本篇硕士论文意在探讨刚果共和国在处置和调解非洲国家冲突和政治危机中所发挥的作用。这一作用始于20世纪的80年代。因此,这是一篇论述外交理论和实际的研究成果。虽为中非地区的一个小国,但刚果共和国(布)却一直保持国内和平与稳定,在经济上借助于出口石油和优质木材,刚果(布)属于富裕的中等收入非洲国家。在政治与社会层面,国内稳定并且趋于法治。外交上,刚果在调解非洲国家冲突和危机调解中则表现不凡。这是本文的核心论点:刚果为何愿意调解多起非洲危机以及它的努力是如何成功的。就地区而言,刚果是非洲中部国家经济联合体成员以及中非国家经济与货币联合体成员国。显然,它一直积极参与国际与地区事务然而,刚果(布)所取得的这些成果来之不易。从1960年独立以来,刚果与其他非洲国家同样经历了社会动荡和经济凋敝。但是,自20世纪80年代以降,刚果经济得以快速发展而且对外一直奉行睦邻友好政策。作为中非国家经济联合体成员,刚果与其他周边国家关系良好,而且在苏丹、利比亚、乍得和中非共和国危机中发挥了惊人的角色。本文探讨外交的性质与作用。首先,作为一个主权国家,刚果(布)是如何愿意担当这一光荣而危险角色的。其政治目的是什么,因为任何国家都要首先考虑其利益和成本所在?其次,作为一个相对的小国,刚果为什么一直能够成功调解多起非洲国家间的危机甚至冲突。为此,本论文包括四章:导论部分介绍了刚果的外交政策及其所要探讨的问题,并且通过几个案例来验证刚果外交的成就。第二章着重分析了刚果参与国际调解的主要动机和政策目标。第三章继而分析了四个案例,并强调刚果政府和其政治精英的外交智慧与政治勇气,特别是刚果总统的个人作用。第四章进而分析了任何主权国家所要追求的目的和可以付出的代价。刚果(布)也不例外。那么,如何评估刚果的外交是出于理性考量还是好大喜功的追求。论文的结语总结了整个论述过程以及本文所存在的问题。

Burkina Faso conducted a community selection of the indigent in eight health districts. The selection targeted 15% to 20% indigent per district. This study analyzed the data of this selection from the databases of the Ministry of Health. Descriptive analysis and time series modeling were performed. Indigents were predominantly female, heads of household were mostly elderly, and the average age of household members ranged from 21.9 to 29.8 years. The households were small. Indigents were mostly uneducated and employed. They all belonged to a given religious denomination, Muslims were the most numerous. The majority of the indigents were married and almost a quarter of them were widows. About 2% to 17% of indigents were selected depending on the district. Forecasts showed both an increase and a decrease in the use of health care by indigents. The study recommends considering the poverty level specific to each district when selecting, strengthening education policies targeting the indigent, improving the socio-health conditions of the indigent including specific actions considering age, sex and marital status, and the formulation of an employment policy targeting the indigent. Analyzes of the relationship between poverty and religion may allow the exploitation of religious capital for the benefit of the indigent.

Preventive fraction of physical fitness on risk factors in cardiac patients:retrospective epidemiological study

AIM To quantify the preventive fraction of physical fitness on the risk factors in patients with cardiovascular diseases(CVDs).METHODS A total of 249 subjects(205 men and 44 women) suffering from CVD were categorized into four groups, according to their percentage of physical fitness. We calculated the odds ratio to obtain the preventive fraction in order to evaluate the impact of the physical fitness level on the risk factors(i.e., abdominal obesity, depression, diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, obesity, overweight and smoking).reSULTS It is observed that a normal physical fitness level is sufficient to induce a preventive action on abdominal obesity(38%), diabetes(12%), hypertension(33%), obesity(12%) and overweight(11%). Also, the preventive fraction increases with the level of physical fitness, in particular for hypertension(36%) and overweight(16%). A high physical fitness level does not necessarily induce a preventive action in most risk factors, excluding depression. CONCLUSION This is the first study which demonstrates that reaching a normal physical fitness level is enough to induce a protection for some risk factors, despite having a CVD.

