Adaptive modification of turbofan engine nonlinear model based on LSTM neural networks and hybrid optimization method

An accurate and reliable turbofan engine model which can describe its dynamic behavior within the full flight envelop and lifecycle plays a critical role in performance optimization, controller design and fault diagnosis. However, due to the performance differences caused by the tolerance of engine manufacturing and assembly, and performance degradation during continuously stringent environmental regulations, the model accuracy is severely reduced. In this paper, an adaptive modification method of turbofan engine nonlinear Component-Llevel Model(CLM) based on Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM) Neural Network(NN) and hybrid optimization algorithm is pro-posed. First, a dynamic compensator with a combined LSTM NN architecture is constructed to compensate for the initial error between the experimental data and CLM of a turbofan engine under health condition. Then, a sensitivity analysis approach based on the entropy coefficient and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution integrated evaluation is developed to choose the unmeasurable health parameters to be adjusted. Finally, a parallel hybrid optimization algorithm is developed to complete the adaptive model modification when the performance degrades. The proposed method is verified on a military low-bypass twin-spool turbofan engine, and the experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Compressive sensing in wireless sensor network for poultry acoustic monitoring

A wireless acoustic sensor network was realized using wireless sensor nodes equipped with microphone condensers,in which its sensor nodes were configured to capture poultry sound data and transmit it via the network to a collection point.A high performance computer can process these large volumes of animal audio signals under different *** performing data signal processing and analyzing the audio signal,poultry sound can be achieved and then transformed into their corresponding behavioral modes for welfare *** this study,compressive sensing algorithm was developed in consideration of the balance between the power saving from compression ratio and the computational cost,and a low power consumption as well as an inexpensive sensor node was designed as the elementary unit of poultry acoustic data collecting and ***,a Zigbee-based wireless acoustic sensor network was developed to meet the challenges of short transmission range and limited resources of storage and *** results demonstrate that the compressive sensing algorithm can improve the communication performances of the wireless acoustic sensor network with high reliability,low packet loss rate and low energy consumption.

MXene/PPy@PDMS sponge-based flexible pressure sensor for human posture recognition with the assistance of a convolutional neural network in deep learning

The combination of flexible sensors and deep learning has attracted much attention as an efficient method for the recognition of human *** this paper,an in situ polymerized MXene/polypyrrole(PPy)composite is dip-coated on a polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)sponge to fabricate an MXene/PPy@PDMS(MPP)piezoresistive *** sponge sensor achieves ultrahigh sensitivity(6.8925 kPa^(−1))at 0-15 kPa,a short response/recovery time(100/110 ms),excellent stability(5000 cycles)and wash *** synergistic effect of PPy and MXene improves the performance of the composite materials and facilitates the transfer of electrons,making the MPP sponge at least five times more sensitive than sponges based on each of the individual single *** large-area conductive network allows the MPP sensor to maintain excellent electrical performance over a large-scale pressure *** MPP sensor can detect a variety of human body activity signals,such as radial artery pulse and different joint *** detection and analysis of human motion data,which is assisted by convolutional neural network(CNN)deep learning algorithms,enable the recognition and judgment of 16 types of human *** MXene/PPy flexible pressure sensor based on a PDMS sponge has broad application prospects in human motion detection,intelligent sensing and wearable devices.

Geological significance of componential characteristics of pyrite from Shibaqinghao gold deposit in central Inner Mongolia, China

There are two types of gold ore in Shibaqinghao gold deposit, mylonite ore and quartz vein ore. Pyrite accompanying with native gold in mylonite ore has Fe from 43.66 to 45.32 wt 96 and S from 52.64 to 53.55 wt%. It is clear that this kind of pyrite is poor in both sulphur and iron. That means that the mylonite oremay be related to metamorphic water. Pyrite in the quartz vein ore has Fe from 44.38 to 45.30 wt% and S from 53.08 to 54.00 wt%. It means that this kind of pyrite is poor in iron but rich in sulphur, while the quartz vein ore may be related to magma water.

