The effects of different solidification rates after pouring on the microstructures,microsegregation and mechanical properties of cast superalloy K417 G were ***-model was applied to calculate the temperature range of *** casting mould with different casting runners was designed to obtain three different cooling *** microstructures were observed and the microsegregation was ***,high temperature tensile test was performed at 900℃ and stress rupture test was performed at 950℃ with the stress of 235 *** results showed that the secondary dendrite arm spacing,microsegregation,the size and volume fraction of γ＇phase and the size of γ/γ＇eutectic increased with decreasing cooling rate,but the volume fraction of γ/γ＇ eutectic *** the cooling rate range of 1.42℃s^-1–0.849 s^-1,the cast micro-porosities and carbides varied little,while the volume fraction and size of phase and γ/γ＇ eutectic played a decisive role on mechanical *** specimen with the slowest cooling rate of 0.84℃ s^-1 showed the best comprehensive mechanical properties.

China has the world’s highest nitrogen(N)application rate,and the lowest N use efficiency(NUE).With the crop yield increasing,serious N pollution is also *** in-situ field experiment(2011–2015)was conducted to examine the effects of three N levels,0(i.e.,no fertilizer N addition to soil),120,and 180 kg N ha-1,using integrated rice management(IRM).We investigated rice yield,aboveground N uptake,and soil surface N budget in a hilly region of Southwest *** to traditional rice management(TRM),IRM integrated raised beds,plastic mulch,furrow irrigation,and triangular transplanting,which significantly improved rice grain yield,straw biomass,aboveground N uptake,and *** rice management significantly improved 15N recovery efficiency(by 10%)and significantly reduced the ratio of potential15N loss(by 8%–12%).Among all treatments,the 120 kg N ha-1 level under IRM achieved the highest 15N recovery efficiency(32%)and 15N residual efficiency(29%),with the lowest 15N loss ratio(39%).After rice harvest,the residual N fertilizer did not achieve a full replenishment of soil N consumption,as the replenishing effect was insufficient(ranging from-31 to-49 kg N ha-1).Furthermore,soil surface N budget showed a surplus(69–146 kg N ha-1)under all treatments,and the N surplus was lower under IRM than *** results indicate IRM as a reliable and stable method for high rice yield and high NUE,while exerting a minor risk of N *** the hilly area of Southwest China,the optimized N fertilizer application rate under IRM was found to be 100–150 kg N ha-1.

To investigate the non-uniform distribution of different gases passing through the parallel cyclones,experiments were conducted on a circulating fluidized bed(CFB)equipped with six asymmetrical cyclones.A multi-tracer gas method was used,with CO,O_(2),and CO_(2) chosen to represent gases with different properties in the flue gas at the inlets of the *** uniformity of multi-gas distribution was evaluated by measuring the concentration deviations of each tracer gas passing through individual *** results indicate that the concentrations of multi-tracer gases are higher in the middle cyclone among the three,which are located on the tracer gas injection side during the test of single-side secondary air(SA)*** maximum concentration deviation of tracer gases is for CO_(2),while the minimum is for *** the three cyclone inlets on the opposite side,the tracer gas with higher density exhibits a more uniform distribution,and the gas uniformity decreases as the density *** effects of superficial velocity,SA ratio,bed inventory,and tracer gas injection region on the uniformity of gas distribution were *** results show that superficial velocity and SA ratio primarily affect the uniformity of higher density gases,while bed inventory has a greater influence on lower density *** gas distributions are most non-uniform,especially for CO_(2),when the tracer gas injection region is near the rear wall closer to the induced draft fan during the test of regional SA tracing.

Ultrasonic Scattered Field Distribution of One and Two Cylindrical Solids with Phased Array Technique

The scattered fields of plane waves in a solid from a cylinder or sphere are critical in determining its acoustic characteristics as well as in engineering applications. This paper investigates the scattered field distributions of different incident waves created by elastic cylinders embedded in an elastic isotropic medium. Scattered waves, including longitudinal and transverse waves both inside and outside the cylinder, are described with specific modalities under an incident plane wave. A model with a scatterer embedded in a structural steel matrix and filled with aluminum is developed for comparison with the theoretical solution. The frequency of the plane wave ranged from 235 kHz to 2348 kHz, which corresponds to scaling factors from 0.5 to 5. Scattered field distributions in matrix materials blocked by an elastic cylindrical solid have been obtained by simulation or calculated using existing parameters. The simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical solution, which supports the correctness of the simulation analysis. Furthermore, ultrasonic phased arrays are used to study scattered fields by changing the characteristics of the incident wave. On this foundation, a partial preliminary study of the scattered field distribution of double cylinders in a solid has been carried out, and the scattered field distribution at a given distance has been found to exhibit particular behaviors at different moments. Further studies on directivities and scattered fields are expected to improve the quantification of scattered images in isotropic solid materials by the phased array technique.

