超声引导热消融治疗多灶性T_(1)N_(0)m_(0)甲状腺乳头状癌5年以上随访的临床研究

目的:基于5年以上随访结果评价超声引导热消融治疗多灶性T_(1)N_(0)m_(0)甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)的有效性和安全性。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月—2019年1月行超声引导下热消融的多灶性T_(1)N_(0)m_(0)期PTC患者68例,分别于消融术后1、3、6、12、24、36、48、60个月比较复发与未复发患者的临床资料、肿瘤超声特征及消融参数,分析热消融治疗多灶性T_(1)N_(0)m_(0)期PTC的疗效及影响因素。结果:5年以上随访,共有11例(16.18%)患者复发,57例(83.82%)患者未复发,无淋巴结转移及远处转移。消融术后复发与患者临床特征、超声表现及消融参数均无显著相关(P>0.05)。复发患者中,1例选择观察,2例选择甲状腺全切术,其余8例均成功接受二次消融,均无不良反应。结论:T_(1)N_(0)m_(0)期多发PTC的消融治疗安全有效,5年以上随访复发率为16.18%,消融不影响复发患者的二次治疗。

利用2021年高邮城市边缘站点小时分辨率的Pm_(2.5)质量浓度和气象要素数据,并结合后向轨迹及浓度权重轨迹分析(concentration-weighted trajectory,CWT)方法分析了Pm_(2.5)质量浓度的时间变化、影响因素及来源特征。结果表明:观测期间站点Pm_(2.5)质量浓度为(33.20±21.99)μg/m^(3)。Pm_(2.5)质量浓度存在显著的季节变化,冬季浓度最高,可达(46.74±26.90)μg/m^(3),夏季浓度最低,仅为(22.62±12.54)μg/m^(3),污染时次主要集中在冬季和春季,合计占比为87.6%。Pm_(2.5)质量浓度具有夜间高于白天的特征。气象要素对Pm_(2.5)质量浓度的影响较大,并随季节呈现一定的波动。低湿度(m_(2.5)浓度增长,而高湿度(>75%)条件有利于Pm_(2.5)清除。风速对Pm_(2.5)浓度影响显著,有降水时Pm_(2.5)浓度较非降水时降低37.9%。高邮不同风向风速下对应Pm_(2.5)浓度差异显著,高浓度Pm_(2.5)主要来自城区对应的偏西及偏南方向。高邮地区Pm_(2.5)外来源输送区域差异明显,高邮地区Pm_(2.5)潜在源区主要分布在高邮市偏西方向的安徽及河南南部,偏南方向的江苏南部、浙江北部及上海地区,受冬季冷空气南下污染物输送影响,山东中部也存在较大贡献。

Highly Effective Delamination of Kaolinite and Emergence of a Novel Nanoclub-like Crystal

The delamination of kaolinite was performed via the combination of intercalation and sonication. The morphology including shape, size, and crystal structure before and after the treatment were investigated by using XRD, SEm, TEm and SED （selective electron diffraction）. The results not only show that the particle size is significantly reduced after short time sonication treatment, such as BET area up to 52.29 m^2/g after only 1 h sonication treatment, but also indicate that the treated particles keep good crystal structure. A new aluminum silicate nanoclub-like crystal formed after sonication treatment.

This article is a study of the writings on food, cooking, and dining by the eighteenth-century poet, essayist, and gourmet Yuan mei （1716-98） as found in his recipe book Suiyuan shidan. Starting with an overview of the organization and content of Suiyuan shidan, the article offers an analysis of Yuan mei＇s cultural attitudes reflected there and in his works in other genres. The value underlying Suiyuan shidan exemplifies Yuan＇s personal response to the Chinese intellectual environment at the end of the eighteenth century. Building a connection between the recipe book and Yuan mei＇s controversial reputation in the literati community, the article explores the changing meaning of culture in eighteenth-century China and Yuan＇s way of surviving the intense competition for voice and influence among the cultural elites of the time.

