Hierarchical Bayesian Calibration and On-line Updating Method for Influence Coefficient of Automatic Dynamic Balancing machine

Measurement error of unbalance＇s vibration response plays a crucial role in calibration and on-line updating of influence coefficient（IC）. Focusing on the two problems that the moment estimator of data used in calibration process cannot fulfill the accuracy requirement under small sample and the disturbance of measurement error cannot be effectively suppressed in updating process, an IC calibration and on-line updating method based on hierarchical Bayesian method for automatic dynamic balancing machine was proposed. During calibration process, for the repeatedly-measured data obtained from experiments with different trial weights, according to the fact that measurement error of each sensor had the same statistical characteristics, the joint posterior distribution model for the true values of the vibration response under all trial weights and measurement error was established. During the updating process, information obtained from calibration was regarded as prior information, which was utilized to update the posterior distribution of IC combined with the real-time reference information to implement online updating. Moreover, Gibbs sampling method of markov Chain Monte Carlo（MCMC） was adopted to obtain the maximum posterior estimation of parameters to be estimated. On the independent developed dynamic balancing testbed, prediction was carried out for multiple groups of data through the proposed method and the traditional method respectively, the result indicated that estimator of influence coefficient obtained through the proposed method had higher accuracy; the proposed updating method more effectively guaranteed the measurement accuracy during the whole producing process, and meantime more reasonably compromised between the sensitivity of IC change and suppression of randomness of vibration response.

Time-varying control via nominal trajectory linearization for an air-breathing hypersonic vehicle

A time-varying control law via nominal trajectory linearization for an air-breathing hypersonic vehicle （ABHV） model is applied. Feasible guidance command signal serials are generated by nonlinear dynamic inverse （NDI） method considering interactions between aerodynamic effects and propulsion systems. Multiple-time-scale continuous time-varying control, which meets the requirement with accurate, robust, and decoupled tracking of both the commanded trajectory and angular rate profiles in the presence of modeling uncertainties and external disturbances are applied. The simulations for an ABHV model with modeling uncertainties, wind gust, and measuring noises are presented to demonstrate the capacity and reliability of this proposed method.

The application of three-dimensional printed polymer scaffolds in repairing bone defects is a promising *** them,polycaprolactone(PCL)scaffolds are widely studied due to their good processability and controlled degradation ***,as an alternative graft for repairing bone defects,PCL materials have poor hydrophilicity,which is not conducive to cell adhesion and *** addition,the poor mechanical properties of PCL materials cannot meet the strength required to repair bone *** this paper,nano-zirconium dioxide(ZrO2)powder is embedded in PCL material through a meltmixing process,and a regular grid scaffold is constructed by 3D *** embedding of nanometer zirconium dioxide powder improves the hydrophilicity and water absorption of the composite scaffold,which is conducive to cell adhesion,proliferation and growth and is beneficial to the exchange of ***,the PCL/ZrO2 composite scaffold showed better biological activity in *** the same time,the PCL/ZrO2 composite material system significantly improves the mechanical properties of the *** them,compared with the pure PCL scaffold,the Young’s modulus is increased by about 0.4 times,and the compressive strength is increased by about 0.5 *** addition,the osteogenic differentiation results also showed that the PCL/ZrO2 composite scaffold group showed better ALP activity and more effective bone mineralization than the pure PCL *** believe that the 3D printed PCL/ZrO2 composite scaffold has certain application prospects in repairing bone defects.

Contribution of Toll-like receptors to the control of hepatitis B virus infection by initiating antiviral innate responses and promoting specific adaptive immune responses

It is well accepted that adaptive immunity plays a key role in the control of hepatitis B virus （HBV） infection. In contrast, the contribution of innate immunity has only received attention in recent years. Toll-like receptors （TLRs） sense pathogen-associated molecule patterns and activate antiviral mechanisms, including intracellular antiviral pathways and the production of antiviral effector interferons （IFNs） and pro-inflammatory cytokines. Experimental results from in vitroand in vivo models have demonstrated that TLRs mediate the activation of cellular signaling pathways and the production of antiviral cytokines, resulting in a suppression of HBV replication. However, HBV infection is associated with downregulation of TLR expression on host cells and blockade of the activation of downstream signaling pathways. In primary HBV infection, TLRs may slow down HBV infection, but contribute only indirectly to viral clearance. Importantly, TLRs may modulate HBV-specific T- and B-cell responses in vivo, which are essential for the termination of HBV infection. Thus, TLR agonists are promising candidates to act as immunomodulators for the treatment of chronic HBV infection. Antiviral treatment may recover TLR expression and function in chronic HBV infection and may increase the efficacy of therapeutic approaches based on TLR activation. A combined therapeutic strategy with antiviral treatment and TLR activation could facilitate the restoration of HBV-specific immune responses and thereby, achieve viral clearance in chronically infected HBV patients.

