The title complex [ NH3 CH2 CH （ NH2 ） CH3 ]2 [ M （ Ⅵ ） O2 （ OC6 H4 O）2 ] （ M = Mo0. 6 W0.4 ） was synthesized via a simple solution-phase ehemieal route. The determination of single erystal X-ray diffraction revealed that the title eompound is erystallized in a monoelinie system with P2（ 1 ）/n spaee group, a = 1. 0913（10） nm, b = 1. 0442（10） nm, c=1.8842（19） nm, α=90°, β=96.530（17）°, γ=90°, Z=4, and V=2.133（4） nm^3. The mononuelear anionie unit [ M （ Ⅵ ） O2 （ 0C6 H4 O） 2 ] 2 - displays ehiral pseudo-oetahedral [ MO6 ] eoordination geometry and is linked by ehiral eations via hydrogen bond and π…π stacking interaetion. The transmission electron microseopy images show that the title eomplex is eomprised of nano-partieles with diameters ranging from 20 to 50 nm. The NMR study shows the ^1H downfield chemical shifts of [ NH3 CHa Hb CH （ NH2 ） CH3 ]^＋ eations in the title eomplex when it is mixed with adenosine-triphosphate（ ATP）, and the chemical shift difference between Ha and Hb is inereased greatly, and most of the eateeholate ligands dissociate from the eentral metal atoms. The DNA cleavage aetivity experiment reveals that DNA eleavage promoted by the title eomplex is lower than that by Na2 MoO4 whieh possesses antitumor propetty, but higher than that by Na2WO4.

magnesium(Mg) alloys have attracted a wealth of attention in orthopedic fields for their superior mechanical properties, degradability,and excellent biocompatibility. Consistently, to resolve the issues on rapid degradation, more studies are dedicated to the researches on the composition design, preparation and processing, surface modification, the degradation modes of Mg alloys. Nevertheless, the mechanisms by which Mg alloys promote bone healing remain elusive. This review gives an account of specific mechanisms on Mg alloys promoting bone healing from four aspects, immunomodulatory, angiogenesis, osteogenesis and regulation of osteoclast function. We highlight the regulation of Mg alloys on the functional status and interactions of numerous cells that are involved in bone healing, including immune cells, osteogenicrelated cells, osteoclasts, endothelial cells(ECs), nerve cells, etc., and summarize the signaling pathways involved, with the aim to provide the basis and support on future investigation on mechanisms on Mg alloys driving bone regeneration. More importantly, it provides a rationale and a general new basis for the application of Mg alloys in orthopedic fields.

Offshore wind energy resources are operational in cold regions,while offshore wind turbines will face the threat of ***,it is necessary to study icing of offshore wind turbines under different icing *** this study,icing sensitivity of offshore wind turbine blades are performed using a combination of FLUENT and FENSAP-ICE software,and the effects of liquid water content(LWC),medium volume diameter(MVD),wind speed and air temperature on blade icing shape are analyzed by two types of ice,namely rime ice and glaze *** results show that the increase of LWC and MVD will increase the amount of ice that forms on the blade surface for either glaze ice or rime ice,and an increase of MVD will expand the adhesion surface between ice and *** reaching the rated wind speed of 11.4 m/s,it does not directly affect the icing ***,after reaching the rated wind speed,the attack angle of the incoming flow decreases obviously,and the amount of ice increases *** the ambient air temperature meets the icing conditions of glaze ice(i.e.,−5℃ to 0℃),the lower the temperature,the more glaze ice freezes,whereas air temperature has no impact on the icing of rime *** with onshore wind turbines,offshore wind turbines might face extreme meteorological conditions,and the wind speed has no impact on the amount of ice that forms on the blade surface for most wind speeds.

