To solve Multimodal optimization problems(MOPs), a Novel Quantum entanglement-inspired meta-heuristic framework(NMF-QE) is proposed. Its main inspirations are two concepts of quantum physics:quantum entanglement and quantum superposition. When given Proto-born particles(PBPs) of a population, these two concepts are mathematically developed to generate twin-born and combination-born particles, respectively.And if any elite-born particles would be created by a local re-searching strategy. These three or four groups of particles come together as a whole search population of NMF-QE to realize exploration and exploitation of algorithms. To guarantee dynamical optimization capability of NMF-QE, the individual evolutionary mechanism of some existing meta-heuristics will be adopted to iteratively create PBPs. A selected meta-heuristic is coupled with NMF-QE to present its improved variant. Numerical results show that the proposed NMF-QE can effectively improve optimization performance of meta-heuristics on MOPs.

目的分析10年间就诊于某单中心的主动脉夹层住院患者人口学资料、临床特征、临床分型及时间变化趋势。方法回顾性收集2011年1月至2020年12月宁夏医科大学总医院651例明确诊断为主动脉夹层患者的相关资料,包括社会人口学资料、临床症状、合并症、发病诱因、家族遗传史、治疗方式及住院转归等,并分析Stanford A型、Stanford B型患者死亡的影响因素。结果10年间主动脉夹层住院患者人数整体呈逐步上升趋势,Stanford A型患者占39.63%,Stanford B型患者占60.37%,男女比为3.62∶1,平均年龄(52.88±11.46)岁。14.75%的患者诉发病有明确诱因,主要以体力活动和外力撞击为主,10.91%的患者诉有明确家族遗传史。临床症状方面,96.31%的患者有明显疼痛,其中胸部、背部和腹部发生比例较高,依次为66.97%、62.83%和32.26%。不同分型主动脉夹层住院患者在保守治疗方面的临床结局比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,早期急诊手术是预防Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者死亡的保护因素,喝酒是患者院内死亡的危险因素(P<0.05)。控制收缩压在适宜范围内是Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者院内死亡的保护因素,住院时间和保守治疗是其院内死亡的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论早期急诊手术是预防Stanford A型主动脉夹层患者死亡的保护因素,控制收缩是Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者院内死亡的保护因素,因此明确主动脉夹层死亡危险因素,可为临床诊疗提供参考依据。

Background:Soil acidification caused by acid rain(AR)can damage plant roots,which in turn negatively impacts plant health.In response to changing AR types,research efforts to elucidate their specific impacts on plants have become intense.Methods:For this study,we investigated the effects of simulated sulfuric,nitric,and mixed AR on the root systems of Quercus acutissima Carr.and Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.)Hook.under different acidity levels.Results:As the AR S/N ratio and pH decreased,the height growth rate(HGR),basal diameter growth rate(DGR),total root length(TRL)and total root surface area(TRS)of C.lanceolata decreased,whereas the TRL and TRS of Q.acutissima remained the same.When the NO_(3)^(−)concentration in AR was increased,the root activity,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)activities of C.lanceolata roots revealed a downward trend;however,the root activity of Q.acutissima and the peroxidase(POD)activity of C.lanceolata roots revealed an upward trend.Further,redundant analysis and structural equation models indicated that AR pH had a greater impact on the HGR of Q.acutissima than that of C.lanceolata,while the impact of the AR S/N ratio on C.lanceolata growth rates was greater than that of Q.acutissima.Conclusions:Our results suggested that the root systems of different tree species had variable responses to AR,and the AR S/N ratio was an important factor affecting plant root growth.This might facilitate new strategies for the culti‑vation and protection of plantations in the future.

Medicinal plants are a valuable source of essential medicines and herbal products for healthcare and disease therapy.Compared with chemical synthesis and extraction,the biosynthesis of natural products is a very promising alternative for the successful conservation of medicinal plants,and its rapid development will greatly facilitate the conservation and sustainable utilization of medicinal plants.Here,we summarize the advances in strategies and methods concerning the biosynthesis and production of natural products of medicinal plants.The strategies and methods mainly include genetic engineering,plant cell culture engineering,metabolic engineering,and synthetic biology based on multiple“OMICS”technologies,with paradigms for the biosynthesis of terpenoids and alkaloids.We also highlight the biosynthetic approaches and discuss progress in the production of some valuable natural products,exemplifying compounds such as vindoline(alkaloid),artemisinin and paclitaxel(terpenoids),to illustrate the power of biotechnology in medicinal plants.

