Structural Characteristics and Evolution Process of the Metamorphic Buried Hill: A Case of BZ Oilfield in Bohai Bay, China

Bozhong oilfield which is abbreviated as BZ oilfield is the first oilfield with deep metamorphic buried hill that is discovered reserves of billion-ton in Bohai Bay. Affected by multi-stage tectonic movements, the distribution of fractures is very complex in this area, therefore it is significant to study the evolution of structures for understanding the distribution of fractures. In view of the complexity on the tectonic evolution of the buried hill region in the study area, the influence of tectonic movements on the formation of fractured reservoir is analyzed, and the research results lay the foundation for the efficient development in this type of the oilfield. The results show that main faults, which is formed during early Indosinian and Yanshanian period, are mainly developed in the BZ oilfield area, and the fracture strike has mainly east-west and north-east-east trend. Based on the analysis of the relationship among tectonic evolution, regional stress field and fracture development, it is considered that Indosinian extrusion is the main reason for the formation of main direction faults in the study area. Yanshanian strike-slip transformation and Himalayan reactivation further controlled the development of the fractured reservoirs in the later stage, and formed the present fracture network system. Well block 5 is located in passive plate system during Indosinian period, it is affected by Himalayan stretching and long-term activation of large faults in the later stage, so that the effective fractures are relatively developed. The result plays an important role in guiding the overall plan deployment of the BZ oilfield.

Molecular Mobility in the Amorphous Phase Determines the Critical Strain of Fibrillation in the Tensile Stretching of Polyethylene

The microstructural development of bimodal high density polyethylene subjected to tensile deformation was investigated as a function of strain after annealing at different temperatures by means of a scanning synchrotron small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS)*** different deformation mechanisms were activated in sequence upon tensile deformation:intralamellar slipping of crystalline blocks dominates the deformation behavior at small deformations whereas a stress-induced crystalline block fragmentation and recrystallization process occurs at a critical strain yielding new crystallites with the molecular chains preferentially oriented along the drawing *** critical strain associated with the lamellar-to-fibrillar transition was found to be ca.0.9 in bimodal sample,which is significantly larger than that observed for unimodal high-density polyethylene(0.4).This observation is primarily due to the fact that the bimodal sample possesses a greater mobility of the amorphous phase and thereby a reduced modulus of the entangled amorphous *** conclusion of the mobility of the amorphous phase as a determining factor for the critical strain was further proven by the 1H-NMR T2 relaxation *** these findings contribute to our understanding of the excellent slow crack growth resistance of bimodal polyethylene for pipe application.

Soil phosphorus availability and rice phosphorus uptake in paddy fields under various agronomic practices

Agronomic practices affect soil phosphorus(P) availability, P uptake by plants, and subsequently the efficiency of P use. A field experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of various agronomic practices(straw incorporation, paddy water management, nitrogen(N) fertilizer dose, manure application,and biochar addition) on soil P availability(e.g., soil total P(STP), soil available P(SAP), soil microbial biomass P(SMBP), and rice P uptake as well as P use efficiency(PUE)) over four cropping seasons in a rice-rice cropping system, in subtropical central China. Compared to the non-straw treatment(control,using full dose of chemical N fertilizer), straw incorporation increased SAP and SMBP by 9.3%–18.5% and 15.5%–35.4%, respectively;substituting half the chemical N fertilizer dose with pig manure and the biochar application increased STP, SAP, and SMBP by 10.5%–48.3%, 30.2%–236.0%, and 19.8%–72.4%,respectively, mainly owing to increased soil P and organic carbon inputs;adding a half dose of N and no N input(reduced N treatments) increased STP and SAP by 2.6%–7.5% and 19.8%–33.7%, respectively, due to decreased soil P outputs. Thus, soil P availability was greatly affected by soil P input and use. The continuous flooding water regime without straw addition significantly decreased SMBP by 11.4% compared to corresponding treatments under a mid-season drainage water regime. Total P uptake by rice grains and straws at the harvest stage increased under straw incorporation and under pig manure application, but decreased under the reduced N treatments and under biochar application at a rate of 48 t ha-1, compared to the control. Rice P uptake was significantly positively correlated with rice biomass, and both were positively correlated with N fertilizer application rates, SAP, SMBP, and STP. Phthalonitrile-PPO Blends: Cure Behavior and Properties

