EuCd_(2.As_(2.was theoretically predicted to be a minimal model of Weyl semimetals with a single pair of Weyl points in the ferromagnet ***,the heavily p-doped Eu Cd_(2.As_(2.crystals in previous experiments prevent direct identification of the semimetal ***,we present a comprehensive magneto-transport study of high-quality Eu Cd_(2.As_(2.crystals with ultralow bulk carrier density(10^(13.cm^(-3.).In contrast to the general expectation of a Weyl semimetal phase,Eu Cd_(2.As_(2.shows insulating behavior in both antiferromagnetic and ferromagnetic states as well as surface-dominated conduction from band ***,the application of a dc bias current can dramatically modulate the resistance by over one order of magnitude,and induce a periodic resistance oscillation due to the geometric *** nonlinear transport results from the high nonequilibrium state induced by an electrical field near the band *** results suggest an insulating phase in Eu Cd_(2.As_(2.and put a strong constraint on the underlying mechanism of anomalous transport properties in this system.

New samples returned by china Chang’e-5(CE-5)mission offer an opportunity for studying the lunar geologic longevity,space weathering,and regolith *** age determination of the CE-5 samples was among the first scientific questions to be ***,the precious samples,most in the micrometer size range,challenge many traditional analyses on large single crystals of zircon developed for massive bulk ***,we developed a non-destructive rapid screening of individual zirconium-containing particle for isotope geochronology based on a Micro X-ray fluorescence analysis(μXRF).The selected particles were verified via scanning electron microscopy(SEM),3. X-ray microscopy(XRM),and focused ion beam scanning electron microscopy(FIB-SEM)techniques,which showed that zirconium-bearing minerals with several microns were precisely positioned and readily suitable for site-specific isotopic dating by second ion mass spectrometry(SIMS).Such protocol could be also appli-cable in non-destructively screening other types of particles for different scientific *** there-fore proposed a correlative workflow for comprehensively studying the CE-5 lunar samples from single particles on nanometer to atomic *** various microscopic and spectromicroscopic instru-ments together,this workflow consists of six steps:(1)single-particle selection with non-destructive μXRF technique,(2.2./3. morphological and structural characterization with a correlative submicron 3. The neutron capture cross sections(n,γ)of bromine were obtained using the time-of-flight technique at the Back-n facility of the china Spallation Neutron ***γ-rays originating from neutron-induced capture events were detected using four C_(6)D_(6) *** pulse-height weighting technique and double-bunch unfolding method based on Bayesian theory were used in the data *** deductions,normalization,and corrections were carefully considered to obtain reliable measurement *** multilevel R-matrix Bayesian code SAMMY was used to extract the resonance parameters in the resolved resonance region(RRR).The average cross sections in the unresolved resonance region(URR)were obtained from 10 to 400 *** experimental results were compared with data from several evaluated libraries and previous experi-ments in the RRR and *** TALYS code was used to describe the average cross sections in the *** astrophysical maxwell average cross sections(maCSs)of ^(79,81)Br from kT=5 to 100 keV were calculated over a sufficiently wide range of neutron *** a thermal energy of kT=3. keV,the maCS value for ^(79)Br 682.68 mb was in good agreement with the KADoNiS v1.0 recommended *** contrast,the value of 2.3.2. mb for ^(81)Br was substantially higher than that of the evaluated database and the KADoNiS v1.0 recommended value.

目的了解CHINET中国细菌耐药性监测网儿童患者临床分离的不发酵糖革兰阴性杆菌的分布和耐药性变迁。方法按CHINET耐药监测统一方案使用纸片扩散法或商品化药敏试验自动测试仪进行药敏试验。按CLSI 2.2.年版标准判断结果。结果临床分离不发酵糖革兰阴性杆菌2.987株中,主要以假单胞菌属和不动杆菌属细菌为主,其他各菌属均有不等检出。下呼吸道标本占51.1%,居于首位,脓液及伤口分泌物占16.5%,尿液标本占9.2.。这些菌株主要分离于内科病房(3..1%)、儿科ICU(2..8%)和外科病房(18.9%)。铜绿假单胞菌对氨曲南耐药率最高,为2..7%,对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药率为15.6%,对其他抗菌药物耐药率均低于10%。碳青霉烯类耐药鲍曼不动杆菌检出率54.1%,明显高于铜绿假单胞菌的15.6%,2.2.年和2.2.年出现下降趋势。碳青霉烯类耐药铜绿假单胞菌在新生儿期患儿的检出率(3..7%)高于其他患儿;碳青霉烯类耐药鲍曼不动杆菌随患儿年龄增长检出率逐渐增高(3..9%~65.4%)。结论儿童分离铜绿假单胞菌和鲍曼不动杆菌对各种抗菌药物的耐药率呈锯齿形变化,对大多抗菌药物的耐药率有下降趋势。不同年龄段患儿中碳青霉烯类耐药菌株的检出率不同。不发酵糖革兰阴性杆菌的分布特征和不同菌属菌株的耐药特征存在差异。因此,在儿科对此类菌进行耐药监测十分必要。

目的:观察Rho激酶抑制剂法舒地尔(fasudil)在治疗阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)模型——淀粉样前体蛋白/早老素1双转基因(amyloid precursor protein/presenilin 1 double transgenic,APP/PS1 Tg)小鼠中促进神经再生并改善认知功能的作用。方法:将8月龄雄性APP/PS1 Tg小鼠作为AD模型,随机分为fasudil组(腹腔注射fasudil 2. mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))和生理盐水(normal saline,NS)组(腹腔注射等体积生理盐水),取同月龄同性别野生型(wild type,WT)小鼠为WT组,连续治疗2.月;应用Morris水迷宫(Morris water maze,MWM)实验和SmaRT 3.0行为学记录系统检测、记录并分析各组小鼠空间认知功能;免疫荧光组织化学染色法检测小鼠脑内海马齿状回和CA3.及大脑皮层p-Tau、ChA T、BrdU和nestin的蛋白表达水平和分布;Western blot法检测小鼠脑组织p-APP(Thr668)和p-Tau的蛋白水平。结果:在MWM实验中,与WT组小鼠相比,NS组10月龄APP/PS1 Tg小鼠从入水点到达平台的时间增加,在平台所在象限活动时间占总活动时间的比例及在平台所在象限游泳距离占总路径的比例减少;而fasudil治疗明显拮抗上述行为学指标,改善APP/PS1 Tg小鼠认知功能。此外,与NS组小鼠相比,fasudil明显减少小鼠p-Tau蛋白水平,增加p-APP蛋白水平,使海马区胆碱能神经元数量增多,促进神经元的轴突再生,动员脑内海马齿状回颗粒下区和脑室下区的内源性神经干细胞增殖。结论:Fasudil通过促进APP/PS1 Tg小鼠中枢神经系统p-Tau蛋白水平下调,增加可溶性APP水平,促进胆碱能神经元再生,动员内源性神经干细胞增殖,从而改善APP/PS1双转基因小鼠空间认知功能。
