Background Cotton is an economically important *** is crucial to find an effective method to improve cotton yield,and one approach is to decrease the abscission of cotton bolls and ***,the lack of knowledge of the genetic and molecular mechanisms underlying cotton boll abscission traits has hindered genetic *** Pearson’s correlation analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between boll abscission rates 1(AR1)and boll abscission rates 2(AR2).A genome-wide association study was conducted on 145 loci that exhibited high polymorphism and were uniformly distributed across 26 chromosomes(pair).The study revealed 18,46,and 62 markers that were significantly associated with boll abscission,fiber quality,and yield traits(Pmarker MON_SHIN-1584b was associated with the cotton boll abscission trait,whereas MON_CGR5732a was associated with cotton boll abscission and fiber quality *** of the marker loci identified in this study had been previously *** on phenotypic effects,six typical cultivars with elite alleles related to cotton boll abscission,fiber quality,and yield traits were *** cultivars hold great promise for widespread utilization in breeding *** These results lay the foundation for understanding the molecular regulatory mechanism of cotton boll abscission and provide data for the future improvement of cotton breeding.

Background Understanding the mechanism of male sterility is crucial for producing hybrid seeds and developing sterile germplasm resources. However, only a few cytoplasmic male sterility（CMS） lines of cotton have been produced due to several challenges, like inadequate variation of agronomic traits, incomplete sterility, weak resilience of restorer lines, and difficulty in combining strong dominance. Therefore, the morphological and cytological identification of CMS in cotton will facilitate hybrid *** Two F2segregating populations of cotton were constructed from cytoplasmic male sterile lines（HaA and 01A, maternal） and restorer lines（HaR and 26R, paternal）. Genetic analysis of these populations revealed a segregation ratio of 3:1 for fertile to sterile plants. Phenotypic analysis indicated no significant differences in traits of flower bud development between sterile and fertile plants. However, sterile plants exhibited smaller floral organs, shortened filament lengths, and anther atrophy on the flowering day in comparison with the fertile plants. When performed scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, the two F2populations revealed morphological variations in the anther epidermis. Cellular analysis showed no significant differences in pollen development before pollen maturation. Interestingly, between the pollen maturation and flowering stages, the tapetum layer of sterile plants degenerated prematurely, resulting in abnormal pollen grains and gradual pollen *** The results of this study suggest that fertility-restoring genes are controlled by a single dominant gene. Sterile plants exhibit distinctive floral morphology, which is characterized by stamen atrophy and abnormal anthers. Pollen abortion occurs between pollen maturity and flowering, indicating that premature tapetum degradation may be the primary cause of pollen abortion. 目的分析“以学生为主体”教学模式应用于中职护理专业生理学教学中的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月本校的80名中职护理专业学生,随机分为试验组和参考组,每组40名,参考组在生理教学中采用常规教学模式,试验组在生理教学中采用“以学生为主体”教学模式,对比两组教学前后考核成绩改善情况和教学满意情况。结果试验组考核成绩升高幅度显著大于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生的满意率均明显高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“以学生为主体”教学模式在中职护理专业生理学教学中具有良好的应用效果,可显著提高学生考核成绩与教学满意度。

“病理学”课程是基础医学相关学科及专业的核心课程,对学生的学习能力要求比较高。结合该课程性质构建的“一主线三提升”的教学模式,能成功破解传统教学效率低且无法满足信息时代学生自主学习和个性化学习需求的难题。该模式的主要内容为:“一主线”是以培养学生可持续发展为主线,从而促进学生“三提升”,即学生的持续学习能力提升、学生专业核心素养的提升、学生创新应用能力的提升。通过该教学模式在中职病理学课程教学中的应用,发现学生能够化“被动”学习为“主动”学习,深入参与课堂教学中,学生持续自主学习能力得到提升,整体专业素养能力增强,并启发了学生创新应用能力,取得了一定的应用成效。

