How to trigger strong anti-tumor immune responses has become a focus for tumor ***,we report the human-induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSs)to deliver MnO2@Ce6 nanoprobes into tumors for simultaneous photodynamic therapy(PDT)and enhanced ***6 photosensitizer was attached on manganese dioxide(MnO2)nanoparticles,and resultant MnO2@Ce6 nanoprobes were delivered into mitomycin-treated iPSs to form iPS-MnO2@Ce6 *** iPS-MnO2@Ce6 actively targeted in vivo tumors,the acidic microenvironment triggered interaction between MnO2 and H2O2,released large quantities of oxygen,alleviated hypoxia in *** PDT,singlet oxygen formed,broken iPSs released tumor-shared antigens,which evoked an intensive innate and adaptive immune response against the tumor,improving dendritic cells matured,effector T cells,and natural killer cells were ***,regulatory T cells were reduced,and then the immune response induced by iPS-MnO2@Ce6 was markedly stronger than the immune reaction induced by MnO2@Ce6(P<0.05).The iPS-MnO2@Ce6 markedly inhibited tumor growth and metastasis and reduced mortality in mice models with *** iPS s loaded with MnO2-based nanoprobes are a promising strategy for simultaneous PDT and enhanced immunotherapy against tumor and own clinical translational prospect.

Theater play that shows how textiles, make up, hair dyes and music players has changed along the last six decades, especially due to polymers. It is a play that has a historic, chemical and musical side that introduces the use of ICT （information and communications technology）, such as Faeebook, Moodle platform, Web sites, E-mail, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Videos and Digital music. Results in the conduct of the students that participated： assertiveness, self-esteem, tolerance, cooperation, responsibility and teamwork, all of them significantly contributed a meaningful learning about the polymers.

一个根本性的问题，涉及到地球早期的岩石与矿物质的古环境研究以及行星物质（如小行星与火星陨石，火星岩石）的太空生物学探索，它不仅表现在其中碳类化合物的确认与定量，更重要的是区分这些分子构成的物质是非生命的还是由已灭绝或现存的生物体演变而成。只有将生物标记与地质标记结合起来我们才能够理解这一问题的全局框架。生物学上的记号或者说生物标记是分子构成的化石，然而“地质标记”一词却没有明确的官方定义，它被含糊不清的与不同主题联系到一起，没有形成一个正式的概念。生物标记被定义为“复杂有机化合物，它源于由碳、氢及其它元素构成的原生物有机体，非生命有机化合物不是生物标记因为它本质上不来自于生物”。

Contrasted Impact of Land Abandonment on Soil Erosion in Mediterranean Agriculture Fields

Abandonment of agricultural land results in on- and off-site consequences for the ecosystem. In this study, 105 rainfall simulations were carried out in agriculture lands of the Mediterranean belt in Spain （vineyards in Malaga, almond orchards in Murcia, and orange and olive orchards in Valencia） and in paired abandoned lands to assess the impact of land abandonment on soil and water losses. After abandonment, soil detachment decreased drastically in the olive and orange orchards, while vineyards did not show any difference and almond orchards registered higher erosion rates after the abandonment. Terraced orchards of oranges and olives recovered a dense vegetation cover after the abandonment, while the sloping terrain of almond orchards and vineyards enhanced the development of crusts and rills and a negligible vegetation cover resulted in high erosion rates. The contrasted responses to land abandonment in Mediterranean agricultural lands suggest that land abandonment should be programmed and managed with soil erosion control strategies for some years to avoid land degradation.

The ability of mosquitoes to transmit a pathogen is affected,among other factors,by their survival rate,which is partly modulated by their *** microbiota is acquired during the larval phase and modified during their development and adult feeding behavior,being highly dependent on environmental *** residues including antibiotics are widespread pollutants potentially being present in mosquito breeding waters likely affecting their ***,we used Culex pipiens mosquitoes to assess the impact of antibiotic exposure during the larval and adult stages on the survival rate of adult ***-collected larvae were randomly assigned to two treatments:larvae maintained in water supplemented with antibiotics and control *** adults were subsequently assigned to each of two treatments,fed with sugar solution with antibiotics and fed only with sugar solution(controls).Larval exposure to antibiotics significantly increased the survival rate of adult females that received a control *** addition,the effect of adult exposure to antibiotics on the survival rate of both male and female mosquitoes depended on the number of days that larvae fed ad libitum in the laboratory before *** particular,shorter larval ad libitum feeding periods reduced the survival rate of antibiotic-treated adult mosquitoes compared with those that emerged after a longer larval feeding *** differences were not found in control adult *** results extend the current understanding of the impact of antibiotic exposure of mosquitoes on a key component of vectorial capacity,that is the vector survival rate.
