以硼吖嗪作为单体,聚硼氮烷作为先驱体,利用先驱体浸渍裂解(PIP)工艺制得碳纤维(C)增强/氮化硼(BN)基复合材料(C/BN)。结果表明:将硼吖嗪在50~60℃条件下聚合得到聚环硼氮烷,经过10个聚合物的浸渍-裂解(N2条件下加热至1450℃)周期,制得相对密度为94.7%的C/BN,BN基体均匀地分布在C纤维的周围,其界面结合强度低,材料表现出良好的高温稳定性,在真空条件下耐至1600℃,失重率为2%;当温度从常温升至600℃时,热导率达到5.25W/(m·℃)。

Cobalt is commonly admitted as being a promising catalyst in accelerating NaBH4 hydrolysis,being as reactive as noble metals and much more cost-effective.This is the topic of the present paper.Herein,we survey(i) the NaBH4-devoted literature while especially focusing on the Co catalysts and(ii) our work on the same topic.Finally,we report(iii) reactivity results of newly developed Co-based catalysts.From both surveys,it mainly stands out that Co has been investigated as catalysts in various forms:namely,as chlorides,reduced nanoparticles(metal Co,Co boride,Co-B alloy),supported over supports and shaped.In doing so the reactivity can be easily varied achieving H2 generation rates from few to >1000 L(H2)/min·g(metal).Nevertheless,our work can be distinguished from the NaBH4 literature.Indeed,we are working on strategies that focus on making alternative Co-based catalysts.One of these strategies is illustrated here as we report new reactivity data of Co-based bimetallic supported catalysts.For example,we show that 20 wt% Co90Y10/γAl2O3-20 wt% Co95Hf5/γAl2O3 > 20 wt% Co99Zr1/γAl2O3 > 20 wt% Co/γAl2O3,the best catalysts showing HGRs of about 245 mL(H2)/min or 123 L(H2) /min·g(metals).

The reality of plastic pollution is no longer under debate:It has invaded our daily lives and is present all around us,with our oceans being no exception.In fact,a seventh“continent”has appeared in the oceans,composed of plastics and microplastics!Newspapers including Le Monde in France and The Guardian in United Kingdom recently headlined the record rate of microplastic accumulation in the Arctic Ocean.These headlines referred to an article published in Nature Communications[1]that reported the finding of up to 12000 plastic microparticles per liter of water frozen in the sea ice.Given this finding,what future solutions can counteract this particularly insidious pollution?

Osmotic stress caused by drought or high salt concentrations is a major threat that limits plant development and affect crop productivity.In the context of climate change,understanding the mechanisms by which plants perceive their environment to adapt to their development is a major question.A common feature of plants being exposed to osmotic stress is the accumulation of excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS)(Martinière et al.,2019).ROS can oxidatively damage biological molecules,such as nucleic acids,proteins,and lipids,but also play important signaling functions.To protect from ROS-induced oxidation,living organisms have developed a large panel of enzymatic and non-enzymatic systems to remove ROS and oxidized molecules.

A paper by Gai et al.[1] provides the first detailed description of the tail in an exceptionally well-preserved galeaspid from China,and the authors provide some interesting insights into the mode of life and swimming speed in this group of stem gnathostomes.Galeaspids are a very peculiar group of vertebrates.Like osteostracans,which are currently regarded as a sister group to jawed vertebrates,their gills are enclosed in depressions,or gill fossae,of the ventral surface of the braincase and open ventrally to the exterior by minute pores.In some galeaspids there may be～50 such gill fossae on each side;that is,the largest number of branchial units ever recorded in vertebrates,along with euphaneropids.The environment and overall aspect of most gale aspids suggest that they were benthic fishes,and that the flux of respiratory water entered the gill apparatus throughthe median dorsal opening (in fact,

The efforts of many laboratories worldwide and large scale international mutagenesis consortia have resulted in mutagenesis of nearly all mouse genes, and present efforts are devoted to large scale phenotyping of germline null mutant mice (Ayadi et al., 2012). Although early lethality associated with loss of function of a given gene may prevent elucidating its function at a later stage or in a given tissue, conditional alleles in which a critical part of the gene is flanked by recombinase target sites provide an opportunity for addressing gene function at later stages (Branda and Dymecki,2004). Fortunately, many of the mutant alleles generated by the consortia allow for conditional mutagenesis using site directed recombinases.
