Aerobic anoxygenic phototrophic（AAP） bacteria serve important functions in marine carbon and energy cycling because of their capability to utilize dissolved organic substrates and harvest light *** bacteria are widely distributed in marine environments,and their diversity has been examined in marine ***,information about AAP bacteria at high latitudes remains insufficient to ***,this study determined the summer AAP bacterial diversity in Arctic Kongsfjorden and in the Antarctic coastal seawater of King George Island on the basis of puf M,a gene that encodes a pigment-binding protein subunit of the reaction center *** puf M clone libraries were constructed,and 674 positive clones were obtained from four investigated stations（two in Kongsfjorden and two in the Antarctic Maxwell Bay）.Arctic clones were clustered within the Alphaproteobacteria,whereas Antarctic clones were classified into the Alphaproteobacteria and Betaproteobacteria ***-like puf M genes dominated in all *** addition,sequences closely related to puf M encoded on a plasmid in Sulfitobacter guttiformis were predominant in both Arctic and Antarctic *** result indicates the transpolar or even global distribution of puf M genes in marine ***,differences between the Arctic and Antarctic sequences may prove polar *** results indicate the important role of Rhodobacteraceae as AAP bacteria in bipolar coastal waters.

Exploring the native defects of zeolites is highly important for understanding the properties of zeolites, such as catalysis and optics. Here, ITQ-16 films were prepared via the secondary growth method in the presence of Ge atoms. Various intrinsic defects of ITQ-16 films were fully studied through photoluminescence and FTIR characterizations. It was found that both the as-synthesized and calcined ITQ-16 films displayed multicolor photolumines- cence including ultraviolet, blue, green and red emissions by exciting upon appropriate wavelengths. The results in- dicate that Si--OH and non-bridging oxygen hole centers（NBOHCs） are responsible for the origin of green and red emissions at 540--800 nm, while according to a variety of emission bands of calcined ITQ-16 film, blue emission bands at around 446 and 462 nm are attributed to peroxy free radicals（≡SiO2＊）, ultraviolet emissions ranging from 250 nm to 450 nm are suggested originating from a singlet-to-triplet transition of two-fold-coordinated Si and Ge, respectively.

In this paper, we give some sufficient conditions under which perturbations preserve Hilbert frames and near-Riesz bases. Similar results are also extended to frame sequences, Riesz sequences and Schauder frames. It is worth mentioning that some of our perturbation conditions are quite different from those used in the previous literatures on this topic.

目的分析急性阑尾炎(AA)手术患儿住院期间切口感染(SSI)发生率及相关因素分析。方法回顾性分析法选择2022年7月至2023年7月68例AA手术患儿的临床资料,依据住院期间是否发生SSI进行分组,将评估出SSiIi者划分为发生组,未评估出感染者则划分为未发生组,收集2组患儿疾病相关.特征、一般资料,分析AA手术患儿住.院期间发生SSI相关因素,通过Logstc回归分析有差异项目。结果68例AA手术患儿中19例发生SSI,发生率为2794%,未发生SS.I共有49例,占比7206%;2组年龄、体征指数(BMI)、性别、基础疾病、切口类型、切口方法、切口保.护、术前CRPi水i平比较发生无统计学意义(P>005),发生组使用预防性抗菌药物、留置腹腔引流管、手术时间、阑尾穿孔和未发生组存在显著差异(P<005);采取Logstc回归方程计算上述有差异的项目,发现使用预防性抗菌药物、留置腹腔引流管、手术时间、阑尾穿孔是AA患儿发生SSI的危险因素。结论AA手术患儿住院期间发生SSI的因素存在多种,如使用预防性抗菌药物、留置腹腔引流管、手术时间、阑尾穿孔,临床需高度引起重视,最大程度降低SSI发生风险。

We first prove that the Cauchy problem of the Kawahara equation, δtu ＋ uδxu ＋βδx^3u＋γδx^5u = 0, is locally solvable if the initial data belong to H^r（R） and r〉 r≥-7/5, thus improving the known local well-posedness result of this equation. Next we use this local result and the method of ＂almost conservation law＂ to prove that global solutions exist if the initial data belong to H^r（R） and r〉-1/2.

This paper presents an analytical solution for one-dimensional consolidation of soft soil under some common types of cyclic loading such as trapezoidal cyclic loading, based on the assumptions proposed by Davis and Raymond （1965） that the decrease in permeability is proportional to the decrease in compressibility during the consolidation process of the soil and that the distribution of initial effective stress is constant with depth the solution obtained, some diagrams are prepared and the It is verified by the existing analytical solutions in special cases. Using telex ant consolidation behavior is investigated.

Effects of phosphate on the adsorption of glyphosate on three different types of Chinese soils

Glyphosate （GPS） is a non-selective, post-mergence herbicide that is widely used throughout the world. Due to the similar molecular structures of glyphosate and phosphate, adsorption of glyphosate on soil is easily affected by coexisting phosphate, especially when phosphate is applied at a significant rate in farmland. This paper studied the effects of phosphate on the adsorption of glyphosate on three different types of Chinese soils including two variable charge soils and one permanent charge soil. The results indicated that Freundlich equations used to simulate glyphosate adsorption isotherms gave high correlation coefficients（0.990-0.998） with K values of 2751, 2451 and 166 for the zhuanhong soil（ZH soil, Laterite）, red soil（ RS, Udic Ferrisol） and Wushan paddy soil（WS soil, Anthrosol）, respectively. The more the soil iron and aluminum oxides and clay contained, the more glyphosate adsorbed. The presence of phosphate significantly decreased the adsorption of glyphosate to the soils by competing with glyphosate for adsorption sites of soils. Meanwhile, the effects of phosphate on adsorption of glyphosate on the two variable charge soils were more significant than that on the permanent charge soil. When phosphate and glyphosate were added in the soils in different orders, the adsorption quantities of glyphosate on the soils were different, which followed GPS-soil 〉 GPS-P-soil = GPS-Soil-P 〉 P-soil-GPS, meaning a complex interaction occurred among glyphosate, phosphate and the soils.

To tolerate phosphate(Pi)deficiency in the environment,plants alter their developmental and metabolic *** the past two decades,researchers have extensively used Petri dish-grown seedlings of the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana to study the molecular mechanisms underlying root developmental responses to Pi deficiency.A typical developmental response of the Petri dish-grown Arabidopsis seedlings to Pi deficiency is the inhibited growth of primary root(PR).This response is generally thought to enhance the production of lateral roots and root hairs,which increases the plant’s ability to obtain Pi and is therefore regarded as an active cellular ***,we report that direct illumination of root surface with blue light is critical and sufficient for Pi deficiency-induced inhibition of PR growth in Arabidopsis *** further show that a blue light-triggered malate-mediated photo-Fenton reaction and a canonical Fenton reaction form an Fe redox cycle in the root *** Fe redox cycle results in the production of hydroxyl radicals that inhibit PR *** addition to revealing the molecular mechanism underlying Pi deficiency-induced inhibition of PR growth,our work demonstrated that this developmental change is not an active cellular response;instead,it is a phenotype resulting from root growth in transparent Petri *** finding is significant because illuminated,transparent Petri dishes have been routinely used to study Arabidopsis root responses to environmental changes.
