FogQSYm: An Industry 4.0 Analytical model for Fog Applications

Industry 4.0 refers to the fourth evolution of technology development,which strives to connect people to various industries in terms of achieving their expected outcomes ***,resource management in an Industry 4.0 network is very complex and *** manage and provide suitable resources to each service,we propose a FogQSYm(Fog—Queuing system)model;it is an analytical model for Fog Applications that helps divide the application into several layers,then enables the sharing of the resources in an effective way according to the availability of memory,bandwidth,and network *** follows themarkovian queuing model that helps identify the service rates of the devices,the availability of the system,and the number of jobs in the Industry 4.0 systems,which helps applications process data with a reasonable response *** experiment is conducted using a Cloud Analyst simulator with multiple segments of datacenters in a fog application,which shows that the model helps efficiently provide the arrival resources to the appropriate services with a low response *** implementing the proposed model with different sizes of fog services in Industry 4.0 applications,FogQSYm provides a lower response time than the existing optimized response time *** should also be noted that the average response time increases when the arrival rate increases.

The research work presents,constrained network coding technique to ensure the successful data transmission based composite channel cmos technology using dielectric *** charge fragmentation and charge splitting are two components of the filtered switch domino(FSD)*** behavior of selected switching is achieved using generator called conditional pulse generator which is employed in multi Dynamic Node Domino(mDND)*** FSD and mDND technique need wide area compared to existing single nodekeeper domino *** aim of this research is to minimize dissipation of power and to achieve less consumption of *** proposed research,works by introducing the method namely Interference and throughput aware Optimized multicast Routing Protocol(IT-OmRP).The main goal of this proposed research method is to introduce the system which can forward the data packets towards the destination securely and *** achieve the bandwidth and throughput in optimized data transmission,proposed multicast tree is selected by Particle Swarm Optimization which will select the most optimal host node as the branches of multi cast *** node selection is done by considering the objectives residual energy,residual bandwidth and *** node selection multi cast routing is done with the concern of interference to ensure the reliable and successful data *** case of transmission range size is higher than the coverage sense range,successful routing is ensured by selecting secondary host forwarders as a backup which will act as intermediate relay *** NS2 simulator is used to evaluate research outcome from which it is proved that the proposed technique tends to have increased packet delivery ratio than the existing work.

采用大气等离子喷涂技术在低碳钢表面制备Al_2O_3、ZrO_2、ZrO_2/Al_2O_3和Al_2O_3/ZrO_2涂层。利用扫描电镜(SEm)和X射线衍射(XRD)技术对涂层的显微组织和相组成进行分析,采用极化、盐雾和浸泡等实验手段对涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为进行研究。结果表明,双层Al_2O_3/ZrO_2涂层比另外三种涂层具有更好的抗腐蚀性能,这主要归因于该涂层中非常少的内联孔洞和稳定的相组成。

Direct methanol fuel cell(DmFC)research is highly focused due to its high energy density,portability and *** the present study conventional platinum catalyst used for methanol oxidation is being replaced with nickel catalyst supported over nickel *** electrode is synthesized by single step electro deposition *** electrode was characterized by SEm,EDAX and AFm techniques to know the surface morphology,composition and thickness of the catalyst *** electro catalytic behavior of the nickel for methanol oxidation was evaluated using cyclic voltammetry *** the DmFC is compatible with both the acidic and alkaline electrolytes the working of the nickel mesh electrode is analyzed in both *** results showed maximum current density of 0.025 and 0.030 A/cm2 in alkaline and acidic medium respectively with less potential around 0.4 and 0.2 *** other parameters such as varying the concentration of methanol,electrolyte medium,scan rate and thickness of the catalytic layer were analyzed and optimized.