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)form a near-ubiquitous mutualistic association with roots to help plants withstand harsh environments,and play a key role in the establishment of coastal beach plant communities.Yet little is known about the structure and composition of AMF communities on coastal beaches of eastern China.In this study,we investigated the occurrence,community composition and diversity of AMF associated with common wild plants on a coastal beach of North Jiangsu,China.Almost all of the local wild species were colonized by AMF except for Chenopodium album L.Thirty-seven AMF species were isolated from the rhizosphere belonging to 12 genera in seven families.Glomus was the dominant genus and Funneliformis mosseae the dominant species.The colonization,spore composition and diversity of AMF were strongly related to edaphic factors.Sodium(Na^(+))ions in the soil significantly and negatively affected the colonization rate by AMF and both soil Na^(+)levels and pH had a significant negative effect on AMF spore density and evenness.However,there was a significant positive correlation between species richness and total organic carbon.The results provide insights into soil factors affecting native AMF communities in coastal beach habitats which could benefit vegetation recovery and soil reclamation efforts.

The plant apoplast,which serves as the frontline battleground for long-term host–pathogen interactions,harbors a wealth of disease resistance resources.However,the identification of the disease resistance proteins in the apoplast is relatively lacking.In this study,we identified and characterized the rice secretory protein OsSSP1(Oryza sativa secretory small protein 1).OsSSP1 can be secreted into the plant apoplast,and either in vitro treatment of recombinant OsSSP1 or overexpression of OsSSP1 in rice could trigger plant immune response.The expression of OsSSP1 is suppressed significantly during magnaporthe oryzae infection in the susceptible rice variety Taibei 309,and OsSSP1-overexpressing lines all show strong resistance to M.oryzae.Combining the knockout and overexpression results,we found that OsSSP1 positively regulates plant immunity in response to fungal infection.Moreover,the recognition and immune response triggered by OsSSP1 depend on an uncharacterized transmembrane OsSSR1(secretory small protein receptor 1)and the key co-receptor OsBAK1,since most of the induced immune response and resistance are lost in the absence of OsSSR1 or OsBAK1.Intriguingly,the OsSSP1 protein is relatively stable and can still induce plant resistance after 1 week of storage in the open environment,and exogenous OsSSP1 treatment for a 2-week period did not affect rice yield.Collectively,our study reveals that OsSSP1 can be secreted into the apoplast and percepted by OsSSR1 and OsBAK1 during fungal infection,thereby triggering the immune response to enhance plant resistance to M.oryzae.These findings provide novel resources and potential strategies for crop breeding and disease control.

为增强藤壶配尾优化算法(barnacles mating optimizer,BMO)的全局探索性能和局部寻优精度,融合藤壶幼虫的沉降附着行为与正反向递减铸型策略提出一种改进藤壶配尾优化算法(improved BMO,IBMO)并将其用于求解高维连续优化问题。沉降附着行为模型受自然界藤壶幼虫随潮浮游、螺旋沉降的行为启发所构建,以增加种群多样性并改善算法的全局探索性能。正反向递减铸型策略借鉴反向学习思想并融入递减调控机制修正传统藤壶优化算法的精子铸型过程,以扩增种群的局部搜索域并改善算法的局部开采性能。实验结果表明,两种策略可分别有效改善藤壶优化算法的全局探索和局部开采性能;同时,所提IBMO算法相较于其他新近智能算法则表现出更高收敛精度、更强算法稳健性和良好高维适用性等。

Rubidium(Rb)deposits mostly occur in the South China and Central Asia orogenic belts and are often closely associated with highly differentiated granites.This study investigates a newly-discovered giant Rb deposit at Gariatong in the Central Lhasa terrane in Tibet.Detailed field studies and logging data revealed that the Rb mineralization mainly occurs in monzogranite and is related to greisenization.LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating of zircon yielded ages of 19.1±0.2 ma and 19.0±0.2 ma for greisenized monzogranite and fresh monzogranite,respectively.The monzogranites are characterized as strongly peraluminous,with high contents of SiO2,Al2O3,K2O and Na2O as well as a high differentiation index.They are enriched in light rare earth and large ion lithophile elements with significant negative Eu anomalies and depleted high fieldstrength elements.Petrological and geochemical features of these ore-related monzogranites suggest that they are highly fractionated S-type granites,derived from remelting of crustal materials in a post-collisional setting.The geochemistry of zircon and apatite points to a low oxygen fugacity of the ore-related monzogranite during the magma’s evolution.The discovery of the Gariatong Rb deposit suggests that the Central Lhasa terrane may be an important region for rare metal mineralization.
