Objective This study aimed to compare the current Essen rabies post-exposure immunization schedule(0-3-7-14-28)in China and the simple 4-dose schedule(0-3-7-14)newly recommended by the World Health Organization in terms of their safety,efficacy,and *** Mice were vaccinated according to different immunization schedules,and blood was collected for detection of rabies virus neutralizing antibodies(RVNAs)on days 14,21,28,35,and 120after the first ***,different groups of mice were injected with lethal doses of the CVS-11 virus on day 0,subjected to different rabies immunization schedules,and assessed for morbidity and death *** a clinical trial,185 rabies-exposed individuals were selected for post-exposure vaccination according to the Essen schedule,and blood was collected for RVNAs detection on days 28and 42 after the first *** A statistically significant difference in RVNAs between mice in the Essen and 0-3-7-14 schedule groups was observed on the 35th day(P0.05)in RVNAs levels at any time *** post-exposure immune protective test showed that the survival rate of mice in the control group was 20%,whereas that in the immunization groups was 40%.In the clinical trial,the RVNAs positive conversion rates on days 28(14 days after 4 doses)and 42(14 days after 5 doses)were both 100%,and no significant difference in RVNAs levels was observed(P>0.05).Conclusion The simple 4-dose schedule can produce sufficient RVNAs levels,with no significant effect of a delayed fourth vaccine dose(14–28 d)on the immunization potential.

Prox1 Suppresses Proliferation and Drug Resistance of Retinoblastoma Cells via Targeting Notch1

目的分析不同组织学分级乳腺癌放疗患者生理特征参数差异及5年预后的影响因素。方法回顾性选取2015年4月至2018年4月在江苏省肿瘤医院接受放疗的80例乳腺癌患者进行研究。根据Bloom Richardson标准将患者进行组织学分级,并将其分为0~Ⅰ级组(n=30)和Ⅱ~Ⅲ级组(n=50)。分析0~Ⅰ级和Ⅱ~Ⅲ级患者生理特征参数(年龄、肿瘤位置、体重指数、胸围和患侧乳腺体积)的差异;经随访记录5年后0~Ⅰ级和Ⅱ~Ⅲ级患者的局部复发、远处转移、总生存率;分析预后良好组和预后不良组患者的生理特征参数差异;并建立多因素Logistic模型,分析影响不同乳腺癌预后的独立危险因素。结果 Ⅱ~Ⅲ级组体重指数>24 kg/m^(2)、胸围≥90 cm、患侧乳腺体积≥350 cm^(3)的患者比率分别为64.00%、80.00%、76.00%,均明显高于0~Ⅰ级组(33.33%、30.00%、36.67%),差异均有统计学意义(P24 kg/m^(2)、胸围≥90 cm、患侧乳腺体积≥350 cm^(3)、组织学Ⅱ~Ⅲ级比率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P24 kg/m^(2)、胸围≥90 cm、患侧乳腺体积≥350 cm^(3)、组织学Ⅱ~Ⅲ级均是影响乳腺癌患者放疗5年预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论体重指数、胸围和患侧乳腺体积等生理特征与乳腺癌组织学分级有关,同时也是威胁乳腺癌放疗远期预后的独立危险因素。

以前期分离鉴定的生防菌株非洲哈茨木霉Tr35为研究对象,通过载体的筛选,制备木霉菌剂和木霉微生物菌肥。通过测定不同含量的木霉菌剂和木霉有机肥的株高、根长和鲜重,筛选促生效果明显的处理,并通过室内盆栽试验,评价其对玉米苗期茎腐病的防效。结果显示,玉米秸秆粉具有吸水性强、对Tr35无毒和高释放率的优点,与Tr35共同发酵制备木霉菌剂,当土与菌剂为5∶1时,促生效果明显,并对玉米苗期茎腐病防效达51.77%。菌剂土与腐熟羊粪为7∶1时的木霉有机肥促生效果最好,以该比例制备木霉微生物菌肥,对玉米苗期茎腐病防效达61.31%,该研究结果为Tr35菌剂和菌肥的应用开发提供了一定的前期基础。

Effects of baffle position in serpentine flow channel on the performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cells

This study used a three-dimensional numerical model of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell with five types of channels:a smooth channel(Case 1);eight rectangular baffles were arranged in the upstream(Case 2),midstream(Case 3),downstream(Case 4),and the entire cathode flow channel(Case 5)to study the effects of baffle position on mass transport,power density,net power,***,the effects of back pressure and humidity on the voltage were *** showed that compared to smooth channels,the oxygen and water transport facilitation at the diffusion layer-channel interface were added 11.53%-20.60%and 7.81%-9.80%at 1.68 A·cm^(-2)by adding *** closer the baffles were to upstream,the higher the total oxygen flux,but the lower the flux uniformity the worse the water *** oxygen flux of upstream baffles was 8.14%higher than that of downstream baffles,but oxygen flux uniformity decreased by 18.96%at 1.68 A·cm^(-2).The order of water removal and voltage improvement was Case 4>Case 5>Case 3>Case 2>Case *** power of Case 4 was 9.87%higher than that of the smooth *** the Case 4,when the cell worked under low back pressure or high humidity,the voltage increments were *** potential increment for the back pressure of 0 atm was 0.9%higher than that of 2 atm(1 atm=101.325 kPa).The potential increment for the humidity of 100%was 7.89%higher than that of 50%.

