The reservoir characteristics and their controlling factors of the sublacustrine fan in the Paleogene dongying Formation, Bohai Sea,China

Sublacustrine fan is an important element in continental lacustrine basins and is significant for reservoir exploration. Oil and gas resources have been found in the sublacustrine fan sandstone reservoirs of the Paleogene dongying Formation in the Bohai Sea. In this study, the characteristics of the sublacustrine fan reservoirs and the controlling factors are studied using information from logging, cores, physical properties,casting thin sections, X-ray diffraction of clay minerals, vitrinite reflectance, rock pyrolysis, manometry data,and 3D seismic data. The sublacustrine fans of the dongying Formation in the LD10, QHD34, and BZ21 structures show high-quality reservoirs with porosity >15 % and permeability >5 m D. The main controlling factors of the high-quality reservoirs are attributed to the favorable sedimentary facies type and negligible compaction,and cementation, substantial dissolution of K-feldspar, overpressure, and the development of faults and fractures. A high-quality sublacustrine fan reservoir model has been established to explain how these factors affected the physical properties. The favorable targets for oil and gas exploration in the dongying Formation of Bohai Sea include undercompacted sandy debris flow reservoirs showing the dissolution of K-feldspar, and the reservoirs which are connected to the source rocks by faults. This study provides insights to establish the relationship between sedimentology, diagenesis and reservoir quality. The results of this study are significant for the exploration and development of the sublacustrine fan sandstone reservoirs in the Bohai Sea and analogous sandstone reservoirs elsewhere.

Despite the tremendous progress of chimeric antigen receptor T(CAR-T)cell therapy in hematological malignancies,their application in solid tumors has been limited largely due to T-cell exhaustion in the tumor microenvironment(TME)and systemic toxicity caused by excessive cytokine *** a key regulator of the immunosuppressive TME,TGF-βpromotes cytokine synthesis via the NF-κB ***,we coexpressed SMAD7,a suppressor of TGF-βsignaling,with a HER2-targeted CAR in engineered T *** novel CAR-T cells displayed high cytolytic efficacy and were resistant to TGF-β-triggered exhaustion,which enabled sustained tumoricidal capacity after continuous antigen ***,SMAD7 substantially reduced the production of inflammatory cytokines by antigen-primed CAR-T ***,SMAD7 downregulated TGF-βreceptor I and abrogated the interplay between the TGF-βand NF-κB pathways in CAR-T *** a result,these CAR-T cells persistently inhibited tumor growth and promoted the survival of tumor-challenged mice regardless of the hostile tumor microenvironment caused by a high concentration of TGF-β.SMAD7 coexpression also enhanced CAR-T-cell infiltration and persistent activation in patient-derived tumor ***,our study demonstrated the feasibility of SMAD7 coexpression as a novel approach to improve the efficacy and safety of CAR-T-cell therapy for solid tumors.

Cross-border E-commerce and China's Exports during the COVID-19 Pandemic

China's exports experienced a rapid recovery after the outbreak of the 2019 COVID-19 pandemic.A primary engine was cross-border e-commerce(CBEC)trade,which bucked the downward export trend during the *** exploring the variation in the number of CBEC comprehensive pilot zones across provinces,we identified the causal impact of CBEC on exports using monthly province-product-destination data for 2019 and *** found strong and robust evidence that CBEC contributed to exports during the pandemic by promoting the expansion of incumbent exports(intensive margin)rather than through the expansion of product categories and exporting partners(extensive margin).Specifically,higher pandemic risk suppressed the role of CBEC at the intensive margin while enhancing it at the extensive *** to developed countries benefited more from CBEC,both intensively and *** with final products,a larger number of intermediate products were exported through CBEC after the outbreak of the pandemic.