Hydroxy-containing low molecular weight poly（2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide）（r PPO） and self-promoted hydroxycontaining phthalonitrile（HPPH） were prepared by redistribution reaction and the simple nucleophilic displacement of a nitro-substituent from 4-nitrophthalonitrile in a dipolar aprotic solvent respectively. The hydroxy-containing phthalonitriles modified by r PPO were prepared by mechanical blending without compatibilizer, followed by heating. The curing behavior was studied using dynamic rheological analysis, and the results showed that the r PPO-modified phthalonitrile exhibited a large processing window（over-67 °C） and complex viscosity（0.18-0.8 Pa·s） at moderate temperatures. After curing at 300 °C, the resulting polymers showed good thermal stability and high modulus as observed by thermogravimetric analysis（TGA） and dynamic mechanical analysis（Dma）. The dielectric properties and the morphology of r PPO-modified phthalonitrile networks were studied by dielectric analysis and field-emission scanning electron microscopy（SEM）.

为寻求廉价、性能优异且反应稳定的碱性析氢催化剂以代替贵金属,以过渡金属Ni、Co为研究对象,通过一步煅烧处理得到Ni-Co硫/磷化物催化剂,借助X射线检测和能谱分析等方法验证了催化剂的成功制备。电化学测试结果表明,由于阴/阳离子之间的协同作用,所制备的Ni-Co硫/磷化物的催化活性和电荷转移速率均超过Ni-Co氢氧化物/硫化物/磷化物。Ni-Co硫/磷化物仅需要106 mV的过电势就可以达到10 ma·cm^(−2)的电流密度,循环寿命超过20 h。

不同中医证型酒精性肝病患者的临床特点分析

【目的】探讨不同中医证型酒精性肝病患者的临床特点。【方法】回顾性收集2018~2022年在佛山市中医院就诊的符合纳入、排除标准的129例酒精性肝病患者的一般资料、中医证型以及就诊时的肝肾功能、血脂、肝脏瞬时弹性成像等临床数据,分析酒精性肝病患者的中医证型分布,探讨不同中医证型酒精性肝病患者的临床特点。【结果】(1)一般资料方面,129例患者中,男性128例(99.22%),女性1例(0.78%);平均年龄为(48.71±11.50)岁;平均体质量指数(BMI)为(23.82±3.98)kg·m^(-2)。(2)中医证型分布方面,以湿热蕴结证最常见,共70例(54.26%),其余分别为肝郁脾虚证24例(18.60%)、痰湿内阻证22例(17.05%)、肝肾不足证7例(5.43%)、痰瘀互结证3例(2.33%)、瘀血内结证3例(2.33%)。(3)临床特点方面,经非参数秩和检验分析,不同中医证型酒精性肝病患者的BMI、饮酒量、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、甘油三酯(TG)、肝脏硬度测量值(LSM)以及反映肝脏脂肪含量的受控衰减参数值(CAP)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P24 kg·m^(-2)),而样本量占比高达54.26%的湿热蕴结证和肝肾不足证患者的BMI均在正常范围(分别为23.03 kg·m^(-2)和21.42 kg·m^(-2)),且此两种证型的BMI与痰湿内阻证(26.44 kg·m^(-2))均存在显著性差异(P<0.01),提示酒精性肝病有超过一半以上患者不会出现超重现象;另外,BMI最高的痰湿内阻证患者在血清TG(2.69 mmol/L)、CAP(292 db/m)等指标中也同样呈现出最高数值,提示痰湿内阻证患者的肥胖及肝脏脂肪浸润程度相对于其他证型严重;而代表肝脏慢性炎症损伤的AST和胆管细胞损伤的GGT,在湿热蕴结证和肝肾不足证中均有显著性升高,且此两型患者的LSM值也是所有证型分组里最高的,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】湿热蕴结证是酒精性肝病的主要中医临床证型;酒精性肝病的肝脏脂肪浸润程度和体质量超标与病情严重程度并不呈一致性关系;不同中医证型酒精性肝病患者的临床异常指标存在一定差异,临床辨证时可将中医四诊资料与临床指标相互参照,这将有助于提高中医临床诊断的准确性。

