,duration of anesthesia,and intraoperative blood loss were comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).The overall dosage of anesthetic drugs used in group A,including propofol and remifentanil,was significantly lower than that used in group B(Pmin after the start of surgery,and immediately after extubation,higher GluER values and lower LacPR values at the time of endotra-cheal intubation,30 min after the start of surgery,immediately after extubation,and 5 min after extubation(P<0.05).Group A exhibited lower levels of serum S100βand NSE 24 h postoperatively and a lower incidence of cognitive dysfunction on the 1st and

Objective: To evaluate the effect of manual acupuncture on endometrial blood flow parameters by three-dimensional(3D) power Doppler ultrasound in women undergoing in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods: Seventy patients undergoing IVF-ET were equally randomized into traditional or sham acupuncture treatment group for totally 4 days(from the day of oocyte aspiration to the day of embryo transfer) of treatment by random envelope method at the Reproductive Medicine Center and Outpatient Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medicine College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2013 to December 2015. Patients in the traditional acupuncture group accepted traditional acupuncture methods with manual acupuncture, and Zhongji(CV3), Qihai(CV 6), Sanyinjiao(SP6), Taichong(LR 3), Tianshu(ST 25), Guilai(ST 29) and Zusanli(ST 36) were chosen. Patients at the sham acupuncture group accepted shallow acupuncture methods at 4 non-meridian points at each shoulder and upper arm. Outcome measures included endometrial ultrasonic indices such as vascularization index(VI), flow index(FI) and vascularization flow index(VFI), endometrial thickness and volume, subendometrial VI(sVI), subendometrial FI(sFI), subendometrial VFI(sVFI), implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate, live birth rate and number of live births. Results: Finally, 34 patients in the traditional acupuncture group and 35 in the sham acupuncture group completed this trial. VI, FI and VFI of the traditional acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the sham acupuncture group(P0.05). In combination with theoretical calculations,experiments were conducted to investigate the evolution behavior of nonmetallic inclusions(NMIs)during the manufacture of large-scale heat-resistant steel ingots using 9CrMoCoB heat-resistant steel and CaF_(2)–CaO–Al_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2)–B_(2)O_(3)electroslag remelting(ESR)-type slag in an 80-t industrial ESR *** main types of NMI in the consumable electrode comprised pure alumina,a multiphase oxide consisting of an Al_(2)O_(3)core and liquid CaO–Al_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2)–MnO shell,and M_(23)C_(6)carbides with an MnS *** Al_(2)O_(3)and MnS inclusions had higher precipitation temperatures than the M_(23)C_(6)-type carbide under equilibrium and nonequilibrium solidification ***,inclusions can act as nucleation sites for carbide layer *** ESR process completely removed the liquid CaO–Al_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2)–MnO oxide and MnS inclusion with a carbide shell,and only the Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions and Al_(2)O_(3)core with a carbide shell occupied the remelted *** M_(23)C_(6)-type carbides in steel were determined as Cr_(23)C_(6)based on the analysis of transmission electron microscopy *** substitution of Cr with W,Fe,or/and Mo in the Cr_(23)C_(6)lattice caused slight changes in the lattice parameter of the Cr_(23)C_(6)***,Cr_(21.34)Fe_(1.66)C_(6),(Cr_(19)W_(4)C_(6),Cr_(18.4)Mo_(4.6)C_(6),and Cr_(16)Fe_(5)Mo_(2)C_(6)can match the fraction pattern of Cr_(23)C_(6)*** Al_(2)O_(3)inclusions in the remelted ingot formed due to the reduction of CaO,SiO_(2),and MnO components in the liquid *** increased Al content in liquid steel or the higher supersaturation degree of Al_(2)O_(3)precipitation in the remelted ingot than that in the electrode can be attributed to the evaporation of CaF_(2)and the increase in CaO content in the ESR-type slag.

Actin fibers are an important part of the cytoskeleton, providing vital support for the plasma membrane. This function is driven by its ATPase (ATP: adenosine triphosphate) activity, i.e., ATP+H2O -> ADP+Pi. This seemingly simple reaction has attracted much attention because the hydrolysis of ATP provides energy to support life processes. However, the reaction mechanism of ATP hydrolysis in actin is not clear. In order to gain deep insights into the functions of actin, it is essential to elucidate the reaction mechanism of the actin ATP hydrolysis. In this paper, we have studied the reaction mechanism of the ATP hydrolysis in actin by the combined quantum mechanical and molecular mechanics (QM/MM) calculations. Our results show that 1) bond cleavage of the P gamma-OS of ATP and bond formation between oxygen of the lytic water and P gamma atoms take place simultaneously, and this is the rate-limiting step of the hydrolysis; 2) the proton on the lytic water transfers to the phosphate to form H2P gamma O4-via one bridge water. The energy barrier of the complete reaction is 17.6 kcal/mol (1 kcal=4.184 kJ), which is in high agreement with the experimental value.