Hematopoiesis is a finely tuned process that generates all blood cell types through self-renewal and differentiation, which is crucial for maintaining homeostasis. Acute infections can prompt a hematopoietic response known as emergency myelopoiesis. In this study, using a Candida albicans (C. albicans) infection model, we demonstrated for the first time that disruption of Fhl2 led to increased fungal burden,heightened inflammatory response and reduced survival rates. Impaired myeloid hematopoiesis and immune cell production were evident, as proved by the decreased numbers of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) and granulocytes in the bone marrow of Fhl2-deficient mice. In conclusion, FHL2 regulated emergency myelopoiesis in response to C. albicans, affecting the host’s defense against pathogens.

The first catalytic atroposelective synthesis of indole derivatives bearing N-N/C-C diaxes has been established by the strategy of de novo ring formation. By this strategy, various indolyl quinazolinones bearing vicinal N-N/C-C diaxes were synthesized in high yields with overall good diastereoselectivities and excellent enantioselectivities via chiral phosphoric acid-catalyzed onepot asymmetric formal (5+1) cycloaddition/oxidation reaction. Moreover, such indolyl quinazolinones bearing vicinal N-N/CC diaxes have good configurational stability and could be converted into new chiral ligands with applications in asymmetric catalysis. Therefore, this work not only offered a new member for the family of diaxial atropisomers, but also provided a powerful strategy for catalytic asymmetric synthesis of atropisomers bearing N-N/C-C diaxes.

Urban lake ecosystems are significant for social development,but currently we know little about the geographical distribution of algal community in urban lakes at a *** this study,we investigated the algal community structure in different areas of urban lakes in China and evaluated the influence of water quality parameters and geographical location on the algal *** results showed that obvious differences in water quality and algal communities were observed among urban lakes in different geographical *** was the dominant phylum,followed by cyanobacteria in all *** network analysis indicated that algal community composition in urban lakes of the western and southern area showed more variations than the eastern and northern areas,*** analysis and structural equation model revealed that nutrients and p H were dominant environmental factors that affected the algal community,and they showed higher influence than that of iron,manganese and COD Mn ***,algal community and density exhibited longitude and latitude *** general,these results provided an ecological insight into large-scale geographical distributions of algal community in urban lakes,thereby having potential applications for management of the lakes.

Due to the unique magnetic, mechanical and thermal properties, magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs) have comprehensive applications as the contrast and therapeutic agents in biomedical imaging and magnetic hyperthermia. The linear and nonlinear magnetoacoustic responses determined by the magnetic properties of MNPs have attracted more and more attention in biomedical engineering. By considering the relaxation time of MNPs, we derive the formulae of second harmonic magnetoacoustic responses(2H-maRs) for a cylindrical MNP solution model based on the mechanical oscillations of MNPs in magnetoacoustic tomography with magnetic induction(maT-MI). It is proved that only the second harmonic magnetoacoustic oscillations can be generated by MNPs under an alternating magnetic excitation. The acoustic pressure of the 2H-maR is proportional to the square of the magnetic field intensity and exhibits a linear increase with the concentration of MNPs. Numerical simulations of the 2H-maR are confirmed by the experimental measurements for various magnetic field intensities and solution concentrations using a laser vibrometer. The favorable results demonstrate the feasibility of the harmonic measurements without the fundamental interference of the electromagnetic excitation, and suggest a new harmonic imaging strategy of maT-MI for MNPs with enhanced spatial resolution and improved signal-to-noise ratio in biomedical applications.

A series of novel 2-hydrazinylpyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-3（4H）-one derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for their cytotoxic activities against A549,MDA-MB-231 and HT-29 cell lines in *** data indicated that compounds 5b,5c,10a and 10g possessed marked cytotoxicity,especially 10a（with IC_（50） values of 0.81,2.56 and 1.63μmol/L against A549,MDA-MB- 23 1 and HT29 cell lines,respectively）,which had emerged as a lead compound.