Experimental Study on Phase Characteristics of CO₂ Injection in BZ13-2 Strong Volatile Oil Reservoir in Bohai Sea Buried Hills

BZ13-2 oil field is a deep submerged strongly volatile reservoir in Bohai Sea. This oil reservoir has the characteristics of high gas oil ratio and small difference in formation pressure and saturation point pressure. It usually adopts gas injection development to avoid crude oil degassing and fast decreasing production capacity. However, the phase characteristics and miscibility mechanism of this high-temperature and high-pressure fluid after gas injection are not clear. Therefore, it is necessary to study the feasibility of CO2 injection to improve oil recovery in near critical volatile oil reservoirs through CO2 injection experiments. In the early stage of the depletion experiment, the content of heavy components in the remaining oil increased significantly, so the depletion method is not conducive to the development of such reservoirs. With the increase of CO2 injection, the volumetric expansion coefficient of formation crude oil increases significantly, while the saturation pressure and formation crude oil viscosity remain basically unchanged. The minimum miscible pressure experiment shows that CO2 injection under formation pressure conditions can achieve multiphase miscibility. Based on experimental research results, the BZ13-2 oilfield is suitable for early gas injection development and can significantly improve recovery.

Phenolic constituents from the roots of Alangium chinense

Three new phenolics（1–3） and twenty-eight known compounds（4–31） were isolated from an ethanolic extract of roots of Alangium chinense. Compound 11 exhibited antiviral activity against Coxsackie virus B3 with IC50 values of 16.89 mmol/L. Compounds 1, 10–17, 19–21, and 23 showed strong antioxidant activity against Fe^2＋-cysteine-induced rat liver microsomal lipid peroxidation, with IC50 values of 0.14–8.18 mmol/L.

magnetic properties and anomalous Hall effect of Mn3Sn thin films controlled by defects and ferroelectric 0.7Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)–0.3PbTiO_(3) substrate

Noncollinear antiferromagnetic Mn_(3)Sn films have received much attention due to their potential applications in antiferromagnetic spintronic devices. In this work, single-phase polycrystalline antiferromagnetic Mn_(3)Sn thin films were successfully prepared by magnetron sputtering. The defects in the thin films were regulated by adjusting the sputtering power. The relationship among the films structure, the anomalous Hall effect(AHE) and the defects was investigated. High defect concentration in the Mn_(3)Sn films led to large room temperature ferromagnetic moments. The maximum saturation magnetization reached up to ~16 k A·m^(-1)(36 mlB/Mn), which was much larger than the values reported in literatures. The coercive field of38 mT was obtained in a high-quality Mn_(3)Sn film, which effectively reduced the flipping magnetic field. Moreover,the anomalous Hall resistance and coercive field of the Mn_(3)Sn films prepared on the ferroelectric substrates were manipulated through an applied electric field, indicating that the piezoelectric stress has a great influence on the nonzero Berry curvature of the triangular spin structure in the antiferromagnetic materials. These results will promote the potential application of Mn_(3)Sn in high-density and lowpower antiferromagnetic spintronic devices.

P2HBT: Partially Policy Hidden E-Healthcare System with Black-Box Traceability

Electronic health record(EHR), as the core of the e-healthcare system, is an electronic version of patient medical history, which records personal healthrelated information. EHR embodies the value of disease monitoring through large-scale sharing via the Cloud service provider(CSP). However, the health data-centric feature makes EHR more preferable to the adversaries compared with other outsourcing data. Moreover, there may even be malicious users who deliberately leak their access privileges for benefits. An e-healthcare system with a black-box traceable and robust data security mechanism is presented for the first time. Specifically, we propose an effective P2 HBT, which can perform fine-grained access control on encrypted EHRs, prevent the leakage of privacy contained in access policies, and support tracing of *** the standard model, the scheme is proved fully secure. Performance analysis demonstrates that P2HBT can achieve the design goals and outperform existing schemes in terms of storage and computation overhead.
