Detecting bra.n tumours is complex due to the na.ura. va.ia.ion in their loca.ion, sha.e, a.d intensity in ima.es. While ha.ing a.cura.e detection a.d segmenta.ion of bra.n tumours would be beneficia., current methods still need to solve this problem despite the numerous a.a.la.le a.proa.hes. Precise a.a.ysis of Ma.netic Resona.ce Ima.ing (MRI) is crucia. for detecting, segmenting, a.d cla.sifying bra.n tumours in medica. dia.nostics. Ma.netic Resona.ce Ima.ing is a.vita. component in medica. dia.nosis, a.d it requires precise, efficient, ca.eful, efficient, a.d relia.le ima.e a.a.ysis techniques. The a.thors developed a.Deep Lea.ning (DL) fusion model to cla.sify bra.n tumours relia.ly. Deep Lea.ning models require la.ge a.ounts of tra.ning da.a.to a.hieve good results, so the resea.chers utilised da.a.a.gmenta.ion techniques to increa.e the da.a.et size for tra.ning models. VGG16, ResNet50, a.d convolutiona. deep belief networks networks extra.ted deep fea.ures from MRI ima.es. softma. wa. used a. the cla.sifier, a.d the tra.ning set wa. supplemented with intentiona.ly crea.ed MRI ima.es of bra.n tumours in a.dition to the genuine ones. The fea.ures of two DL models were combined in the proposed model to genera.e a.fusion model, which significa.tly increa.ed cla.sifica.ion a.cura.y. a. openly a.cessible da.a.et from the internet wa. used to test the model's performa.ce, a.d the experimenta. results showed tha. the proposed fusion model a.hieved a.cla.sifica.ion a.cura.y of 98.98%. Fina.ly, the results were compa.ed with existing methods, a.d the proposed model outperformed them significa.tly.

The purpose of this study with 488 seconda.y school tea.hers from a.stria.wa. to exa.ine the sa.isfa.tion of tea.hers＇ needs for a.tonomy, competence a.d rela.edness a.d mea.ingful rela.ions to perceived job-rela.ed pressure a.d self-effica.y, to ga.n a. increa.ed insight in a.tonomy supportive contexts. The results point out tha. there a.e va.ious sources for pressure in the tea.hing profession a.d structura. equa.ion modeling revea.ing a.reciproca. rela.ion between the sa.isfa.tion of the need for a.tonomy a.d pressure in tea.hing, a. well a. between the sa.isfa.tion of the need for competence a.d self-effica.y. In a.dition perceived pressure ha. a.nega.ive impa.t on tea.hers＇ self-effica.y a.d self-effica.y in turn influenced the sa.isfa.tion of the need for a.tonomy. In summa.y, considering ba.ic psychologica. needs sa.isfa.tion of tea.hers seems releva.t to crea.e a.tonomy supportive environments for pupils a.d tea.hers in schools.
