1株芬芳镰刀菌的筛选鉴定及其提硒降镉效应

为解决农作物硒镉共积累难题,采用选择性培养基从高硒镉背景值的植物根际土壤(土壤硒总含量50.187 mg/kg,土壤镉总含量50.311 mg/kg)中分离、筛选获得了1株功能真菌,经鉴定为芬芳镰刀菌(Fusarium redolens),利用土壤模拟试验和盆栽试验测定土壤中有效硒、有效镉的变化和植物可食用部位Se含量、Cd含量,根据硒/镉富集和转运系数来评价真菌活硒抑镉的效果。土壤模拟试验结果显示,接种真菌后,活硒率与培养时间呈正相关,抑镉率与之相反;活硒率在第5天达到最高,为60.9%;抑镉率在第3天最高,为41.2%,第5天最低,为27.3%。盆栽试验结果显示,添加10^(8)cfu/mL真菌,土壤pH值比对照显著降低了0.35个单位;对碎米荠幼苗生长无不良影响,平均株高为7.4 cm,平均根长为9.6 cm,平均生物量为2.9 g,均高于对照;土壤中有效硒的含量显著提高,活硒率最高达到24.8%,而有效镉的含量显著降低,抑镉率达到24.7%;碎米荠地上/地下部分总硒含量分别增加25.6%和36.8%,总镉地上/地下部分含量分别降低32.7%和11.6%。结果表明,真菌对天然高硒镉背景值土壤具有活硒抑镉能力,且添加浓度为10^(8)cfu/mL时效果最好,有助于碎米荠的富硒降镉。

Design and Implementation of Spacecraft Automatic Test Language

Spacecraft automatic test system, a comprehensive spacecraft test information system based on the various spacecraft test specifications formalized as spacecraft test language, is an important means to improve test efficiency. With the new require- ments of the multi-spacecraft test in China, the study of the spacecraft test language becomes a new challenge for spacecraft test field. In this article, a high-order spacecraft test language, China aerospace test and operation language （CATOL）, is given asso- ciated with the current test requirements; meanwhile, the structure of the language is presented. Then, for characterizing and formalizing the spacecraft processes, the syntax and operational semantics of one of the sub-languages, CATOL-PR, are defined. Finally, the prototype system of this proposed language is presented. This language will improve the specification of spacecraft test work in China and the efficiency of spacecraft testers, and promote the development in spacecraft automatic test.

为应对数字经济时代的生产活动需求,中国提出新基建战略。基于新基建背景下工业企业面临的变化,对工业企业经营的技术创新模式、生产管理方式等展开分析,在此基础上,从新基建对工业企业数字化的作用机理、赋能工业企业数字化转型能力、使能工业企业价值创新三方面揭示新基建驱动工业企业数字化转型的逻辑和路径。研究发现:新基建通过带动新旧动能的衔接和转换、实现物理空间和网络空间的接合、构筑制造业数字生态圈、推动价值链升级等助力工业企业数字化转型;通过关键渠道分析,发现数字研发与仿真设计、先进制造与智慧生产、用户价值捕捉与需求预测、平台化与精准式数字服务构成新基建赋能工业企业数字化转型的重要作用渠道;客户价值再创、价值实现方式转变、创新生态圈构建环节在新基建使能工业企业数字化转型阶段起到重要渠道作用。

Complexity of software trustworthiness and its dynamical statistical analysis methods

Developing trusted softwares has become an important trend and a natural choice in the development of software technology and applications. At present, the method of measurement and assessment of software trustworthiness cannot guarantee safe and reliable operations of software systems completely and effectively. Based on the dynamical system study, this paper interprets the characteristics of be- haviors of software systems and the basic scientific problems of software trustworthiness complexity, analyzes the characteristics of complexity of software trustworthiness, and proposes to study the soft- ware trustworthiness measurement in terms of the complexity of software trustworthiness. Using the dynamical statistical analysis methods, the paper advances an invariant-measure based assessment method of software trustworthiness by statistical indices, and hereby provides a dynamical criterion for the untrustworthiness of software systems. By an example, the feasibility of the proposed dynamical statistical analysis method in software trustworthiness measurement is demonstrated using numerical simulations and theoretical analysis.

Objective:To observe the efficacy of pentoxifylline+thioctic acid in the treatment of patients with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy(PDPN).Methods:70 patients with PDPN admitted from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected and randomly grouped,with pentoxifylline+thioctic acid treatment in Group A and thioctic acid treatment in Group B,and the treatment efficacy was ***:The treatment efficacy in Group A was higher than that of Group B,Pmation progression,and reduce PDPN symptoms,which is an efficient and feasible treatment option.

Dynamical characteristics of software trustworthiness and their evolutionary complexity

Developing trusted softwares has become an important trend and a natural choice in the development of software technology and applications, and software trustworthiness modeling has become a prerequisite and necessary means. To discuss and explain the basic scientific problems in software trustworthiness and to establish theoretical foundations for software trustworthiness measurement, combining the ideas of dynamical system study, this paper studies evolutionary laws of software trustworthiness and the dynamical mechanism under the effect of various internal and external factors, and proposes dynamical models for software trustworthiness, thus, software trustworthiness can be considered as the statistical characteristics of behaviors of software systems in the dynamical and open environment. By analyzing two simple examples, the paper explains the relationship between the limit evolutionary behaviors of software trustworthiness attributes and dynamical system characteristics, and interprets the dynamical characteristics of software trustworthiness and their evolutionary complexity.

The present study established a model of brain ischemia in aged rats using four-vessel *** observed hippocampal CA1 neuronal apoptosis and apoptosis-mediated protease caspase-3 expression following preconditioning of electroacupuncture at Baihui（GV 20）.Our results showed that the number of hippocampal CA1 normal neurons was decreased,and degenerated neurons were increased 12 hours to 3 days following cerebral ischemia/*** number of hippocampal CA1 apoptotic neurons and caspase-3-positive neurons in rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury was significantly decreased following acupuncture *** preconditioning protects aged rats against ischemia/reperfusion injury by regulating caspase-3 protein expression.

针对如何高效而又准确地发现分布于各地Web服务的问题,基于P2P网络和语义描述提出一种新型服务发现机制,将服务按照语义动态地注册于由委托(broker)管理的不同节点簇,并将语义相似的节点簇组成虚拟语义网,提高了查询效率;采用反馈机制主动监测拓扑节点,和利用节点簇之间的分裂与聚合机制来保证该模型的有效性和性能.最后通过对原型系统的实现证明了该机制的合理性与有效性.
