A cost-effective, high-performance and highly stable membrane has always been in intensively needed in aqueous organic-based flow batteries. Here we present a porous polybenzimidazole(PBI) membrane with positive charges that endow the membrane with a high rejection and an excellent anti-fouling ability for target organic molecule and asymmetric structure that affords a high conductivity for vanadiummethylene blue flow battery(V-MB FB). The morphologies and thickness of separating layer in particular of the porous PBI can be well adjusted by simply altering the polymer concentration in the cast solution and further afford the membrane with a controllable property in terms of both ion selectivity and ion conductivity. As a result, a V-MB FB assembled with a porous PBI membrane delivers a coulombic efficiency(CE) of 99.45% and an energy efficiency(EE) of 86.10% at a current density of 40 ma cm^(-2), which is 12% higher than that afforded by a Nafion 212 membrane. Most importantly, the V-MB FB demonstrates a methylene blue(MB) utilization of 97.55% at a theoretical capacity of 32.16 Ah L^(-1)(based on the concentration of MB in the electrolyte) because of the high ion conductivity of the membrane, which favors reducing the cost of a battery. The results suggest that the designed porous PBI membranes exhibit a very promising prospect for methylene blue-vanadium flow battery.

Cow milk is most widely consumed; however,non-cattle milk has gained increasing interest because of added nutritive values. We compared the health effects of yak,cow,and camel milk in rats. By measuring several plasma immune factors,significantly more interferon-c was detected in the camel than the yak(P = 0.0020) or cow(P = 0.0062) milk group. Significantly more Ig M was detected in the yak milk than the control group(P = 0.0071). The control group had significantly less interleukin 6 than the yak(P = 0.0499)and cow(P = 0.0248) milk groups. The fecal microbiota of the 144 samples comprised mainly of the Firmicutes(76.70 ± 11.03%),Bacteroidetes(15.27 ± 7.79%),Proteobacteria(3.61 ± 4.34%),and Tenericutes(2.61 ± 2.53%) phyla. Multivariate analyses revealed a mild shift in the fecal microbiota along the milk treatment. We further identified the differential microbes across the four groups. At day 14,22 and 28 differential genera and species were identified(P = 0.0000–0.0462),while 8 and 11 differential genera and species(P = 0.0000–0.0013) were found at day 28. Some short-chain fatty acid and succinate producers increased,while certain health-concerned bacteria(Prevotella copri,Phascolarctobacterium faecium,and Bacteroides uniformis) decreased after 14 days of yak or camel milk treatment. We demonstrated that different animal milk could confer distinctive nutritive value to the host.

The presence of polarization noise generated by the waveguide resonator limits the performance of a resonant integrated optical gyroscope(RIOG).Using silicon nitride(Si_(3)N_(4))to fabricate a waveguide with an ultralowaspect-ratio can result in a resonator that only supports light transmission in a single-polarization state,suppressing polarization *** successfully fabricated a Si_(3)N_(4)resonator with a bending radius of 17.5 mm,a finesse(F)of 150,a quality factor(Q)of 1.54×10^(7),and a propagation loss of 1.2 d B/*** Si_(3)N_(4)resonator was used to construct a double closed-loop RIOG that showed long-term bias stability(3600 s)of 13.2°/h at room temperature,14.8°/h at 40℃,21.2°/h at 50℃,and 23.6°/h at 60℃.We believe this to be the best performance reported to date for a Si_(3)N_(4)resonator-based *** advancement paves the way for the wider application of RIOGs.

Dobinea is a dioecious genus endemic to East Asia that consists of two extant species:Dobinea delavayi and Dobinea *** the genus is morphologically distinct,its phylogenetic position remains *** this study,we investigated the phylogenetic relationships between Dobinea and related taxa by sequencing the whole plastome DNA sequences for both extant species of Dobinea and comparing them to published plastomes within *** complete plastomes of *** and *** were 160,683 and 160,154 base pairs(bp)in length,including a pair of inverted repeat regions(IRs,26,889 and 26,759 bp)divided by the large single-copy region(LSC,87,962 and 87,555 bp)and small single-copy region(SSC,18,943 and 19,081 bp),and identically encoded 113 unique genes(79 protein-coding genes,30 tRNAs,and 4 rRNA genes).Plastid phylogenomic analyses showed that Dobinea was a well-supported monophyletic unit and sister to the clade including tribes Anacardieae and Rhoideae,which suggests that Dobinea is a member of *** addition,molecular dating inferred *** and *** diverged approximately 10.76 ma,suggesting the divergence between these two species may have been driven by the intensification of the Asian summer monsoon and the establishment of distinct monsoon regimes in East Asia.