Repurposing diacerein to suppress colorectal cancer growth by inhibiting the DCLK1/STAT3 signaling pathway

Double cortin-like kinase 1(DCLK1)exhibits high expression levels across various cancers,notably in human colorectal cancer(CRC).Diacerein,a clinically approved interleukin(IL)-1βinhibitor for osteoarthritis treatment,was evaluated for its impact on CRC proliferation and migration,alongside its underlying mechanisms,through both in vitro and in vivo *** study employed MTT assay,colony formation,wound healing,transwell assays,flow cytometry,and Hoechst 33342 staining to assess cell proliferation,migration,and ***,proteome microarray assay and western blotting analyses were conducted to elucidate diacerein’s specific mechanism of *** findings indicate that diacerein significantly inhibits DCLK1-dependent CRC growth in vitro and in *** high-throughput proteomics microarray and molecular docking studies,we identified that diacerein directly interacts with ***,the suppression of p-STAT3 expression following DCLK1 inhibition by diacerein or specific DCLK1 siRNA was ***,diacerein effectively disrupted the DCLK1/STAT3 signaling pathway and its downstream targets,including MCL-1,VEGF,and survivin,thereby inhibiting CRC progression in a mouse model,thereby inhibiting CRC progression in a mouse model.

Corrosion behavior of Al_(2)O_(3)-C bricks in MnO-containing mold slag

In order to explore the corrosion mechanism of Al_(2)O_(3)-C refractories in the mold flux bearing MnO,the immersion test of Al_(2)O_(3)-C refractories in CaO-SiO2-CaF2-MnO slag with different MnO contents was carried out at 1550℃.The results show that Mn particles were observed in the slag after experiment,due to the reduction of MnO by graphite in *** amounts of graphite were observed at the interface between refractories and slag,indicating that the oxidation of graphite is limited by the poor contact between graphite and molten ***,the oxidation of graphite is not the main cause of damage to refractories.A small quantity of CaO·2Al_(2)O_(3)(CA_(2))and CaO·6Al_(2)O_(3)(CA_(6))adjacent to Al_(2)O_(3) grain was detected at the slag/reaction layer ***_(2) and CA_(6) possess relatively high melting points,which is beneficial to hindering the further penetration of ***,the dissolution of Al_(2)O_(3) into slag is still the main cause for refractories *** increase in the MnO content of mold slag decreases the viscosity and then results in the severe corrosion of Al_(2)O_(3)-C bricks.

In this work,considering the preformation factor of the emitted two protons in parent nucleus S_(2p) and the effect of the parent nucleus deformation,based on the Wentzel-Kramers-Brillouin approximation and Bohr-Sommerfeld quantization condition,we improve a simple phenomenological model proposed by Bayrak[***.G:47,025102(2020)]to systematically study 2p radioactivity *** model contains two adjustable parameters V_(0) and a_(β),which are related to the depth of nuclear potential and effect of *** calculated results show that this model can effectively reproduce the experimental data with a corresponding root-mean-square(RMS)standard deviation of σ=*** comparison,we include the Gamow-like model(GLM)proposed by Liu et al.[***.C 45,044110(2021)],generalized liquid drop model(GLDM)proposed by Cui et al.[***.C 101,014301(2020)],effective liquid drop model(ELDM)proposed by *** et al.[***.B 774,14(2017)],two-potential approach with Skyrme-Hartree-Fock(TPASHF)proposed by Pan et al.[***.C 45,124104(2021)],phenomenological model with a screened electrostatic barrier(SEB)propoesed by Zou et al.[***.C 45,104101(2021)],unified fission model(UFM)proposed by Xing et al.[***.C 45,124105(2021)],Coulomb and proximity potential model for deformed nuclei(CPPMDN)proposed by Santhosh[***.C 104,064613(2021)],two-parameter empirical formula proposed by Liu et al.[***.C 45,024108(2021)],and four-parameter empirical formula proposed by Sreeja et al.[***.J.A 55,33(2019)].In addition,we use this model to 2p predict the radioactive half-lives of some possible potential nuclei whose 2p radioactivity are energetically allowed or observed but not yet quantified in NUBASE2020.
