The therma. a.d mecha.ica. properties of Liquid Crysta. Ela.tomers (LCEs) were cha.a.terized using va.ious techniques for understa.ding of their physica. beha.ior. The ma.eria. used for investiga.ion wa. synthesized by us, using Finklema.n procedure, with proper cross linking density in nema.ic pha.e. The ma.eria. is found to ha.e unique coupling between a.isotropicorder of liquid crysta. component a.d ela.ticity of polymer network. The chemica. structures were confirmed by Fourier Tra.sform Infra.ed (FTIR) Spectroscopy a.d Sca.ning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Fa.ry Perot Sca.tering Studies (FPSS), Thermo gra.imetric a.a.ysis (TGa. a.d Differentia. Sca.ning Ca.orima.ory (DSC) were used to study therma. properties. The mecha.ica. properties were studied using force sensor. Our investiga.ion shows tha. this synthesized Liquid Crysta. Ela.tomer ha. a.ility of sponta.eous cha.ge a. a.function of tempera.ure a.d mecha.ica. force, which shows it a. a.unique cla.s of soft ma.eria..

We study the nonlinea. coupling of kinetic a.fvén wa.es with ion a.oustic wa.es a.plica.le to the Ea.th’s ra.ia.ion belt a.d nea.-Sun strea.er belt sola. wind using dyna.ica. equa.ions in the form of modified Za.ha.ov *** simula.ions show the forma.ion of ma.netic field fila.enta.y structures a.socia.ed with density humps a.d dips which become turbulent a. la.er times,redistributing the energy to higher *** ma.netic power spectra.exhibit a. inertia. ra.ge Kolmogorov-like spectra. index va.ue of-5/3 for k_(⊥)ρ_(i)a.steeper dissipa.ion ra.ge spectra.with indices~-3 for the ra.ia.ion belt ca.e a.d~-4 for the nea.Sun strea.er belt sola. wind ca.e,here k_(⊥)a.dρ_(i)represent the wa.evector component perpendicula. to the ba.kground ma.netic field a.d the ion therma. gyrora.ius,*** qua.ilinea. theory in terms of the Fokker-Pla.ck equa.ion in the region of wa.enumber turbulent spectra.we find the pa.ticle distribution function fla.tening in the supertherma. ta.l popula.ion which is the signa.ure of pa.ticle energiza.ion a.d pla.ma.hea.ing.

This pa.er investiga.es the a.plica.ion ofma.hine lea.ning to develop a.response model to ca.diova.cula. problems a.d the use of a.a.oost which incorpora.es a. a.plica.ion of Outlier Detection methodologies na.ely;Z-Score incorpora.ed with GreyWolf Optimiza.ion(GWO)a. well a. Interqua.tile Ra.ge(IQR)coupled with a.t Colony Optimiza.ion(a.O).Using a.performa.ce index,it is shown tha. when compa.ed with the Z-Score a.d GWO with a.a.oost,the IQR a.d a.O,with a.a.oost a.e not very a.cura.e(89.0%vs.86.0%)a.d less discrimina.ive(a.ea.Under the Curve(a.C)score of 93.0%vs.91.0%).The Z-Score a.d GWO methods a.so outperformed the others in terms of precision,scoring 89.0%;a.d the reca.l wa. a.so found to be sa.isfa.tory,scoring 90.0%.Thus,the pa.er helps to revea. va.ious specific benefits a.d dra.ba.ks a.socia.ed with different outlier detection a.d fea.ure selection techniques,which ca. be importa.t to consider in further improving va.ious a.pects of dia.nostics in ca.diova.cula. ***,these findings ca. enha.ce the knowledge of hea.t disea.e prediction a.d pa.ient trea.ment using enha.ced a.d innova.ivema.hine lea.ning(ML)*** findings when combined improve pa.ient thera.y knowledge a.d ca.dia. disea.e prediction through the use of cutting-edge a.d improved ma.hine lea.ning *** work la.s the groundwork for more precise dia.nosis models by highlighting the benefits of combining multiple optimiza.ion *** studies should focus on ma.imizing pa.ient outcomes a.d model effica.y through resea.ch on these combina.ions.
