The explosive increase of smart devices and mobile traffic results intolerable network latency and degraded service to the end-users. in heavy burden on backhaul and core network, As a complement to core network, edge network contributes to relieving network burden and improving user experience. To investigate the problem of optimizing the total consumption in an edge-core network, the system consumption minimization problem is fromulated, considering the energy consumption and delay. Given that the formulated problem is a mixed nonlinear integer programming （MNIP） , a low-complexity workload allocation algorithm is proposed based on interior-point method. The proposed algorithm has an extremely short running time in practice. Finally, simulation results show that edge network can significantly complement core network with much reduced backhaul energy consumption and delay.

The traffic explosion and the rising of diverse requirements lead to many challenges for traditional mobile network architecture on flexibility, scalability, and deployability. To meet new requirements in the 5 G era, service based architecture is introduced into mobile networks. The monolithic network elements(e.g., MME, PGW, etc.) are split into smaller network functions to provide customized services. However, the management and deployment of network functions in service based 5 G core network are still big challenges. In this paper, we propose a novel management architecture for 5 G service based core network based on NFV and SDN. Combined with SDN, NFV and edge computing, the proposed framework can provide distributed and on-demand deployment of network functions, service guaranteed network slicing, flexible orchestration of network functions and optimal workload allocation. Simulations are conducted to show that the proposed framework and algorithm are effective in terms of reducing network operating cost.

胃肠道穿孔手术切口感染相关因素分析

回顾性分析2014年7月至2017年7月绍兴嵊州市人民医院288例胃肠道穿孔行手术治疗患者的临床资料,其中112例(38.9%)术后合并切口感染。单因素分析显示,胃肠道穿孔术后感染发生与术前血浆低白蛋白(≤30 g/L)、高BMI>24.0(kg/m^2)、腹痛时间长(>24 h)、术中延长切口、术前合并休克、术中肠造口、术前未使用抗生素以及手术时间长(>2 h)相关(均P0.05)。logistic多因素回归分析显示,高BMI(OR=1.61,P=0.01)、穿孔位置(OR=5.60,P2 h)(OR=1.04,P=0.02)是胃肠道穿孔术后切口感染的独立相关因素(均P<0.05)。提示胃肠道穿孔手术术后发生切口感染的概率增加,术前要做好充分的准备,积极治疗合并症,术中避免延长切口与手术时间,对预防切口感染有意义。

Preparation of double-emulsion-templated microspheres with controllable porous structures by premix membrane emulsification

A scalable and versatile strategy was developed for the fabrication of uniform polymeric microspheres with controllable interconnected porous structures. Uniform water-in-oil-in-water emulsions with linear poly(methyl methacrylate-glycidyl methacrylate) in the oil phase were generated by two-step premix membrane emulsification and used for constructing the microspheres. During the emulsion solidification process, internal water droplets were packed densely together, forming a thin oil film between the internal and external water phases. After solvent diffusion, the thin film can be ruptured and pores can be templated from the internal water droplets to form interconnected porous structures. Membranes with various pore sizes were obtained. The osmotic pressure and Laplace pressure balance were used to control the porosity and pore size precisely. The proposed method enables the fabrication of functional polymeric microspheres with uniform and controllable porous structures and particle sizes. This improves their performance and broadens the scope of their applications, especially in chromatographic separation.

Freeze Concentration of Proteins in Antarctic Krill Wash Water

Water-washing removes fluoride from Antarctic krill but produces large volumes of wash water containing water-soluble proteins and fluoride. The freeze concentration method was tested to determine if it could be used to recover water-soluble proteins while leaving the fluoride in solution. After freezing and thawing the wash water, protein and fluoride contents of the thawed fractions were determined to explore the melting regularity of components in the wash water. The highest concentration factors of protein and fluoride were obtained after 80 min of thawing, such as 1.48 ± 0.06 and 1.35 ± 0.04 times, respectively. The free amino-nitrogen(FAN) content and sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis pattern results revealed that the highest concentrations of all ingredients were obtained after 80 min of the process. The degree of hydrolysis of all fractions from the thawing process fluctuated in a narrow range around 12% during the entire process, indicating that the thawing order did not change with various proteins or time during the entire thawing course. These results demonstrate that the freeze concentration method can be used to concentrate protein solutions, even those with fluoride. It was concluded that condensation was achieved and no ingredient could be separated, regardless of fluoride, amino acids, or different proteins in the water.

目的探讨竹节香附素A通过自噬激活激酶1(ULK1)/自噬相关蛋白13(Atg13)及活性氧(ROS)途径调控肝癌细胞自噬的作用。方法2019年8—9月于开滦总医院实验室进行实验,设肝癌HepG2细胞组、5-氟尿嘧啶组(80 mg/μl)、竹节香附素A低剂量组(100 mg/μl)、竹节香附素A高剂量组(200 mg/μl),4组每孔设6个平行样,培养72 h,培养结束后,测定细胞存活率、自噬、凋亡率,检测ULK1、Atg13 mRNA和蛋白水平,2,7-二氯二氢荧光素二乙酸酯(DCFH-DA)测定ROS水平。结果与肝癌HepG2细胞组比较,5-氟尿嘧啶组及竹节香附素A低、高剂量组HepG2细胞OD值、存活率降低(P<0.01),自噬小体、HepG2细胞凋亡率、ULK1、Atg13 mRNA和蛋白表达、ROS水平升高(P<0.01);与5-氟尿嘧啶组比较,竹节香附素A低、高剂量组细胞OD值、存活率升高(t/P=21.214/0.000、19.547/0.000、18.547/0.000、25.478/0.000),自噬小体、凋亡率、ULK1、Atg13 mRNA和蛋白表达水平、ROS水平降低(t/P=16.325/0.000、22.547/0.000、9.874/0.000、16.589/0.000、13.654/0.000、14.654/0.000、16.589/0.000、21.247/0.000、21.687/0.000、18.324/0.000、18.541/0.000、19.587/0.000、19.654/0.000、24.052/0.000);与竹节香附素A低剂量组比较,竹节香附素A高剂量组细胞OD值、存活率降低(t/P=16.547/0.000、23.547/0.000),自噬小体、凋亡率、ULK1、Atg13 mRNA和蛋白表达水平、ROS水平升高(t/P=15.696/0.000、10.654/0.000、14.697/0.000、18.324/0.000、17.024/0.000、19.634/0.000、18.547/0.000)。结论竹节香附素A能明显抑制肝癌细胞增殖,促进肝癌细胞自噬及凋亡;其机制与竹节香附素A激活ULK1/Atg13及ROS通路有关。

In vivo experiments of screwing the electrode of canine hearts and assigning external excitation on the lead-myocardium interface was carried out to evaluate the lead/myocardium adherence safety. The electrode is specially designed to host a measurement unit of strain gauges. We obtained the lead/heart interactions data from 12 dogs under natural heart beating and beating with external excitations. The data recorded from the acute phase and the chronic phase of pulling out pacing leads were compared with each other. The electrode/heart interaction is caused by the heart beat and influenced by the lung breath. This process induced tolerable damage to the lead or myocardium. The interaction decreases as the frequency of external excitations increases. The lead is more likely to be detached from myocardium under higher excitation frequency. At the same implanting sites, safer pacing lead/myocardium attachment can be realized in the chronic tests than in the acute tests.
