Detrital white mica single\|crystal Ar\|Ar ages from the Himalayan foreland sedimentary record are potentially a powerful tool in constraining source regions, tectonic evolution, and the timing and extent of exhumation (Copeland 1990, Najman 1997, White 1999). 试验证明,在美国用稻节梗培养基在-18℃下保存稻瘟菌原始菌种,每年一次取一梗繁殖病菌供接种用;用2％米糠琼脂培养基,每周从新菌落边缘挑菌转管及在适宜的温光培养条件(25℃恒温,4000LX每日8或24小时光照)下培养,是保持稻瘟菌原菌种高产孢力和致病稳定性,减少病菌突变的重要措施。水稻稻苗培育期及接种后的温光露时均可显著影响其抗性反应,其中以培育稻苗期的温光条件影响最大,对中抗或中感品种的抗性反应影响尤为显著。稻瘟菌有遗传变异性,也应该有遗传稳定性,在美国试验条件下,稻瘟菌相当稳定,而寄主—病菌互作中的寄主反应不一致性主要是因为温光影响水稻的抗性反应。

Simulation of Fast Gas Injection Expansion Phase Experiments under Different Pressures

过去几十年中,大量学者对地震前兆中的单物理参量进行了研究,如加速矩释放(Cianchini等,2020)、b值变化(De Santis等,2011)、电离层电子密度和磁场变化(De Santis等,2019a)、粒子沉降(Fidani等人,2010)。多数情况下,地震前目标参量会发生扰动,但扰动并不是总出现,即使出现也不确定扰动以何种形式出现。究其原因,主要有两个。一是我们观测的扰动可能是地震产生的次级反应,如断层的应力变化(大部分情况下,断层破裂的深度大约为10～50公里,无法直接测量震源位置的应力情况)。二是地震是一个复杂的现象,涉及岩石层、大气层和电离层整个地球系统。因此,对岩石层、大气层和电离层进行详细研究是理解中等地震(6≤Mmarchetti等,2019)。此外,Point Arguello ionosonde和Swarm Alpha卫星观测到201 9年美国加利福尼亚7.1级地震震前电子密度增加(De Santis等,2020),且该扰动出现时间与印度尼西亚地震相似。2020年牙买加7.7级地震的特殊之处在于,其震中位于大海(加勒比海)中,仅被极少的陆地区域包围(最大的陆地区域是牙买加,古巴和海地群岛),因此可以研究海洋对圈层耦合模型的影响。对大气参数(如气溶胶和二氧化硫)的初步研究显示,震前5到3个月会出现扰动现象,扰动位置对应于地震破裂区。以上震例研究显示,震前在大气层和电离层中出现了扰动,虽然扰动表现形式稍有不同,但都指示了孕震期,地球各圈层发生的变化。

The injection of a high pressure gas into a stagnant liquid pool is the characteristic phenomenon during the expansion phase of a hypothetical core disruptive accident in liquid metal cooled fast reactors. In order to investigate lots of mechanisms involved in this phase of the accident"s evolution, an experimental campaign called SGI was performed in 1994 in Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe, now KIT. This campaign consists of nine experiments which have been dedicated to assess the effects of different pressure injection, the nozzle"s size and the presence of inner confinement in the formation of the rising bubble. Three of these experiments, which were focused on the pressure effects, have now been simulated with SIMMER III code and with FLUENT 6.3, a commercial CFD code. Both codes, despite their different features, have showed a good agreement with the experimental results. In particular, time trend evolutions of pressures and bubble volumes have been well reproduced by simulation. Furthermore, both codes agree on the shape of the bubble, even though they have evidenced same discrepancies with the experimental shape.

子宫内膜异位症是一种主要影响育龄妇女的慢性疾病。部分肠道子宫内膜异位症患者可能是无症状的,除了不孕之外,有部分患者表现为各种各样的症状,如排便习惯改变(便秘或腹泻)、排便困难、痛经和性交痛等。迄今为止,对于疑似有肠道受累的子宫内膜异位症患者,尚无明确的评估指南。目前的检查手段包括经阴道或经直肠超声检查、核磁共振成像和气钡双重对比造影。不同的检查方法可提供更多的信息,包括是否存在病灶、病灶的位置和累及的范围等,确保患者充分了解病情,同时也可对术前计划进行优化。如需手术治疗,应由经验丰富的医生在有多学科护理条件的中心进行手术。治疗应根据患者的症状和意愿进行调整,目的是尽可能切除所有病灶的同时保留器官的功能。本综述将讨论肠道子宫内膜异位症诊断和处理的最新观点。

BACKGROUND Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)significantly affected endoscopy practice,as gastrointestinal endoscopy is considered a risky procedure for transmission of infection to patients and personnel of endoscopy units(PEU).AIM To assess the impact of COVID-19 on endoscopy during the first European lockdown(March-May 2020).METHODS Patients undergoing endoscopy in nine endoscopy units across six European countries during the period of the first European lockdown for COVID-19(March-May 2020)were *** to the endoscopy procedure,participants were stratified as low-or high-risk for potential COVID-19 infection according to the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy(ESGE)and the European Society of Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Nurses and Associates(ESGENA)joint statement,and contacted 7-14 d later to assess COVID-19 infection *** were questioned regarding COVID-19 symptoms and/or infection via questionnaire,while information regarding hospitalizations,intensive care unitadmissions and COVID-19-related deaths were *** number of weekly endoscopies at each center during the lockdown period was also *** A total of 1267 endoscopies were performed in 1222 individuals across nine European endoscopy departments in six ***-seven(7%)were excluded because of initial positive *** the 1135 pre-endoscopy low risk or polymerase chain reaction negative for COVID-19,254(22.4%)were tested post endoscopy and 8 were eventually found positive,resulting in an infection rate of 0.7%[95%CI:0.2-0.12].The majority(6 of the 8 patients,75%)had undergone *** the 163 PEU,5[3%;(95%CI:0.4-5.7)]tested positive during the study period.A decrease of 68.7%(95%CI:64.8-72.7)in the number of weekly endoscopies was recorded in all centers after March *** centers implemented appropriate personal protective measures(PPM)from the initial phases of the *** COVID-19 transmission in endoscopy unit

Building Information Modelling(BIM)is becoming increasingly present in every stage of assets’*** and more,the BIM approach is related to the sustainability assessment protocols which play an important role in reducing the impact on the *** the design and construction phase,the products’sustainability certification is a key issue to be managed and controlled,to achieve higher efficiency in *** this research,a BIM-based methodology to automate the sustainability certification process in construction phase has been *** to the proposed method,the contractor proposes a building component to the work supervisor,by uploading the related technical datasheet in a Common Data Environment(CDE).If the component meets the performance requirements defined for the construction stage and agreed with the involved parties(work supervisor,client and sustainability accredited professional),it is validated and uploaded in the BIM model by the BIM *** methodology has been tested in a case study,confirming the effectiveness of the proposed ***,it should be further ***,it can be improved and a higher level of automation can be achieved,in order to cope with product dictionaries and templates under development in CEN technical committee 442.
