The rapid development of 5G/6G and AI enables an environment of Internet of Everything(IoE)which can support millions of connected mobile devices and applications to operate smoothly at high speed and low ***,these massive devices will lead to explosive traffic growth,which in turn cause great burden for the data transmission and content *** challenge can be eased by sinking some critical content from cloud to *** this case,how to determine the critical content,where to sink and how to access the content correctly and efficiently become new *** work focuses on establishing a highly efficient content delivery framework in the IoE *** particular,the IoE environment is re-constructed as an end-edge-cloud collaborative system,in which the concept of digital twin is applied to promote the *** on the digital asset obtained by digital twin from end users,a content popularity prediction scheme is firstly proposed to decide the critical content by using the Temporal pattern Attention(TpA)enabled Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)***,the prediction results are input for the proposed caching scheme to decide where to sink the critical content by using the reinforce Learning(rL)***,a collaborative routing scheme is proposed to determine the way to access the content with the objective of minimizing *** experimental results indicate that the proposed schemes outperform the state-of-the-art benchmarks in terms of the caching hit rate,the average throughput,the successful content delivery rate and the average routing overhead.

管道泄漏诊断技术在保障管道系统安全运行中起着至关重要的作用。首先,介绍了管道泄漏诊断系统的结构,并指出由单一管段向复杂管网泄漏诊断的发展趋势。进一步从基于数据驱动的传统泄漏检测方法、管道泄漏信号源定位技术和基于深度学习的复杂管网泄漏检测方法3个方面进行综述,分析了不同方法的优势、局限性和适用范围。最后指出,随着管网系统的复杂度增加,传统方法的局限性逐渐显现,基于深度学习技术的复杂管网微弱泄漏诊断、多源信号融合和管网智能化的研究将成为未来的研究趋势。

Thermoacoustic instability phenomena often encounter in gas turbine combustors,especially for the premixed combustor design,with many possible detrimental *** a classical experiment,the rijke tube is the simplest and the most effective illustration to study the thermoacoustic *** paper investigates the active control approach of the thermoacoustic instability in a horizontal rijke ***’s more,the radial basis function(rBF)neural network is adopted to estimate the complex unknown continuous nonlinear heat release rate in the rijke ***,based on the proposed second-order fully actuated system model,the authors present an adaptive neural network controller to guarantee the flow velocity fluctuation and pressure fluctuation to converge to a small region of the ***,simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of the design method.

Although industrial processes often perform perfectly under design conditions, they may deviate from the optimal operating point owing to parameters drift, environmental disturbances, etc. Thus, it is necessary to develop efficacious strategies or procedure to assess the process performance online. In this paper, we explore the issue of operating optimality assessment for complex industrial processes based on performance-similarity considering nonlinearities and outliers simultaneously, and a general enforced online performance assessment framework is proposed. In the offline part, a new and modified total robust kernel projection to latent structures algorithm,T-KprM, is proposed and used to evaluate the complex nonlinear industrial process, which can effectively extract the optimal-index-related process variation information from process data and establish assessment models for each performance grades overcoming the effects of outlier. In the online part, the online assessment results can be obtained by calculating the similarity between the online data from a sliding window and each of the performance grades. Furthermore, in order to improve the accuracy of online assessment, we propose an online assessment strategy taking account of the effects of noise and process uncertainties. The Euclidean distance between the sliding data window and the optimal evaluation level is employed to measure the contribution rates of variables, which indicate the possible reason for the non-optimal operating performance. The proposed framework is tested on a real industrial case: dense medium coal preparation process, and the results shows the efficiency of the proposed method comparing to the existing method.

With the growing popularity of electric vehicles(EV),there is an urgent demand to solve the stress placed on grids caused by the irregular and frequent access of *** traditional direct current(DC)fast charging station(FCS)based on a photovoltaic(pV)system can effectively alleviate the stress of the grid and carbon emission,but the high cost of the energy storage system(ESS)and the under utilization of the grid-connected interlinking converters(GIC)are not very well *** this paper,the DC FCS architecture based on a pV system and ESS-free is first proposed and employed to reduce the ***,the proposed smart charging algorithm(SCA)can fully coordinate the source/load properties of the grid and EVs to achieve the maximum power output of the pV system and high utilization rate of GICs in the absence of ESS support for *** contains a self-regulated algorithm(SrA)for EVs and a grid-regulated algorithm(GrA)for *** the DC bus voltage change caused by power fluctuations does not exceed the set threshold,SrA readjusts the charging power of each EV through the status of the charging(SOC)feedback of the EV,which can ensure the power rebalancing of the *** GrA would participate in the adjustment process once the DC bus voltage is beyond the set threshold *** the condition of ensuring the charging power of all EVs,a GrA based on adaptive droop control can improve the utilization rate of *** last,the simulation and experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed SCA.

玉米灌浆期含水率测定是考种育种的重要指标。为了节约样本且快速准确测定灌浆期玉米水分,该文应用近红外光谱技术,提出了基于小样本条件下的自举算法(Bootstrap)与基于x-y距离结合的样本划分方法(SpXY,sample set partitioning based on joint x-y distances)相结合的样本优化方法的偏最小二乘(pLS,partial least square)水分定量分析模型Bootstrap-SpXY-pLS模型。试验结果表明,当Bootstrap重抽样本次数等于500,样本数量大于等于10时,模型的性能稳定,并且随着样本数量增加,重抽样本次数相对减少;样本数量为10和50时,全谱Bootstrap-SpXY-pLS模型的预测均方根误差(rMSEp,root-mean-square error of prediction)均值分别为0.38%和0.40%,预测相关系数(correlation coefficients of prediction)分别为0.975 1和0.968 5,决定系数r^2分别为0.999 9和0.993 6;基于竞争性自适应重加权采样算法(CArS,competitive adaptive reweighed sampling)波长变量筛选后的CArS-Bootstrap-SpXY-pLS模型的预测均方根误差rMSEp均值分别为0.36%和0.35%,预测相关系数分别为0.973 6和0.975 0,模型决定系数r^2分别为0.924 5和0.918 0。因此,全谱Bootstrap-SpXY-pLS模型和CArS-Bootstrap-SpXY-pLS模型均具有稳定的预测能力,为玉米育种时灌浆期种子水分测定提供了一种稳定、高效的方法。

Most information used to evaluate diabetic statuses is collected at a special time-point,such as taking fasting plasma glucose test and providing a limited view of individual’s health and disease *** a new parameter for continuously evaluating personal clinical statuses,the newly developed technique“continuous glucose monitoring”(CGM)can characterize glucose *** calculating the complexity of glucose time series index(CGI)with refined composite multi-scale entropy analysis of the CGM data,the study showed for the first time that the complexity of glucose time series in subjects decreased gradually from normal glucose tolerance to impaired glucose regulation and then to type 2 diabetes(p for trendrthermore,CGI was significantly associated with various parameters such as insulin sensitivity/secretion(all pple linear stepwise regression showed that the disposition index,which reflectsβ-cell function after adjusting for insulin sensitivity,was the only independent factor correlated with CGI(pr findings indicate that the CGI derived from the CGM data may serve as a novel marker to evaluate glucose homeostasis.
