At present, carry-over research in mycotoxins experiences a change in focus. We reviewed the state-of-art knowledge regarding carry-over in aflatoxins, ochratoxin A, Fusarium toxins, patulin, ergot and citrinin. The common cooccurrence of mycotoxins demands for employment of multi-toxin analysis and poses a new challenge in reliable health hazard assessment. Synergies in adverse mycotoxin effects call for a revision of various guidance levels in feed. We found a lack of risk assessment regarding carry-over of rare mycotoxins and metabolites usually considered negligible.

越南Dong Pao稀土矿的选矿方法研究

矿石储量约110万吨的Dong Pao小型氟碳铈矿矿床位于越南的最北端。在重晶石-氟石-氟碳铈矿矿化过程中形成的碳酸盐矿体,其部位和成因与第三纪碱性岩岩浆作用有密切联系。该矿床的特点在于形成了厚度超过30m的剧烈风化带,从而明显提高了稀土含量。而矿石的成因和共生组合决定了选矿工艺的复杂性。根据实验室和半工业试验,提出一种对氟碳铈矿稀土矿石来说属非常规的选矿方法,即作为一个主要工序在第一阶段对原矿石进行洗选。洗选后的细粒产品中含有30％的稀土氧化物,稀土回收率为63％。这种品位相当低的精矿,由于其性能特殊,需采用一种新的分解方法进行冶金加工。其特点是在温度仅仅200—300℃的条件下,用硫酸进行固相化学分解。该选矿方法的其它工序还包括重晶石精矿浮选,和提取含有约38％稀土氧化物的二次氟碳铈矿精矿的强磁场磁选,二次精矿可与一次精矿混合。

都巴奥氟碳酸铈镧矿(bastnaesite)矿床位于越南最北部的莱州(Lai Chau)区内。由于风化严重,氟碳酸铈镧矿与大量萤石和重晶石共生矿石难以处理。实验室和半工业试验结果表明,淋洗和分级技术是稀土矿加工处理过程中最关键的第一步。淋洗后的产物含氧化稀土30%,回收率为63%。由于这种低品位氟碳酸铈镧矿精矿具有特殊的性质,所以必须研究出了一种可以在工业上采用的新型冶金工艺过程。该工艺的特点是用硫酸作精矿的淋洗剂,在实际生产中借助一些转筒使精矿呈固体状态,这时温度仅为200—300℃。此外,该工艺还包括两个附加作业,其一是重晶石浮选,以生产用于钻井品级的重晶石,另外一个则是通过高梯度磁选生产出第二种稀土,产品含氧化稀土33%。两种氟碳酸铈镧矿精矿混合到一起留待进一步冶炼处理。

The problem of penetrative convection with the cubic and fifth-order equations of state proposed by merker, Waas and Grigull is studied. Both linear instability and nonlinear stability analyses are performed to assess the suitability of linear theory to predict destabilisation of the convection. The validity of both the linear instability and global nonlinear energy stability thresholds are tested using three-dimensional simulation. The results show that the linear threshold accurately predicts the onset of instability in the basic steady state solution.

The synthesis of martensitic or shape-memory bulk metallic glass composites(BMGCs)via solidification of the glass-forming melts requires the meticulous selection of the chemical composition and the proper choice of the processing parameters in order to ensure that the glassy matrix coexists with the desired amount of austenitic ***,a relatively limited number of such systems,where austenite and glassy matrix coexist over a wide range of compositions,is ***,we study the effective-ness of powder metallurgy as an alternative to solidification for the synthesis of shape memory ***_(48)Cu_(36)Al_(8)Ag_(8)matrix composites with different volume fractions of Ni_(50.6)Ti_(49.4)are fabricated using hot pressing and their microstructure,mechanical properties and deformation mechanism are investigated employing experiments and *** results demonstrate that shape-memory BMGCs with tun-able microstructures and properties can be synthesized by hot *** phase stability of the glass and austenitic components across a wide range of compositions allows us to examine fundamental as-pects in the field of shape memory BMGCs,including the effect of the confining stress on the martensitic transformation exerted by the glassy matrix,the contribution of each phase to the plasticity and the mechanism responsible for shear band *** present method gives a virtually infinite choice among the possible combinations of glassy matrices and shape memory phases,expanding the range of accessible shape memory BMGCs to systems where the glassy and austenitic phases do not form simul-taneously using the solidification route.
