棉花是重要经济作物和天然纺织工业原料。品种是棉花生产的限制性源头,取决于优异种质资源的鉴定、评价和有效利用。鉴于此,本研究以我国三大棉区(黄河流域棉区、长江流域棉区和西北内陆棉区) 141份陆地棉现代品种资源为材料,在不同环境条件鉴定其9个产量与纤维品质性状,并结合KASP和SSR标记对其进行遗传多样性评价。结果发现,长江流域棉区品种的衣分和衣指最高,黄河流域棉区品种的单铃重和子指最大,西北内陆棉区品种的纤维品质最优;同时发现,4个产量性状与5个纤维品质性状在供试品种间存在极显著差异,产量性状以衣指的变异系数最大(10.09%),品质性状以断裂比强度的变异系数最大(8.81%),说明存在较大选择潜力。依据9个性状进行聚类分析,可将141份品种资源分为2类,且类别间的产量与品质性状存在差异。分子标记检测发现, 30对SSR引物在141份品种资源中扩增出74个多态性条带,32个KASP标记在供试品种中分型清晰,依据标记计算品种的遗传相似系数均值为0.62,说明存在较丰富遗传变异;分子标记聚类分析将供试品种分为2类,且分类结果与表型性状分类结果有一定相似性。本研究共筛选出3份大铃(>7 g)优异种质、24份高衣分(>42%)种质、6份纤维长度和断裂比强度>30的种质以及2份综合性状优异种质,为棉花新品种培育提供了优异亲本资源,为深入利用棉花品种资源提供了依据。

Protective efficacy of an H5/H7 trivalent inactivated vaccine(H5-Re13,H5-Re14, and H7-Re4 strains) in chickens, ducks, and geese against newly detected H5N1, H5N6, H5N8, and H7N9 viruses

Some H5 viruses isolated in poultry or wild birds between 2020 and 2021 were found to be antigenically different from the vaccine strains(H5-Re11 and H5-Re12) used in China. In this study, we generated three new recombinant vaccine seed viruses by using reverse genetics and used them for vaccine production. The vaccine strain H5-Re13 contains the hemagglutinin(HA) and neuraminidase(NA) genes of an H5 N6 virus that bears the clade 2.***.4.4 h HA gene, H5-Re14 contains the HA and NA genes of an H5 N8 virus that bears the clade 2.***.4.4 b HA gene, and H7-Re4 contains the HA and NA genes of H7 N9 virus detected in 2021. We evaluated the protective efficacy of the novel H5/H7 trivalent inactivated vaccine in chickens, ducks, and geese. The inactivated vaccine was immunogenic and induced substantial antibody responses in the birds tested. Three weeks after vaccination, chickens were challenged with five different viruses detected in 2020 and 2021: three viruses(an H5 N1 virus, an H5 N6 virus, and an H5 N8 virus) bearing the clade 2.***.4.4 b HA gene, an H5 N6 virus bearing the clade 2.***.4.4 h HA gene, and an H7 N9 virus. All of the control birds shed high titers of virus and died within 4 days post-challenge, whereas the vaccinated chickens were completely protected from these viruses. Similar protective efficacy against H5 viruses bearing the clade 2.***.4.4 h or 2.***.4.4 b HA gene was observed in ducks and geese. Our study indicates that the newly updated H5/H7 vaccine can provide solid protection against the H5 and H7 N9 viruses that are currently circulating in nature.

Measurements of the total reaction cross section for^(12-16)C,^(14-17)N and^(16-18)O on carbon target at intermediate energies were performed on RIBLL of HIRFL.A larger enhancement ofσR for^(15)C was observed than that for its *** analysis of these data indicates possible existence of an anomalous nuclear structure in^(15)C.A new quantity was suggested as the criterion to distinguish anomalous structure nuclei from normal nuclei.

Objective:This study aimed to compare the efficacy of anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor T cells(CAR-T cells)versus chemotherapy plus donor lymphocyte infusion(chemo-Dli)for treating relapsed CD 19-positive B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(B-ALL)after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT).Methods:Clinical data of 43 patients with B-ALL who relapsed after allo-HSCT were retrospectively ***-two patients were treated with CAR-T cells(CAR-T group),and 21 with chemotherapy plus Dli(chemo-Dli group).The complete remission(CR)and minimal residual disease(MRD)-negative CR rates,leukemia-free survival(LFS)rate,overall survival(OS)rate,and incidence of acute graft-versus-host disease(aGVHD),cytokine release syndrome(CRS)and immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome(ICANS)were compared between the two ***:The CR and MRD-negative CR rates in the CAR-T group(77.3%and 61.5%)were significantly higher than those in the chemo-Dli group(38.1%and 23.8%)(P=0.008 and P=0.003).The 1-and 2-year LFS rates in the CAR-T group were superior to those in the chemo-Dli group:54.5%and 50.0%vs.9.5%and 4.8%(P=0.0001 and P=0.00004).The 1-and 2-year OS rates in the CAR-T versus chemo-Dli group were 59.1%and 54.5%vs.19%and 9.5%(P=0.011 and P=0.003).Six patients(28.6%)with grade 2-4 aGVHD were identified in the chemo-Dli *** patients(9.1%)in the CAR-T group developed grade 1-2 *** patients(86.4%)developed CRS in the CAR-T group,comprising grade 1-2 CRS in 13 patients(59.1%)and grade 3 CRS in 6 patients(27.3%).Two patients(9.1%)developed grade 1-2 ***:Donor-derived anti-CD19 CAR-T-cell therapy may be better,safer,and more effective than chemo-Dli for B-ALL patients who relapse after allo-HSCT.

Recent studies have shown that radiofrequency(RF) ablation therapy is a safe, feasible, and effective procedure for hepatic hemangiomas, even huge hepatic hemangiomas. RF ablation has the following advantages in the treatment of hepatic hemangiomas: minimal invasiveness, definite efficacy, high safety, fast recovery, relatively simple operation, and wide applicability. It is necessary to formulate a widely accepted consensus among the experts in China who have extensive expertise and experience in the treatment of hepatic hemangiomas using RF ablation, which is important to standardize the application of RF ablation for the management of hepatic hemangiomas, regarding the selection of patients with suitable indications to receive RF ablation treatment, the technical details of the techniques, therapeutic effect evaluations, management of complications, etc. A final consensus by a Chinese panel of experts who have the expertise of using RF ablation to treat hepatic hemangiomas was reached by means of literature review, comprehensive discussion, and draft approval.

Total reaction cross sections σR for some proton-rich isotones (N = 10) near ^(23)Al on a carbon target have been measured at intermediate energies in the experiment performed at the Radioactive Ion Beam line of the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou. The Z-dependence of σR shows a remarkable enhancement for ^(23)Al relative to its neighbours. The difference factor d has been deduced from the measured σR by using the Glauber or Boltzmann-Uehling-Uhlenbeck models. From the above analysis, a possible one-proton halo structure is suggested for ^(23)Al.