A simple, rapid and selective liquid chromatography-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization-mass spectrometry （LC-APCI-mS） assay method has been developed and fully validated for the simultaneous quantification of cefadroxil （CF） and clavulanic acid （CA） in human plasma. Analytes and internal standard （IS） were extracted from human plasma by solid- phase extraction （SPE） technique using Sam prep （3 mL, 100 mg） extraction cartridge. The extracted samples were chromatographed on a reverse phase Cls column using a mixture of methanol： acetonitrile： 2 mm ammonium acetate （pH 3.5）（25：25：50, v/v/v） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. Quantification of the analytes and IS were carried out using single quadrupole LC-APCI-mS through selected-ion monitoring （SIm） at m/z 362 and m/z 198, for CF and CA, respectively. method validation was performed as per the FDA guidelines and the results met the acceptance criteria. Plasma concentration of CF and CA followed by the oral administration of CF/CA （500/125 mg） pill to healthy male volunteers （n= 12） was measured. Area under plasma concentration-time curve from 0 to 12 h （AUC0-12 h） and 0 h extrapolated to infinity （AUC0-∞） were calculated. The ratio of AUC0-12 h/AUC0-∞ was found to be 〉 85% for all the subjects, as recommended by the FDA guidelines.

Chennai is one of the most water-stressed cities in south India due to rapid industrialization and urbanization. The well fields located in north and south of the Chennai city meet part of the city’s water requirement. The south Chennai aquifer is surrounded by saline surface water on all sides. Since 1990, the influence of seawater in to this freshwater aquifer has been reported as an issue for consideration and mitigation measures. Therefore, in the present study an attempt is made to comprehend the status of aquifer with present level of pumping/recharge and to predict the behavior with different hydrologic stresses. Numerical modeling was carried out by finite element approach using FEFLOW software. The model has been developed with three subsurface layers and simulation was processed from January 1998 to December 2020. The groundwater usage had varied from 11.3 mLD to 17.2 mLD during the period of study. If the recharge and discharge continue in a similar pattern, the maximum level of freshwater decline will be 0.32 m at the end of 2020. Hence, prediction of behavior of this aquifer for increased discharge and decreased recharge scenario has been carried out. It is found that with an increase of discharge, there is a sharp change in interface of seawater and freshwater. This model can be used as a tool to understand the aquifer regionally and to plan proper groundwater management measures.

Acute Toxicity of Three Dimensional Conformal Concurrent Chemoradiation with Dose Optimization for External Beam Radiation in Carcinoma Cervix—A Prospective Study

Aim: To prospectively evaluate the acute toxicity of 3D conformal radiotherapy with dose optimization in patients with carcinoma cervix. materials and methods: Carcinoma cervix patients stage IIB to IIIB (n = 30) treated during November 2011 to may 2013 at the institution with 3D conformal chemo-radiation were included in the study. They received weekly Cisplatin 40 mg/m2 for a maximum of 5 cycles. They received 46 Gy/23 fractions, 5 fractions per week of external beam radiation. In these patients dose optimization was done in order to achieve a tumor maximum dose (Dmax) around 105%. Various techniques were used for dose optimization which included the use of sub fields, adjusting the weightages, using wedges and the use of mixed energies. EBRT (External Beam Radiotherapy) was followed by two fractions of high dose rate intracavitary brachytherapy of 9 Gy each. Acute RTOG toxicity was assessed weekly during EBRT and 1 week post EBRT. Results: The median age of the patients was 45 (range: 30 - 55 years). All the patients completed EBRT;63.3% of the patients received all 5 cycles of chemotherapy while 26.6% of the patients received 4 cycles of chemotherapy and 10% of the patients received 3 cycles of chemotherapy. The most predominant toxicity seen was GI toxicity, diarrhea being the most common GI toxicity followed by vomiting. Neutropenia was the most common hematological toxicity. most patients had grade 0 and grade 1 toxicity. None of the patients had grade 4 toxicity while few had grade 2 and 3 toxicity. Conclusion: 3D conformal concurrent chemo radiotherapy with Dmaxaround 105% reduces acute RTOG toxicity particularly grade 3 and 4 and improves patient compliance for concurrent chemo-radiotherapy.