Traditional assessment indexes could not fully describe offshore wind resources,for the meteorological properties of offshore are more complex than *** a result,the uncertainty of offshore wind power projects would be increased and final economic benefits would be ***,a study on offshore wind resource assessment is carried out,including three processes of“studying data sources,conducting multidimensional indexes system and proposing an offshore wind resource assessment method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP).First,measured wind data and two kinds of reanalysis data are used to analyze the characteristics and reliability of data ***,indexes such as effective wind speed occurrence,affluent level occurrence,coefficient of variation,neutral state occurrence have been proposed to depict availability,richness,and stability of offshore wind resources,*** with existing parameters(wind power density,dominant wind direction occurrence,water depth,distance to coast),a multidimensional indexes system has been built and on this basis,an offshore wind energy potential assessment method has been ***,the proposed method is verified by the annual energy production of five offshore wind turbines and practical operating data of four offshore wind farms in *** study also compares the ranking results of the AHP model to two multi-criteria decision making(MCDM)models including weighted aggregated sum product assessment(WASPAS)and multi-attribute ideal real comparative analysis(maIRCA).Results show the proposed method gains well in practical engineering applications,where the economic score values have been considered based on the offshore reasonable utilization hours of the whole life cycle in China.

【目的】生长素上调的小RNA(SAURs)是一类生长素原初响应基因,在细胞伸长的过程中具有重要作用。克隆纤维发育相关的SAUR基因,研究其表达模式和生物学功能对探究纤维发育的机理具有重要意义。【方法】从陆地棉中克隆到1个编码SAUR蛋白的基因,命名为GhSAURX,通过表达模式分析、亚细胞定位、转基因拟南芥表型分析及生长素相关基因表达分析初步研究其功能。【结果】进化树分析表明:GhSAURX与拟南芥SAUR76、SAUR77和SAUR78关系较近,属于SAUR76亚家族。qPCR结果发现,GhSAURX基因在快速伸长的纤维中表达量较高,即开花后15,18,21 d。同时,GhSAURX在长纤维品种中的表达水平明显高于短纤维。亚细胞定位分析显示,GhSAURX定位在细胞膜和细胞核中。异源表达GhSAURX可以提高YUCCA6、ARF7及PIN4的表达,增加拟南芥的主根长度和黑暗条件下胚轴的长度。【结论】GhSAURX可能在生长素调控细胞伸长的过程中具有重要作用。

目的观察半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者的效果及对神经功能的影响。方法选取2018年12月—2022年8月广西国际壮医医院脑病科收治的AIS患者128例,按随机数字表法分为常规西药组和中药辅治组,各64例。常规西药组患者给予阿司匹林肠溶片+阿托伐他汀钙片+注射用奥拉西坦+依达拉奉注射液,中药辅治组患者在常规西药组基础上给予半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗,2组均连续治疗4周。比较2组治疗前与治疗4周后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分、实验室指标[D-二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)]。结果治疗4周后,2组NIHSS评分低于治疗前,MBI评分高于治疗前,且中药辅治组降低/升高幅度大于常规西药组(P<0.01);2组D-D、Fib、hs-CRP低于治疗前,PT、APTT长于治疗前,且中药辅治组降低/延长幅度大于常规西药组(P<0.01)。结论半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗AIS能够更有效地改善患者神经功能及凝血功能,进而提高其生活质量。

癌症的主动免疫治疗旨在通过诱导有效的细胞免疫和体液免疫治疗疾病。近年针对病毒样颗粒(VLPs)疫苗的研究取得了巨大发展,极大降低了一些传染病的发病率和死亡率。VLPs是由一种或多种结构蛋白自组装而成的纳米颗粒,具有高度有序的重复序列及良好的免疫原性,可诱导较强的细胞免疫和体液免疫应答。VLPs可以克服肿瘤微环境的免疫抑制状态,打破自我耐受,引发强烈的细胞毒性T淋巴细胞活性,对病毒清除和肿瘤细胞破坏至关重要。本文主要综述目前基于VLPs的癌症疫苗研究进展,以及VLPs作为疫苗载体在癌症疫苗开发中的潜在缺陷。