In order to study the regeneration technology of mature embryos in different rice varieties,nine japonica,nine indica and eleven hybrid rice varieties of two line or three line or superiority combinations were selected as explants to study the callus induction,differentiation and regeneration rates on different *** higher callus induction （61.7-89.2%） was observed in japonica rice,when cytokinin was added at lower concentration （0.3 mg L-1 6-BA） in m8 basal medium,supplemented with 30 g L-1 sucrose,8 g L-1 agar and 2 mg L-1 2,***,the addition of two cytokinins （2 mg L-1 6-BA,0.5 mg L-1 KT） and 1 mg L-1 NAA in the m8 basal supplemented medium resulted in 9.1-100% of the callus induction in indica *** percent callus induction in hybrid rice varieties was 40-86.3% when addition of 1 mg L-1 6-BA and 1 mg L-1 KT was added,and the cytokinins was required by the japonica and indica rice varieties in the m8 basal supplemented *** was observed that when the 0.5 mg L-1 2,4-D and 1 mg L-1 6-BA were added in japonica rice,and 0.2 mg L-1 2,4-D and 0.5 mg L-1 6-BA were added in indica and hybrid rice in the mS different media,the regeneration rates were 9.2-59.5%,3.6-87.5% and 17.2-43.2% for japonica,indica and hybrid rice,***,the regeneration technology with higher output is established in the mature embryos of similar rice varieties.

White-light （WL） flares have been observed and studied for more than a century since their first discovery. However, some fundamental physics behind the brilliant emission remains highly controversial. One of the important facts in addressing the flare energetics is the spatio-temporal correlation between the WL emission and the hard X-ray （HXR） radiation, presumably suggesting that energetic electrons are the energy sources. In this study, we present a statistical analysis of 25 strong flares （〉m5） observed simultaneously by the Helioseismic and magnetic Imager （HmI）, on board the Solar Dynamics Observatory （SDO）, and the Reuven Ramaty High Energy Solar Spectroscopic lmager （RHESS1）. Among these events, WL emission was detected by SDO/HmI in 13 flares, associated with HXR emission. To quantitatively describe the strength of WL emission, equivalent area （EA） is defined as the integrated contrast enhancement over the entire flaring area. Our results show that the EA is inversely proportional to the HXR power-law index, indicating that stronger WL emission tends to be associated with a larger population of high energy electrons. However, no obvious correlation is found between WL emission and flux of non-thermal electrons at 50 keV. For the other group of 13 flares without detectable WL emission, the HXR spectra are softer （larger power-law index） than those flares with WL emission, especially for the X-class flares in this group.

To investigate nitrous acid(HONO)levels and potential HONO sources above crop rotation *** HONO fluxes were measured by the aerodynamic gradient(AG)method from 14 December 2019 to 2 January 2020 over an agricultural field in the Huaihe River *** ambient HONO levels were measured at two different heights(0.15 and 1.5 m),showing a typical diurnal cycle with low daytime levels and high nighttime *** upward HONO fluxes were mostly observed during the day,whereas deposition dominated at *** diurnal variation of HONO flux followed solar radiation,with a noontime maximum of 0.2 nmol/(m^(2)·sec).The average upward HONO flux of 0.06±0.17 nmol/(m^(2)·sec)indicated that the agricultural field was a net source for atmospheric *** higher HONO/NO_(2)ratio and NO_(2)-to-HONO conversion rate close to the surface suggested that nocturnal HONO was formed and released near the *** unknown HONO source was derived from the daytime HONO budget analysis,with an average strength of 0.31 ppbV/hr at *** surface HONO flux,which was highly correlated with the photolysis frequency J(NO_(2))(R^(2)=0.925)and the product of J(NO_(2))×NO_(2)(R^(2)=0.840),accounted for∼23%of unknown daytime HONO *** significant correlation between HONO fluxes and J(NO_(2))suggests a light-driven HONO formation mechanism responsible for the surface HONO flux during daytime.

为解决窄孔内壁堆焊的可达性差和提高304L不锈钢的耐磨性能,采用激光金属沉积的方式在深30 mm、直径14 mm的304L窄孔内壁制备了一层约2.5 mm厚、致密度为99.9981%、无裂纹、未熔合等缺陷的stellite6耐磨层。通过微纳CT、XRD、金相、硬度测试和摩擦磨损试验等方法,系统研究了耐磨层的组织、相组成、硬度分布和耐磨性能。结果表明,Stellite6耐磨层致密无缺陷,其显微组织从底部到顶部依次为平面晶、胞状晶、树枝晶和等轴晶。相组成主要为γ-Co、m_(23)C_(6)、CoCx及(Cr,Fe)_(7)C_(3)等。熔合线附近各种元素均匀分布,未出现明显聚集。耐磨层的显微硬度平均值是基体304L的2.38倍,且窄孔不同高度位置的显微硬度值相对稳定。耐磨层的磨损率较304L基体降低了29.3%,显示出优异的耐磨性能。该研究为大深宽比内孔壁激光金属沉积耐磨层在核电、能源动力等行业的应用提供了依据。