Impact of Polymer matrix on Polymer Mechanochromism from Excited State Intramolecular Proton Transfer

Mechanochromic polymers based on non-covalent changes have attracted much attention ***,we report the impact of inter/intramolecular hydrogen bonds on polymer mechanochromism from the excited state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) ***-NH2-OH and PhMz=2A are designed and obtained by simple and high-yield synthesis,and are connected into polyurethane and poly(methyl acrylate-co-2-ethylhexyl acrylate),*** the initial state,the PhMz-NH2-OH@PU sample shows blue fluorescence from the excited enol form (E*) excitons,owing to intermolecular hydrogen bonds that interrupt the ESIPT reactions but the PhMz=2A@Pma-2-EA sample expresses cyan fluorescence belonging to the excited keto form (K*) emission,implying that the intramolecular hydrogen bonds ***,under stretching,external force can tune the emission of the PhMz=2A@Pma-2-EA sample from K* to E* *** external force can putatively still promote a bond rotation,ESIPT reactions remain equivalently interrupted in both the relaxed and stressed states in a hydrogen-bond donating *** calculation confirms the force-induced increase in dihedral angle for the transition of ESIPT-on/***,PhMz-NH2-OH@PU and PhMz=2A@Pma-2-EA showed disparate initial ESIPT states and further different responses/sensitivity to *** study reports a novel and efficient strategy for enriching mechanochromic investigation and extending the applications of ESIPT reactions.

Exploration of multicolor mechanochromic bulk polymers based on a single mechanophore is a big challenge to ***,we report a versatile benzimidazole-substituted spirolactam mechanophore where excited state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT)coupled with *** mechanophore was facilely synthesized and then covalently linked to polyurethane(PU)*** PU film containing the mechanophore(1@PU)showed cooperative photochromism upon irradiation involving simultaneous enhancement of normalized enol and rhodol emissions based on a cooperative ESIPT process and the ring-opening reaction of ***,the film exhibited dual-mode multicolor mechanochromism upon stretching and *** normalized intensity of enol emission increased and the fluorescence turned from light green to cyan after stretching,then red coloration appeared from colorless after *** experiments and density functional theory calculations confirmed that the stretch-induced increase of enol emission was attributed to torsion of the dihedral angle between xanthene and benzimidazole in the mechanophore via force-induced disaggregation and direct force action on the isolated *** of the dihedral angle and the ring-opening reaction of spirolactam in a single mechanophore occurred sequentially during compression,resulting in an observed red *** study might provide a glimpse into the design of novel multicolor mechanochromic mechanophores.

This paper is concerned with a nonlinear viscoelastic equation with strong damping: . The objective of the present paper is to provide some results on the long-time behavior to this equation with acoustic boundary conditions. By using the assumptions on the relaxation function due to Tatar [1], we show an arbitrary rate of decay with not necessary of an exponential or polynomial one and without the assumption condition. The result extends and improves some results given in Cavalcanti [2].

Phylogenetic diversity of bacterial biofilms covering the settlement substrates of nona-porous abalones (Haliotis diversicolor supertexta)

The settlement substrates of nona-porous abalones （Haliotis diversicolor supertexta） are covered with biofilms in which several types of microorganisms coexist and interact. These microorganisms are usually important causes of juvenile abalone disease as well as organisms useful in promoting abalones’ adhesion. The bacterial community structure of the biofilms remains unclear. The aim of this research was to determine the genetic diversity and phylogenetic affiliation of the biofilm bacteria. Total DNA of bacteria in biofilms was extracted, and 16S rRNA gene clone library was constructed using the primers specific for the domain bacteria. Subsequently, 30 randomly selected positive clones were screened by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP） analysis, and resulted in 15 different RFLP patterns. Sequences analysis of representatives from each unique RFLP type revealed high genetic diversity in the bacterial populations. These sequences fell into nine major lineages of the bacterial domains： α-, β-, γ-and δ-subdivisions of the Proteobacteria; Planctomycete, Actinobacteria, Firmicutes, V errucomicrobium spp., and CytophagaFlexibacter-Bacteroides spp. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that the dominant phylotypes were most closely related to environmental and clinical Burkholderia cepacia of the β-Proteobacteria, and Roseobacteria of the α-Proteobacteria.
