Partial least squares（PLS）,back-propagation neural network（BPNN）and radial basis function neural network（RBFNN）were respectively used for estalishing quantative analysis models with near infrared（NIR）diffuse reflectance spectra for determining the contents of rifampincin（RMP）,isoniazid（INH）and pyrazinamide（PZA）in rifampicin isoniazid and pyrazinamide ***-Golay smoothing,first derivative,second derivative,fast Fourier transform（FFT）and standard normal variate（SNV）transformation methods were applied to pretreating raw NIR diffuse reflectance *** raw and pretreated spectra were divided into several regions,depending on the average spectrum and RSD *** component analysis（PCA）method was used for analyzing the raw and pretreated spectra in different regions in order to reduce the dimensions of input *** optimum spectral regions and the models＇ parameters were chosen by comparing the root mean square error of cross-validation（RMSECV）values which were obtained by leave-one-out cross-validation *** RMSECV values of the RBFNN models for determining the contents of RMP,INH and PZA were 0.00288,0.00226 and 0.00341,*** these models for predicting the contents of INH,RMP and PZA in prediction set,the RMSEP values were 0.00266,0.00227 and 0.00411,*** results are better than those obtained from PLS models and BPNN *** additional advantages of fast calculation speed and less dependence on the initial conditions,RBFNN is a suitable tool to model complex systems.

We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP240408a,by Einstein Probe （EP） and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength *** new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope （WXT） on board EP on April 8th,2024,manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for *** flare reached a peak flux of 3.9×10-9erg cm-2s-1in 0.5-4 ke V,～300 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the *** and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new *** X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 ke V,with a power-law photon index varying *** X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for ～4 d,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable ～10 d after the initial *** on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-23 d is found for EP240408a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term *** counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these *** demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP240408a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical *** nature of EP240408a thus remains an *** suggest that EP240408a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of～10 *** detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin.

Improving the production of broiler chicken meat has been a goal of broiler breeding programs worldwide for many years. However, the genetic architectures of skeletal muscle production traits in chickens have not yet been fully elucidated. In the present study, a total of 519 F_(2) birds, derived from a cross of Arbor Acres broiler and Baier layer, were re-sequenced(26 F_(0) individuals were re-sequenced at a 10-fold depth;519 F_(2) individuals were re-sequenced at a 3-fold depth) and the coupling of genome-wide association study(GWAS) and selection signatures(FST(fixation index) and θπ(nucleotide diversity)) was carried out to pinpoint the associated loci and genes that contribute to pectoral muscle weight(PMW) and thigh muscle weight(TMW). A total of 7 890 258 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) remained to be analyzed after quality control and imputation. The integration of GWAS and selection signature analyses revealed that genetic determinants responsible for skeletal muscle production traits were mainly localized on chromosomes 1(168.95–172.43 Mb) and 4(74.37–75.23 Mb). A total of 17 positional candidate genes(PCGs)(LRCH1, CDADC1, CAB39 L, LOC112531568, LOC112531569, FAM124 A, FOXO1, NBEA, GPALPP1, RUBCNL, ARL11, KPna3, LHFP, GBA3, LOC112532426, KCNIP4, and SliT2) were identified in these regions. In particular, KPna3 and FOXO1 were the most promising candidates for meat production in chickens. These findings will help enhance our understanding of the genetic architecture of chicken muscle production traits, and the significant SNPs identified could be promising candidates for integration into practical breeding programs such as genome-wide selection(GS) to improve the meat yield of chickens.

采用反馈神经网络结合遗传算法(BPANN-GA)对高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定纤维堆囊菌(Sorangium cellulosum)代谢物中埃博霉素A(Epo A)和埃博霉素B(Epo B)含量的条件进行优化,采用均匀设计(U132)方案对流动相中乙腈的体积分数、色谱柱温度和流动相的pH等3个因素进行实验设计;以色谱函数(COF)值为优化指标,运用双层反馈神经网络建立色谱优化函数(COF)值,考察因素间的预测模型,采用Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation算法对所建立的神经网络预测模型进行训练,以逼近度(Da)为优化参数,选择预测模型的最适隐含层节点数.最优预测模型预测的COF值与实验值之间的相关系数(R)达到0.98165,采用遗传算法在实验考察范围内进行全局寻优,得到最优化的HPLC分析条件:流动相中乙腈体积分数为29.2%,色谱柱温度为34℃,流动相pH为4.23.在此最优条件下对纤维堆囊菌代谢产物进行HPLC分析,结果表明,该方法对两种埃博霉素色谱峰均具有较好的分离度.

In the face of ongoing habitat fragmentation,many primate species have experienced reduced gene flow resulting in a reduction of genetic diversity,population bottlenecks,and inbreeding depression,including golden snub-nosed monkeys Rhinopithecus *** snub-nosed monkeys live in a multilevel society composed of several 1 male harem units that aggregate to form a cohesive breeding band,which is followed by one or more bachelor groups composed of juvenile,subadult,and adult male *** this research,we examine the continuous landscape resistance surface,the genetic diversity and patterns of gene flow among 4 isolated breeding bands and 1 all-male band in the Qinling Mountains,*** surface modeling suggested that human activities and ecological factors severely limit the movement of individuals among breeding *** these conditions are expected to result in reduced gene flow,reduced genetic diversity,and an increased opportunity for a genetic bottleneck,based on population genetic analyses of 13 microsatellite loci from 188 individuals inhabiting 4 isolated breeding bands and 1 all-male band,we found high levels of genetic diversity but low levels of genetic divergence,as well as high rates of gene flow between males residing in the all-male band and each of the 4 breeding *** results indicate that the movement of bachelor males across the landscape,along with their association with several different breeding bands,appears to provide a mechanism for promoting gene flows and maintaining genetic diversity that may counteract the otherwise isolating effects of habitat fragmentation.

The adaptability of soybean to be grown at a wide range of latitudes is attributed to natural variation in the major genes and quantitative trait loci （QTLs） that control flowering time and maturity. Thus, the identification of genes controlling flowering time and maturity and the understanding of their molecular basis are critical for improving soybean productivity. However, due to the great effect of the major maturity gene E1 on flowering time, it is difficult to detect other small-effect QTLs. In this study, aiming to reduce the effect of the QTL, associated with the E1 gene, on the detection of other QTLs, we divided a population of 96 recombinant inbred lines （RILs） into two sub-populations： one with the E1 allele and another with the elns allele. Compared with the results of using all 96 recombinant inbred lines, additional QTLs for flowering time were identified in the sub-populations, two （qFT-B1 and qFT-H） in RILs with the E1 allele and one （qFT-J-2） in the RILs with the elnl allele, respectively. The three QTLs, qFT-B1, qFT-H and qFT-J-2 were true QTLs and played an important role in the regulation of growth period. Our data provides valuable information for the genetic mapping and gene cloning of traits controlling flowering time and maturity and will help a better understanding of the mechanism of photoperiod-regulated flowering and molecular breeding in soybean.
