互联网数据因其更新快和数据量丰富的特点被引入公共卫生监测领域。通过挖掘分析互联网中丰富的健康相关信息，研究者建立基于互联网的公共卫生监测系统，以快速估计人群中健康相关事件的分布。基于互联网的公共卫生监测系统根据信息来源不同可分为主动式监测系统和被动式监测系统。相较于传统监测系统，基于互联网的监测系统具有及时性佳和成本低的优点，还可在健康相关行为监测和卫生政策评价等传统监测力所不逮的领域发挥作用。但由于假阳性消息的存在，基于互联网的监测系统存在准确性不佳的缺点。本文介绍基于互联网的公共卫生监测进展及其在疾病预警中的应用，为我国开展相关工作提供参考。

气候变化对人群健康的威胁已成为全球广泛关注的公共卫生问题。然而,目前关于气候变化对健康影响的机制研究多局限于生物学机制,且很多尚未定论。为此,本期推出了“气候变化与人群健康的机制研究”专栏,从不同的角度分析了不同气象因素(气温、降雨)导致不同健康结局(早产、死亡、腹泻、传染病等)的生物学机制、脆弱性机制、社会驱动过程和传播动力学机制,以期深化对气象因素或者气候变化对人群健康影响的认识,提高我国应对气候变化健康风险的能力,为制定有针对性的适应措施提供科学依据。

Long-Term Trend Analysis of major Human Helminth Infections — Guangdong Province, China, 1988–2021

As the study of IEC 61850 on microcomputer-based relay protection in coalmine is still a blank, the notion of IEC 61850 is firstly introduced into coalmine power system. Taking protective device of high-voltage explosion-proof switch as an example, this paper designs the IEC 61850 network and whole hardware architecture with internet communication module, which meets the requirement of future digital and smart grid in coalmine. The protection functions are decomposed and identified by corresponding logic nodes, implementation process of ground-fault protection, monitor wire protection and current protection are concretely analyzed, finally corresponding IEC 61850 information model is also established as foundation of interoperability. This device, compatible with the existing coalmine power system, can satisfy future smart grid in coalmine, which has good reference significance and application value.

Introduction:Although helminth infections threaten millions of people worldwide,the spatiotemporal characteristics remain unclear across *** study systematically describes the spatiotemporal changes of major human helminth infections and their epidemiological characteristics from 1988 to 2021 in Guangdong Province,***:The survey data in Guangdong Province were primarily obtained from 3 national surveys implemented during 1988–1992,2001–2004,and 2014–2016,respectively,and from the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention during 2019–2021.A modified Kato-Katz technique was used to detect parasite eggs in collected fecal ***:The overall standardized infection rates(SIRs)of any soil-transmitted helminths(STH)and Clonorchis sinensis decreased from 65.27%during 1988–1992 to 4.23%during 2019–*** particular,the SIRs of STH had even more of a decrease,from 64.41%during 1988–1992 to 0.31%during 2019–*** SIRs of Clonorchis sinensis in the 4 surveys were 2.40%,12.17%,5.20%,and 3.93%,*** study observed different permutations of gender,age,occupation,and education level on the SIRs of ***:The infection rate of STH has substantially ***,the infection rate of Clonorchis sinensis has had fewer changes,and it has become the dominant helminth.

An online survey among convalescents 5 months post SARS-CoV-2 infection in China

A new type of merging unit is introduced for digital substation in this paper. Based on integration design method at the process level, merging unit and intelligent operating unit are integrated into a new type merging unit. Dual CPU of dsPIC and ARM is applied in plug-in structure. And also some details of designing in hardware and software are introduced in this paper. The device, with good function, high performance in reliability, generality and scalability, can meet the requirements of both digital substation and future smart substation, which has good reference significance and application value.

The effects of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection persist months and years after recovery. We conducted an online survey to assess the health condition of convalescents approximately 5 months following the primary infection of SARS-CoV-2. The study recruited 5,510 individuals who were primary infected, 626 participants who had experienced reinfection, and 521 participants who were without infective history. The most common disorders after the primary infection group were fatigue (15.18 %), memory issue (13.13 %), post-exertional malaise (PEM, 11.68 %), and brain fog (11.29 %) at the time of survey. In addition, SARS-CoV-2 infection had an impact on the reproductive systems. In stepwise logistic regression analysis, smoking currently, with background diseases, and outpatient visits in the acute phase could be associated with moderate /severe disorders. Further analysis of different background diseases showed that allergic rhinitis, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune diseases, neurological diseases, and asthma likely increased the risk of moderate/severe disorders. The probability of developing disorders of individuals with SARS-CoV-2 reinfection was higher before the secondary infection than uninfected people. Fatigue, PEM, muscle pain/spasms, chills, joint pain, excessive sweating at rest, headache /dizziness, sore throat or foreign body sensation in the throat, cough, expectoration, dry /painful /watery eyes, loss of appetite and constipation were associated with an increased risk of reinfection. It was essential to undertake further research with enhanced randomization in a larger sample in the community, and to strengthen the validation of the research conclusions. The findings of this study contribute to a deeper understanding of the health recovery process among coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) convalescents. Heating Quality and Stability of Aqueous Enzymatic Extraction of Fatty Acid-Balanced Oil in Comparison with Other Blended Oils

The heating performance of enzyme-assisted aqueous processing-extracted blended oil(EAEPO),hexaneextracted blended oil(HEBO),and three kinds of blended oils was investigated by varying the heating *** degradation was monitored by analysis of the acid value(AV),peroxide value(PV),p-anisidine value(p-AV),color,and trans-fatty acid *** fatty acid ratios of EAEPO,HEBO,and the three kinds of blended oils were very similar(0.27∶1.03∶0.96,0.27∶1.08∶1.16,0.27∶0.65∶0.8,0.27∶0.6∶0.84,and 0.27∶0.61∶0.79,resp.).The AV and color increased in proportion to the heating time for all the *** was a rapid increase in the PV and p-AV of EAEPO and HEBO after heating for only 1 h,whereas the other three blended oils showeda rapid increase after heating for 2 h or 6 *** the highest trans-fatty acid content found for HEBO,this content was relatively low and remained low up to a heating time of 8 *** was found that after heating,a fatty acid ratio relatively close to its ideal value(0.27∶0.48∶0.49)was maintained by EAEPO,which indicates that EAEPO is tolerant to heat treatment and is suitable for maintaining a healthy diet.

Suppression of uncontrollable dendrite growth and water-induced side reactions of Zn metal anodes is crucial for achieving long-lasting cycling stability and facilitating the practical implementations of aqueous Zn-metal *** address these challenges,we report in this study a functional nitro-cellulose interfacial layer(NCIL)on the surface of Zn anodes enlightened by a nitro-coordination chemistry *** NCIL exhibits strong zincophilicity and superior coordination capability with Zn^(2+)due to the highly electronegative and highly nucleophilic nature of the nitro functional *** characteristic facilitates a rapid Zn-ion desolvation process and homogeneous Zn plating,effectively preventing H_(2) evolution and dendrite ***,the negatively charged surface of NCIL acts as a shield,repelling SO_(4)^(2-)anions and inhibiting corrosive reactions on the Zn ***,reversible and stable Zn plating/stripping is achieved for over 5100 h at a current density of 1 ma cm^(-2),which is nearly 30 times longer than that of bare Zn ***,the Zn/V_(2)O_(5) full cells with the functional interface layer deliver a high-capacity retention of 80.3%for over 10,000 cycles at 5 A g^(-1).This research offers valuable insights for the rational development of advanced protective interface layers in order to achieve ultra-long-lifeZnmetal batteries.
