Optical neural networks have significant advantages in terms of power consumption,parallelism,and high computing speed,which has intrigued extensive attention in both academic and engineering *** has been considered as one of the powerful tools in promoting the fields of imaging processing and object ***,the existing optical system architecture cannot be reconstructed to the realization of multi-functional artificial intelligence systems *** push the development of this issue,we propose the pluggable diffractive neural networks(P-DNN),a general paradigm resorting to the cascaded metasurfaces,which can be applied to recognize various tasks by switching internal *** the proof-of-principle,the recognition functions of six types of handwritten digits and six types of fashions are numerical simulated and experimental demonstrated at near-infrared ***,the proposed paradigm not only improves the flexibility of the optical neural networks but paves the new route for achieving high-speed,low-power and versatile artificial intelligence systems.

Vibrio parahaemolyticus,a gram-negative halophilic bacterium that naturally inhabits coastal waters,causes gastroenteritis,skin infections,and septicemia in human beings[1].This bacterium produces multiple virulence factors,including thermostable direct hemolysin(TDH),TDH-related hemolysin(TRH),type Ⅲ secretion system 1(T3SS1),T3SS2,type Ⅵ secretion system 1(T6SS1),and T6SS2[1].Furthermore,Ⅴ.parahaemolyticus forms biofilms on the surface,which help it in adapting to unfavorable conditions[2].Mature biofilm formation requires special structures,including lateral and polar flagella,exopolysaccharide(EPS),and type Ⅳ pili[2].

Alzheimer's disease is characterized by two major neuropathological hallmarks—the extracellularβ-amyloid plaques and intracellular neurofibrillary tangles consisting of aggregated and hyperphosphorylated Tau *** studies suggest that dysregulation of the microtubuleassociated protein Tau,especially specific proteolysis,could be a driving force for Alzheimer's disease *** physiologically promotes the assembly and stabilization of microtubules,whereas specific truncated fragments are sufficient to induce abnormal hyperphosphorylation and aggregate into toxic oligomers,resulting in them gaining prion-like *** addition,Tau truncations cause extensive impairments to neural and glial cell functions and animal cognition and behavior in a fragment-depen.ent *** review summarizes over 60 proteolytic cleavage sites and their corresponding truncated fragments,investigates the role of specific truncations in physiological and pathological states of Alzheimer's disease,and summarizes the latest applications of strategies targeting Tau fragments in the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease.

SiGe-based thermoelectric(TE)materials have gained increasing interests due to their low maintenance costs,environmental friendliness and long ***,the intrinsically high thermal conductivity of Si-based materials also results in poor TE *** this investigation,a zirconia(ZrO_(2))composite strategy was applied to an n-type SiGe alloy,tremendously elevating its TE *** mechanical alloying and spark plasma sintering(SPS)processes,the ZrO_(2)induced the formation of nanopores in the SiGe matrix via phosphorus ***,such increase in porosity enhanced the phonon scattering and dramatically suppressed lattice thermal conductivity,from 2.83 to 1.59 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)at 873 ***,reduced phosphorus doping led to an increase in Seebeck coefficients and a relatively minor decrease in electrical conductivity,The power factor didn't deteriorate significantly,either,as its maximum of~3.43 mW·m^(-1-)K^(-2)was achieved at 873 K with(Si_(0.8)Ge_(0.2))_(0.097)P_(0.03)(ZrO_(2))_(0.003).In short,a peak figure of merit(ZT)of~1.27 at 873 K and an average ZT~0.7 from 323 to 873 K were *** study demonstrates that the electrical and thermal transportation of SiGe material can be synergistically tuned by compositing ZrO_(2),illustrating a novel strategy to optimize the TE properties of bulk materials.

The rheological properties of nanocellulose aqueous suspen.ions play a critical role in the development of nanocellulose-based bulk ***-crystalline,high-aspect ratio,and slender nanofibrillated cellulose(NFC)were extracted from four biomass *** cellulose nanofibrils and nanofibril bundles formed inter-connected networks in the NFC aqueous *** storage moduli of the suspen.ions with different concentrations were higher than their corresponding loss *** the concentration increased,the storage and loss modulus of NFC dispersion *** the shear rate increased to a certain value,there were differences in the changing trend of the rheological behavior of NFC aqueous suspen.ions derived from different biomass resources and the suspen.ions with different solid *** dispersion’s storage and loss modulus increased when the temperature rose to nearly 80℃.We hope this study can deepen.the understanding of the rheological properties of NFC colloids derived from different biomass resources.

Objective: Positive peritoneal lavege cytology(CY1) gastric cancer is featured by dismal prognosis, with high risks of peritoneal metastasis. However, there is a lack of evidence on pathogenic mechanism and signature of CY1and there is a continuous debate on CY1 therapy. Therefore, exploring the mechanism of CY1 is crucial for treatment strategies and targets for CY1 gastric ***: In order to figure out specific driver genes and marker genes of CY1 gastric cancer, and ultimately offer clues for potential marker and risk assessment of CY1, 17 cytology-positive gastric cancer patients and 31matched cytology-negative gastric cancer patients were enrolled in this study. The enrollment criteria were based on the results of diagnostic laparoscopy staging and cytology inspection of exfoliated cells. Whole exome sequencing was then performed on tumor samples to evaluate genomic characterization of cytology-positive gastric ***: Least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO) algorithm identified 43 cytology-positive marker genes, while Mut Sig CV identified 42 cytology-positive specific driver genes. CD3G and CDKL2 were both driver and marker genes of CY1. Regarding mutational signatures, driver gene mutation and tumor subclone architecture, no significant differences were observed between CY1 and negative peritoneal lavege cytology(CY0).Conclusions: There might not be distinct differences between CY1 and CY0, and CY1 might represent the progression of CY0 gastric cancer rather than constituting an indepen.ent subtype. This genomic analysis will thus provide key molecular insights into CY1, which may have a direct effect on treatment recommendations for CY1and CY0 patients, and provides opportunities for genome-guided clinical trials and drug development.