The emerging hybrid integrated quantum photonics combines the advantages of different functional components into a single chip to meet the stringent requirements for quantum information *** the tremendous progress in hybrid integrations of III-V quantum emitters with silicon-based photonic circuits and superconducting single-photon detectors,on-chip optical excitations of quantum emitters via miniaturized lasers towards single-photon sources(SPSs)with low power consumptions,small device footprints,and excellent coherence properties is highly desirable yet *** this work,we present realizations of bright semiconductor SPSs heterogeneously integrated with on-chip electrically-injected *** from previous one-by-one transfer printing technique implemented in hybrid quantum dot(QD)photonic devices,multiple deterministically coupled QD-circular Bragg Grating(CBG)SPSs were integrated with electrically-injected micropillar lasers at one time via a potentially scalable transfer printing process assisted by the wide-field photoluminescence(PL)imaging *** pumped by electrically-injected microlasers,pure single photons are generated with a high-brightness of a count rate of 3.8 M/s and an extraction efficiency of 25.44%.Such a high-brightness is due to the enhancement by the cavity mode of the CBG,which is confirmed by a Purcell factor of *** work provides a powerful tool for advancing hybrid integrated quantum photonics in general and boosts the developments for realizing highly-compact,energy-efficient and coherent SPSs in particular.

Nanostructured Mn3O4 was introduced to activated C （AC） by a novel sonochemical reaction, and the resulting nanocomposites were examined as supercapacitor electrodes. The sonication not only catalyzed the redox reaction but also promoted the diffusion of the precursors, causing the formation of coherent nanocomposites with Mn3O4 nanoparticles grown and uniformly distributed inside the mesopores of the AC. In addition, the extreme local condition in the sonochemical synthesis yielded an excessive amount of divalent manganese ions and oxygen vacancies. This novel microstructure endowed the sample with a superior performance, including a specific capacitance of 150 F/g compared with the value of 93 F/g for AC at a charge/discharge rate of 100 ma/g. A Li-ion capacitor delivered an energy density of 68 Wh/kg, compared with 41 Wh/kg for the AC capacitor at a power density of 210 W/kg.

The central and western Tibetan Plateau(CWTP)is characterized by harsh environment and strong interactions among the spheres of earth as well as significant changes in climate and water cycles over the past four *** lack of precipitation observations is a bottleneck for the study of land surface processes in this *** the past six years,we have designed and established two observation transects across the south-north and the west-east in this region to obtain hourly rainfall data during the warm season(may-September).The south-north transect extends from Yadong Valley on the southern slope of the Himalayas to Shuanghu County in the hinterland of the plateau,with a total of 31stations;the west-east transect extends from Shiquanhe in the west to Naqu in the central TP,with a total of 22 *** observation dataset has been applied to clarify the spatiotemporal characteristics of precipitation in the CWTP,to evaluate the quality of typical gridded precipitation products,to support the development of regional climate models,and to reveal the processes of summertime lake-air *** observation dataset has been released in the National Tibetan Plateau Data Center.

目的探讨三维能量多普勒超声在老年女性乳腺肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析45例老年乳腺肿瘤患者共53个病灶，根据术后病理结果分为良性组和恶性组。术前应用三维能量多普勒容积探头自动采集肿物横断面、矢状面及冠状面图像，采用虚拟器官计算机辅助分析软件重建肿物立体图像，以超声断层成像逐层、多切面观察内部及周边血流分布特征，将血流分布特征分为穿人型、中央型、环绕型、少血流型。应用三维能量多普勒直方图定量分析肿物内部的血管形成血流指数。结果良性组15个（28．3％）病灶，恶性组38个（71．7%）病灶的三维能量多普勒血流分布类型差异有统计学意义（X^2=19．52，P〈0．01）。恶性肿瘤中68．4％（26个）为穿入型血流分布，以穿入型血流诊断恶性肿瘤的敏感性68．4％，特异性86．7％，而良性肿瘤以环绕型血流分布为主（53．3％，8个）。恶性组血管形成血流指数为I．32±1．58，高于良性组0．63±0．53，差异有统计学意义（t=2．187，P〈0．05）。结论三维能量多普勒超声能够完整显示乳腺肿物立体血管分布特征、定量分析肿物血流灌注，有助于提高常规超声对乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断能力。
