Effect of heat treatment on microstructural evolution,mechanical properties and tribological properties of H13 steel prepared using selective laser melting

[目的]采用预应力锚栓式连接设计的风机基础为目前的主流设计。预应力锚栓连接基础的受力特征为一种环形荷载的力学特征。在这种力学特征下没有详细的分析资料可以参考,设计人员往往借助有限元分析来分析此处的结构安全性,但花费时间较长。为了能够快速计算基础核心区的应力数值。[方法]文章根据摩尔库伦理论和弹性力学理论,推导了一套适用风机基础核心区设计的竖向应力计算公式,并与精细化有限元分析结果对比验证。[结果]对比结果表明,文章推导的公式具有良好的准确性及可靠度。[结论]提出的推导公式,可以作为风机基础配筋设计的依据,为工程设计所参考。

Production of Pacific White Shrimp Polycultured with Swimming Crab at Different Densities, and Nutrient Budget in the Enclosure System

This study was to evaluate the effect of stocking densities on the nitrogen and phosphorus budgets for a polyculture of the crab Portunus trituberculatus and the Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus *** shrimps(initial weight,0.012 g)were cultured at a density of 45 shrimp m^(-2),and juvenile crabs(initial weight,0.024 g)were cultured at five densities of 0,3,6,9,and 12 crabs m^(-2).The treatments were grouped as C0S45,C3S45,C6S45,C9S45,and C12S45,*** quality parameters,growth of shrimp and crabs,and nitrogen and phosphorus budget were *** results indicated that the shrimp performances in polyculture treatments C3S45 and C6S45 were superior to those in the crab-free treatment(C0S45).The crab in treatments C3S45 and C6S45 exhibited a significantly higher final mean weight and carapace width/length than those in treatments C9S45 and *** final size and survival of crabs had a negative correlation with the increasing crab stocking *** contents of total phos-phorus and total nitrogen and the comprehensive contamination index values were higher in the C9S45 and C12S45 treatments than in the other *** conversion ratios of nitrogen for crab and shrimp growth in treatment C3S45 were significantly higher than those in the crab-free *** findings indicate that polyculturing shrimp with crabs at suitable densities can improve productivity,profitability,nutrient utilization,and the environmental *** the 60-day treatments,the optimal culture densi-ties were 3-6 crabs m^(-2) and 45 shrimps m^(-2).

A practical guide for fast implementation of SNARE-mediated liposome fusion

Soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor(SNAER) family proteins are the engines of most intra-cellular and exocytotic membrane fusion pathways(Jahn and Scheller 2006).Over the past two decades, in-vitro liposome fusion has been proven to be a powerful tool to reconstruct physiological SNARE-mediated membrane fusion processes(Liu et al. 2017). The reconstitution of the membrane fusion process not only provides direct evidence of the capability of the cognate SNARE complex in driving membrane fusion but also allows researchers to study the functional mechanisms of regulatory proteins in related pathways(Wickner and Rizo 2017). Heretofore, a variety of delicate methods for in-vitro SNARE-mediated liposome fusion have been established(Bao et al. 2018;Diao et al. 2012; Duzgunes 2003; Gong et al. 2015; Heo et al. 2021; Kiessling et al. 2015; Kreye et al.2008; Kyoung et al. 2013; Liu et al. 2017; Scott et al. 2003). Although technological advances have made reconstitution more physiologically relevant, increasingly elaborate experimental procedures, instruments, and data processing algorithms nevertheless hinder the non-experts from setting up basic SNARE-mediated liposome fusion assays. Here, we describe a low-cost, timesaving, and easy-to-handle protocol to set up a foundational in-vitro SNARE-mediated liposome fusion assay based on our previous publications(Liu et al. 2023; Wang and ma 2022). The protocol can be readily adapted to assess various types of SNARE-mediated membrane fusion and the actions of fusion regulators by using appropriate alternative additives(e.g., proteins, macromolecules, chemicals, etc.). The total time required for one round of the assay is typically two days and could be extremely compressed into one day.

Heterogeneous MXene-based films with graded electrical conductivity towards highly efficient EMI shielding and electrothermal heating

The increasing need for electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding of electronics in cold environments such as those in aircraft,space exploration,and wearable heaters to avoid hazardous icing conditions or hypothermia requires the development of thin and lightweight EMI shielding materials preferably by absorbing rather than reflecting electromagnetic(EM)waves while also generating heat through energy-efficient electrothermal ***,it is challenging to achieve absorption-dominant EMI shielding and energy-efficient electrothermal heating simultaneously in a thin and lightweight ***,we develop a heterogeneous composite film comprising a porous multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)/bacterial cellulose(BC)film and an aligned MXene/Ag nanowires(NWs)backing via a sequential vacuum filtration *** porous film contains random conductive networks of MWCNTs with moderate conductivity while the aligned MXene sheets atop Ag NWs network affords high conductivity in the backing,giving rise to graded electrical conductivity for absorption-dominant EMI *** increasing Ag NW coverage leads to significantly increased electrical conductivity without increasing the EM wave reflection as well as the density and thickness of the film,yielding excellent specific EMI shielding effectiveness(>8500 dB/(g·cm^(2))),low driving voltage for energy-efficient electrothermal heating(163℃at 2.5 V),and fast response time(60 s)at a low areal density of 0.015 mg/cm^(2).Combining EMI shielding and electrothermal heating,the heterogeneous film developed here are promising contenders for the protection of electronic equipment in low-temperature environment.

We analyze the topside ionosphere power line radiation(PLR)at 60 Hz over the US using electric field data collected by CSES satellite between January 2019 and December *** study aimed to further investigate the month-to-month variation characteristic of PLR occurrence rate observed by satellite and its several influencing factors,including solar radiation,lightning activity,and try to clarify the influence of electricity *** results show that the solar radiation(solar zenith angle and F10.7)plays a major role in the variation of the PLR occurrence rate,and that there is no direct connection with the number of *** the relationship between PLR occurrence rate and electricity consumption,the low occurrence rate associated with decreased weekend electricity consumption was not observed in the ***,there is a significant difference in PLR occurrence rate between the East and West Coasts of the US at the same latitude during the same time period,suggesting that the significant difference in PLR occurrence rate is caused by the significant difference in electricity consumption between the two *** excluding the effect of solar radiation on PLR occurrence rate,we concluded that only a significant difference in regional electricity consumption could lead to a corresponding change in PLR occurrence rate detected by the Low-Earth-Orbit ***,we also found there is seasonal variation in the diurnal differences of the PLR occurrence rate caused by seasonal variation of the lower ionosphere.

Local spatial properties based image interpolation scheme using SVMs

Image interpolation plays an important role in image process applications. A novel support vector machines （SVMs） based interpolation scheme is proposed with increasing the local spatial properties in the source image as SVMs input patterns. After the proper neighbor pixels region is selected, trained support vectors are obtained by training SVMs with local spatial properties that include the average of the neighbor pixels gray values and the gray value variations between neighbor pixels in the selected region. The support vector regression machines are employed to estimate the gray values of unknown pixels with the neighbor pixels and local spatial properties information. Some interpolation experiments show that the proposed scheme is superior to the linear, cubic, neural network and other SVMs based interpolation approaches.