Objective:To study the effects of Shang Ke Jie Gu tablet on fracture healing in ***:40 New Zealand rabbits,half male and half female,were randomly divided into two groups:normal saline group(N group)and Shang Ke Jie Gu tablet group(S group).Each group consisted of 20 *** radial fracture models in upper and middle sections were made in rabbits and then intra-gastric administration was *** rabbits in each group were killed on the 10 th,20^(th),30^(th) and 40^(th) day after surgery,left radius was taken to get an *** degree of healing was assessed by the evaluation criteria of Shanghai Orthopaedics ***:The degree of fracture healing in S group was higher in the comparison with that in N ***:Shang Ke Jie Gu tablet might affect endochondral ossification during fracture healing of rabbits,and promote porosis and fracture healing.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy of Cigu Xiaozhi pill(慈菇消脂丸, CGXZ) on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)-associated lipoapoptosis through the stress-activated c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)/stress-activated protein kinase signalling ***: Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the following groups(10 rats each): blank control, model, low-dose CGXZ,medium-dose CGXZ, high-dose CGXZ, and positive control(treated with SP600125, a JNK inhibitor).The NASH model was established and the histomor-phological characteristics of haematoxylin and eosin-stained liver tissues were examined under a light microscope. Cell apoptosis in liver tissues was assessed via terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UTP nick-end labelling assay. In addition, the m RNA and protein expression levels of p-JNK,p-c-Jun, caspase-8, Fas, and Fas-L were determined via fluorescence-based quantitative real-time PCR,immunohistochemical and Western blot ***: Histopathological examination of the liver showed that the model rats had moderate-to-severe steatosis with infiltration of inflammatory cells as well as significantly higher expression levels of the p-JNK, p-c-Jun, caspase-8, Fas, and Fas-L proteins, compared with those in the blank control group(P matory cell infiltration. The high and medium-dose CGXZ groups exhibited significantly lower m RNA and protein expression levels of p-JNK, p-c-Jun, caspase-8, Fas, and Fas-L, compared with those in the model group(P < 0.05 or P <0.01).CONCLUSION: CGXZ pill inhibited the onset of hepatocyte apoptosis by regulating the expression of p-JNK, p-c-Jun, caspase-8, Fas, and Fas-L, thereby exerting therapeutic effects against NASH.

[Objectives]To observe the effects of Cigu Xiaozhi Formula on miR-378a-3p expression and Hh signaling pathway in TGF-β1 induced and activated LX2 cells.[Methods]Cells were divided into control group,induction group,drug-containing serum group,miR-378a-3p inhibitor group,and miR inhibitor NC ***-8 method was used to detect the cell viability of each group,and flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis rate of each ***-qPCR was used to detect the expression of miR-378a-3p in each group s cells,and RT-qPCR and Western blot were used to detect mRNA and protein expression of Shh,Gli1,Gli2,Col-I,andα-Sma in each group s cells.[Results]Compared with the control group,the cell viability and expression of Shh,Gli1,Gli2,Col-I,andα-Sma mRNA and protein in induction group increased(Pma mRNA andα-Sma and Gli2 protein decreased in drug-containing serum group(Pma mRNA and Gli1,Gli2,α-Sma protein increased(Pma in TGF-β1 induced LX2 cells,thereby inhibiting the activation of LX2 cells and exerting the effects of anti liver fibrosis.

Vector nozzle is an adjustable tail nozzle in aircraft engines. Due to the complex structure and coupling effect of each actuator, the traditional collaborative control methods can hardly achieve the required time synchronization. In this paper, an improved variable deviation collaborative control method is proposed to address such issues, which promotes the synchronization performance of nozzle actuators through an improved deviation coupler. At the same time, an adaptive disturbance rejection controller is used to enhance the robustness of the system. The experimental results show that the error of synchronization time of each actuator in the vector nozzle is less than 5%, and the steady-state error of displacement is less than 1%, which meets the requirement of practical engineering.