Nuclear phylogenomics of angiosperms and insights into their relationships and evolution

Angiosperms(flowering plants) are by far the most diverse land plant group with over 300,000 species. The sudden appearance of diverse angiosperms in the fossil record was referred to by Darwin as the “abominable mystery,”hence contributing to the heightened interest in angiosperm evolution. Angiosperms display wide ranges of morphological, physiological,and ecological characters, some of which have probably influenced their species richness. The evolutionary analyses of these characteristics help to address questions of angiosperm diversification and require well resolved phylogeny. Following the great successes of phylogenetic analyses using plastid sequences,dozens to thousands of nuclear genes from next-generation sequencing have been used in angiosperm phylogenomic analyses, providing well resolved phylogenies and new insights into the evolution of angiosperms. In this review we focus on recent nuclear phylogenomic analyses of large angiosperm clades, orders, families,and subdivisions of some families and provide a summarized Nuclear Phylogenetic Tree of Angiosperm Families. The newly established nuclear phylogenetic relationships are highlighted and compared with previous phylogenetic results. The sequenced genomes of Amborella,Nymphaea, Chloranthus, Ceratophyllum, and species of monocots, magnoliids, and basal eudicots, have facilitated the phylogenomics of relationships among five major angiosperms clades. All but one of the 64 angiosperm orders were included in nuclear phylogenomics with well resolved relationships except the placements of several orders. Most families have been included with robust and highly supported placements, especially for relationships within several large and important orders and ***, we examine the divergence time estimation and biogeographic analyses of angiosperm on the basis of the nuclear phylogenomic frameworks and discuss the differences compared with previous analyses. Throughout years,the two-step spin-coating process is the most common method to prepare organic lead halide perovskite ***,the short reaction time of dropping the solution at the second step means that PbI2 cannot be completely transformed into perovskite *** solve this problem,we report the introduction of glycine hydrochloride(GlyHCl)into the second step of the two-step spin-coating process to prepare a FA_(0.9)ma_(0.1)PbI_(3-x)%-GlyHCl perovskite material(namely FAma-x%-GlyHCl,where FA=formamidinium,ma=methylammonium,and x%stands for the molar ratio of GlyHCl added in FA iodide/ma iodide(FAI/maI)precursor solution).The Cl−ion in GlyHCl assists the formation ofα-phase perovskite,and the-COO−group coordinates with Pb2+cation in a bridging way,making up for the anion vacancy in perovskite lattice and resulting in high absorption *** perovskite solar cells(PSCs)based on FAma-9%-GlyHCl achieve a long carrier lifetime(527.0 ns),a photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)of 19.40%and good thermal stability,maintaining 85.8%of the initial PCE after being continuously heated at 60℃for 500 *** study helps to solve the problem of incomplete reaction in the two-step spin-coating process and puts forward a new solution for preparing high coverage perovskite films with large grain size.

Enhancing capacitive deionization performance and cyclic stability of nitrogen-doped activated carbon by the electro-oxidation of anode materials

Electrode materials with high desalination capacity and long-term cyclic stability are the focus of capacitive deionization(CDI) community. Understanding the causes of performance decay in traditional carbons is crucial to design a high-performance material. Based on this, here, nitrogen-doped activated carbon(NAC) was prepared by pyrolyzing the blend of activated carbon powder(ACP) and melamine for the positive electrode of asymmetric CDI. By comparing the indicators changes such as conductivity, salt adsorption capacity, pH, and charge efficiency of the symmetrical ACP-ACP device to the asymmetric ACP-NAC device under different CDI cycles, as well as the changes of the electrochemical properties of anode and cathode materials after long-term operation, the reasons for the decline of the stability of the CDI performance were revealed. It was found that the carboxyl functional groups generated by the electro-oxidation of anode carbon materials make the anode zero-charge potential(E_(pzc)) shift positively,which results in the uneven distribution of potential windows of CDI units and affects the adsorption capacity. Furthermore, by understanding the electron density on C atoms surrounding the N atoms, we attribute the increased cyclic stability to the enhanced negativity of the charge of carbon atoms adjacent to quaternary-N and pyridinic-oxide-N.
