The Mn-Ce-Fe mixed oxide(MCFe)was prepared by co-precipitation and the catalytic performance was tested by using 1,2-dichlorobenzene(1,2-DCB)and furan as model molecules of PCDD/*** effect of O_(2)concentration,SO_(2) and NO on the catalytic activity was *** 270℃,the MCFe oxide catalyst presents significant simultaneous removal efficiency of 75.25%and 100%for 1,2-DCB and furan,***-Emmett-Teller(BET)method(BET),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),H_2-temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR),NH_(3)-temperature programmed desorption(NH_3-TPD)and O_(2)-TPD were used to characterize the catalysts before and after the *** tests suggest that the oxidation behavior of furan occurred prior to that of 1,*** to the intermediate products detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),the by-products include chlorinated hydrocarbons,long-chain hydrocarbons,ketone,*** catalytic oxidation reaction paths are proposed.

Objective During 2003-2005, an outbreak of meningitis due to Neisseria meningitidis serogroup C occurred in China. With the aim to find strain clues result in the final epidemics, the ancestral strain 053442, a clinical isolate, and a carrier strain 053426 with different gene type were analyzed. Methods Clinical strain 053442 and carrier strain 053426 were cultured on GC agar plates under the same condition. Two-dimensional electrophoresis was performed using the pH 3–10 nonlinear IPG strips of 24 cm length, and all the protein spots were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight spectrometry. Results 502 and 380 protein spots were identified in 053426 and 053442 respectively, relating to 266 and 202 different genes covering a wide range of cellular functions. The express volume and number of proteins involved in energy metabolism, protein synthesis and amino acid biosynthesis in 053426 were higher than in 053442. Virulence factor Opa, Opc and a series of proteins involved in pilus assembly and retraction were identified in 053442, which appear to be of primary importance in colonization and invasion of human cells. Compared to 053442, virulence protein species were less in 053426, with lower express volumes too. No Opa and Opc were detected in 053426. Conclusion The different protein expression profiles of the clinical strain 053442 and carrier strain 053426 in the present study provide some clues of the different pathogenicity of the two strains, which may account for result in the final epidemics.

Polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and polychlorinated dibenzofurans(PCDD/Fs)have attracted widespread concern due to their high toxicity,and their difficult manipulation in laboratories has made the research process ***,in our work,furan is selected as the model compound owing to the same structure of a central oxygenate *** catalytic oxidation is regarded as an effective and applicable method for the abatement of PCDD/Fs,the synthesis of low-temperature catalysts is still a challenging problem in practical *** this situation,we prepared a novel V_(2)O_(5)/TiO_(2)catalyst modified with N-doped hierarchical porous carbon(NHPC)via a wet impregnation *** V/T-1%NHPC catalyst could achieve expectant low-temperature performances with 50%furan conversion at 150℃and a complete conversion at 200℃,which decreased 23℃and 40℃compared to the V/T catalyst ***,the addition of NHPC presented lifting chemical stability during long-time *** addition of NHPC in V/T catalysts decreased the formation of crystalline V_(2)O_(5) and increased the percentages of V^(5+)and O_(lat),which improved the utilization of vanadium ions and the catalytic ***,the higher binding energy shift of O_(lat) implied more reaction possibility with other oxidise ***,this work proved the lifting catalytic activity by the interaction between catalysts and NHPC,and proposed the promoting effects of the N *** results showed that the content of the pyridinic N and graphitic N in NHPC changed after combining with V/T catalyst,which played crucial roles in the excellent catalytic ***,this work provides comprehensive research of the V/T-1%NHPC catalyst toward furan oxidation at low temperature and explain the effects of N-doped biomass carbon in catalytic activity clearly,which gave a new thought to design low-temperature catalysts in PCDD/Fs ***,the internal functional mech

BACKGROUND The use of a problem-solving model guided by stimulus-organism-response(SOR)theory for women with postpartum depression after cesarean delivery may inform nursing interventions for women with postpartum *** To explore the state of mind and coping style of women with depression after cesarean delivery guided by SOR *** Eighty postpartum depressed women with cesarean delivery admitted to the hospital between January 2022 and October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups of 40 cases each,according to the random number table *** the control group,the observation group adopted the problem-solving nursing model under SOR *** two groups were consecutively intervened for 12 weeks,and the state of mind,coping styles,and degree of post-partum depression were analyzed at the end of the *** The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale-24-item scores of the observation group were lower than in the control group after care,and the level of improvement in the state of mind was higher than that of the control group(PluSION Adopting the problem-solving nursing model using SOR theory for postpartum depressed mothers after cesarean delivery reduced maternal depression,improved their state of mind,and coping level with illness.

A Study on Idea Adoption Prediction Model Based on SMOTE-AdaBoost: Taking Salesforce Platform as an Example

In the context of information overload, companies often struggle to effectively identify valuable ideas on their open innovation platforms. In this article, we propose an idea adoption strategy based on machine learning. We used data from a well-known open innovation platform, Salesforce, and extracted characteristic variables using the Information Adoption Model. Four classification models were then constructed based on AdaBoost, Random Forest, SVM and Logistic Regression models. Due to significant differences in the number of positive and negative samples in the OIP, we used the SMOTE method to address the problem of data imbalance. The results of the study showed that the ensemble learning models were more accurate in identifying valuable ideas than the individual machine learning models. When comparing the two ensemble learning models, AdaBoost outperformed Random Forest in predicting both positive and negative class samples. The SMOTE-AdaBoost model achieved a recall of 0.93, a precision of 0.92 and an impressive AUC of 0.98 in identifying adopted ideas, which could well identify valuable ideas and has implications for improving the efficiency and quality of idea adoption in OIP. The shortcoming of this work is that it only investigated a single platform. In the future, we will consider extending this method to different platforms and multiple classification problems.

Predictors of Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes Following Traumatic Injuries

Objective After traumatic injury in pregnant women,providing timely and appropriate management for high-risk patients is crucial for both pregnant women and *** study aimed to identify risk factors that predict adverse pregnancy outcomes after traumatic *** A retrospective cohort study including 317 pregnant patients who experienced trauma was *** collected data included general demographics,injury mechanisms and adverse pregnancy *** were divided into two subgroups based on the absence or presence of trauma-related adverse pregnancy *** and multivariate logistic regressions were conducted to estimate the associations between clinical variables and adverse pregnancy *** A total of 41(12.93%)patients experienced adverse pregnancy outcomes within the first 24 h *** study revealed that age>35 years(OR=14.995,95%CI:5.024–44.755,P<0.001),third trimester trauma(OR=3.878,95%CI:1.343–11.204,P=0.012),abdominal pain(OR=3.032,95%CI:1.221–7.527,P=0.017),vaginal bleeding(OR=3.226,95%CI:1.093–9.523,P=0.034),positive scan in focused assessment with sonography for trauma(FAST)positive(OR=8.496,95%CI:2.825–25.555,P<0.001),9≤injury severity score(ISS)<16(OR=3.039,95%CI:1.046–8.835,P=0.041)and ISS≥16(OR=5.553,95%CI:1.387–22.225,P=0.015)increased the probability of posttraumatic adverse pregnancy *** age,gestational age at delivery,vaginal bleeding and positive FAST results were risk factors for abnormal *** Advanced maternal age,third trimester,and positive FAST results should alert multidisciplinary trauma teams to closely monitor patients to prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes.