在含沙水流中运行的水斗式水轮机,分水刃和缺口是斗叶上最容易受到磨损变形的部位。采用欧拉-拉格朗日法对水-气-砂三相流进行非定常计算,研究分水刃高度下降对流态及泥沙磨损的影响,以及分水刃高度、缺口深度变化对转轮外特性的影响。研究发现:分水刃高度下降会对流线产生影响,在进水侧区域诱发旋涡和湍流,致使流态紊乱,水力损失增加,从而造成转轮外特性下降。当分水刃高度下降2、5、10mm时,转轮的效率分别减少了0.22%、0.66%、5.98%。分水刃高度下降造成的斗叶型线变化,会影响泥沙颗粒对斗叶内壁面的磨损情况。分水刃下降的高度越大,分水刃区域的磨损越严重、磨损范围越大。缺口深度增加会减小斗叶工作面面积,造成转轮外特性下降。尤其是当缺口深度增加10mm时,效率降低了15.37%,转轮效率低于70%,在这种工况下运行,对射流能量的利用是非常不利的。

顶盖螺栓是连接水轮机顶盖与座环的重要连接件,顶盖螺栓的安全状态是水电站安全运行的重要保障。以某轴流式水轮机作为研究对象,建立了全三维流体模型和水轮机顶盖及螺栓结构模型,采用流固耦合方法将顶盖过流面压力分布水压力传递给水轮机顶盖,对现场电站螺栓采用中空测力传感器进行现场试验,将螺栓不同截面的等效应力分布与试验结果进行验证,研究表明:顶盖水压力随着水头和导叶开度的增大而增大,最大水头大开度工况顶盖总轴向压力值达到最大;螺栓不同位置截面应力分布不均,螺栓同时承受着轴向应力与弯曲应力,螺栓头部、螺栓与螺纹交接处相比螺栓比螺栓中部截面受力大;不同位置螺栓受力变化趋势一致验证了顶盖耦合面的水压力为轴对称分布的特性;开机时螺栓受力比停机时增加明显,较低负荷振动区,顶盖螺栓受力有所提升,在稳定运行区螺栓受力保持稳定;停机及三个稳定运行工况下数模计算的结果和现场试验吻合,验证了有限元计算的准确性,中空测力传感器能够比较准确的反应螺栓的轴向受力。

社交媒体已经成为品牌的基本推广工具,其面对的是联系越来越紧密、对传统媒体消费越来越少的新世代。因此,品牌现在正利用社交媒体来锁定这批新的受众,并调整了其营销策略。利用名人代言,品牌利用社交媒体明星推广其产品,即社交媒体影响者营销。然而,品牌必须知道所选择的影响者是否会对其追随者的购买意向产生积极的影响。在Zietek(2016)看来,可信度会影响说服效果,而缺乏可信度则会导致说服力的丧失。因此,影响者的可信度是衡量其对购买意向影响的重要因素。Ohanian(1990)提出,名人的可信度可以通过三个主要维度来衡量:吸引力、可信度和专业性。通过确定一个来源的可信度,我们可以确定它对其信息接收者的购买意向的影响。本研究论文的目的是确定哪些因素塑造了社交媒体影响者的可信度,并使用Ohanian来源可信度模型研究其如何影响消费者的购买意向。此外,本研究还分析了法国和中国的消费者,以确定这些因素在这两个国家是否相同或不同。共有245名法国和中国的社交媒体用户回答了关于他们使用社交媒体以及与影响者的关系的问卷调查。经过统计分析,本论文确定了Ohanian模型中建立的三个因素也适用于社交媒体影响者营销。然而,这些因素对法国和中国消费者的影响并不一样:吸引力和可信度对中国消费者的购买意向有积极影响,但对法国人的影响不大。专业性对法国消费者的购买意向有正向影响,但对中国消费者的购买意向没有影响。因此,Ohanian模型的三个因素的影响会因国家或市场的不同而不同。一个品牌必须确立考虑的标准,在其社交媒体影响者营销中为目标消费者选择最相关的影响者

Managing familial pancreatic cancer(FPC)is challenging for gastroenterologists,surgeons and ***-risk individuals(HRI)for pancreatic cancer(PC)(FPC or with germline mutations)are a heterogeneous group of subjects with a theoretical lifetime cumulative risk of PC over 5%.Screening is mainly based on annual magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and endoscopic ultrasound(EUS).The goal of screening is to identify early-stage operable cancers or high-risk precancerous lesions(pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia or intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms with high-grade dysplasia).In the literature,target lesions are identified in 2%-5%of HRI who undergo *** appears to provide better identification of small solid lesions(0%-46%of HRI)and chronicpancreatitis-like parenchymal changes(14%-77%of HRI),while MRI is probably the best modality to identify small cystic lesions(13%-49%of HRI).There are no specific studies in HRI on the use of contrast-enhanced harmonic *** can also be used to obtain tissue ***,there is still limited evidence on the accuracy of imaging procedures used for screening or agreement on which patients to *** cost-effectiveness of screening is also *** new EUS-related techniques,such as searching for DNA abnormalities or protein markers in pancreatic fluid,appear to be promising.