Parameter estimation in exponential models by linear and nonlinear fitting methods

Estimation of unknown parameters in exponential models by linear and nonlinear fitting methods is discussed. Based on the extreme value theorem and Taylor series expansion, it is proved theoretically that the parameters estimated by the linear fitting method alone cannot minimize the sum of the squared residual errors in the measurement data when measurement noise is involved in the data. Numerical simulation is performed to compare the performance of the linear and nonlinear fitting methods. Simulation results show that the linear method can obtain only a suboptimal estimate of the unknown parameters and that the nonlinear method gives more accurate results. Application of the fitting methods is demonstrated where the water spectral attenuation coefficient is estimated from underwater images and imaging distances, which supports the improvement in the accuracy of parameter estimation by the nonlinear fitting method.

AIM: To determine the potential protective role of adiponectin in intestinal ischemia reperfusion(I/R) ***: A rat model of intestinal I/R injury was established. The serum level of adiponectin in rats with intestinal I/R injury was determined by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The serum levels of interleukin(IL)-1β, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α were also measured by ELISA. Apoptosis of intestinal cells was detected using the terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UTP nick end labeling assay. The production of malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) and villous injury scores were also ***: Adiponectin was downregulated in the serum of rats with intestinal I/R injury compared with sham rats. No significant changes in the expression of adiponectin receptor 1 and adiponectin receptor 2 were found between sham and I/R rats. Pre-treatment with recombinant adiponectin attenuated intestinal I/R injury. The production of pro-inflammatory cytokines,including IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α, in rats with intestinal I/R injury was reduced by adiponectin pre-treatment. The production of MDA was inhibited, and the release of SOD was restored by adiponectin pre-treatment in rats with intestinal I/R injury. Adiponectin pre-treatment also inhibited cell apoptosis in these rats. Treatment with the AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK) signaling pathway inhibitor, compound C, or the heme oxygenase 1(HO-1) inhibitor, Snpp, attenuated the protective effects of adiponectin against intestinal I/R injury. CONCLUSION: Adiponectin exhibits protective effects against intestinal I/R injury, which may involve the AMPK/HO-1 pathway.

Dear Editor,Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma(UPS)is a subtype of soft tissue sarcoma first reported by O’Brien and Stout in 1964.1 It is a common soft tissue sarcoma in adults,commonly occurring in the extremities and retroperitoneum.2,3 However,the incidence of testicular UPS is extremely rare in China and the rest of the *** addition,radical orchiectomy is the preferred treatment for this disease,but the role of postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy remains *** paper reports the diagnosis,treatment process,and prognosis of a case of recurrent testicular *** performing a literature review,it was found that postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy may prolong the progression-free survival of the patient,so we present this paper to raise clinicians’understanding of the *** study was approved by the Ethics Committee of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Baiyin,China;approval ***-X2-2020-018).The patient was informed of the content and significance of the study and signed an informed consent form.

An efficient and accurate analytical method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 20 synthetic food additives, including three sweeteners,seven food colorants,nine synthetic preservatives and caffeine,by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） with photodiode array detector（PDA）.This method permits the detection of food additives at very low concentrations（0.005-0.150μg/mL）.The applicability was verified by the determination of food additives present in various foodstuffs.

Touch-sensitive screens are crucial components of wearable *** such as reduced graphene oxide(rGO),carbon nanotubes(CNTs),and graphene offer promising solutions for flexible touch-sensitive ***,when stacked with flexible substrates to form multilayered capacitive touching sensors,these materials often suffer from substrate delamination in response to deformation;this is due to the materials having different Young’s modulus *** results in failure to offer accurate touch screen *** this work,we demonstrate an induced charge-based mutual capacitive touching sensor capable of high-precision touch *** is enabled by electron trapping and polarization effects related to mixed-coordinated bonding between copper nanoparticles and vertically grown graphene ***,we used an electron cyclotron resonance system to directly fabricate graphene-metal nanofilms(GMNFs)using carbon and copper,which are firmly adhered to flexible *** being subjected to 3000 bending actions,we observed almost no change in touch *** screen interaction system,which has a signal-to-noise ratio of 41.16 dB and resolution of 650 dpi,was tested using a handwritten Chinese character recognition trial and achieved an accuracy of 94.82%.Taken together,these results show the promise of touch-sensitive screens that use directly fabricated GMNFs for wearable devices.
