Chrysopogon serrulatus(false beard-grass)is a dominant component of vegetation in the foothills of the *** study whole plant morphology,individuals of *** were collected from three plots at each of six locations spanning from 400 to 1,400 *** population colonizing the highest elevation modifications in different plant *** showed increased metaxylem number and *** the stem,especially outside of the vascular tissue,there was intensive sclerification indicative of increased xeromorphy as a survival *** the highest elevation,leaves were wider;aerenchyma formation and increased sclerification were noted in the leaf sheath;and a greater proportion of storage parenchyma was observed in the leaf blade,all indicators of *** contrast,leaves at lower elevations had xeric morphological features such as increased epidermal thickness,sclerification and more developed metaxylem *** conclusion,shifting of morphological features in below-and above-ground plant parts of *** were linked to shifts in environmental factors along this elevation gradient,thus enabling the successful distribution of this species along this elevation gradient.

Objective:To evaluate in vitro immunomodulating properties and potential cytotoxicity of six tropical medicinal herbs and food plants namely Antidesma madagascariense(Euphorbiaceae) (Am),Erylhroxylum macrocarpum(Erythroxylaceae)(Em),Faujasiopsis flexuosa(Asteraceae) (FF),Pittosporum senacia(Pittosporaceae)(PS),momordica charantia(Cucurbitaceae)(mC) and Orimum tenuiflorum(Lamiaceae)(Of).methods:Initially,the crude water and methanol extracts were probed for their capacity to trigger immune cells’ NADPH oxidase and mPO-dependent activities as measured by lucigenin- and luminol-amplified chemiluminescence,respectively; as compared to receptor-dependent(serum opsonised zymosan- OPZ) or receptor-independent phorbol myristerate acetate(PmA).Results:Preliminary screening on whole human blood oxidative buret activity showed significant and concentration-dependent immunomodulating properties of three plants Am,FF and *** investigations of the fractions on isolated human polymorphonuclear cells(PmNs) and mice monocytes using two different pathways for activation of phagocytic oxidative burst showed that ethyl acetate fraction was the most potent extract. None of the active samples had cell-death effects on human PmNs,under the assay conditions as determined by the trypan-blue exclusion *** PmA and OPZ NADPH oxidase complex is activated via different transduction pathways,these results suggest that Am,FF and OT does not affect a specific transductional pathway,but rather directly inhibit a final common biochemical target such as the NADPH oxidase enzyme and/or scavenges ***:Our findings suggest that some of these plants extracts/fractions were able to modulate significantly immune response of phagocytes and monocytes at different steps,emphasizing their potential as a source of new natural alternative immunomodulatory agents.

纤维素纳米纤维（CNFs）是建筑行业新引入的植生物基材料,符合低碳发展理念。人工智能（AI）技术的使用,特别是机器学习（mL）模型,有助于建筑行业节能减排。获得CNFs抗压强度的方法是通过物理实验,获得结果既昂贵又耗时,因此工作效率会很低。这就是为什么技术进步允许通过其他方法以较低的成本解决工程问题,例如经验回归、数值模拟和使用机器学习方法。这些方法允许预测CNFs的抗压强度与不同组分（水泥,水,CNFs,减水剂,细骨料,粗骨料和年龄）的设计混合物的比例。本研究旨在利用监督回归机器学习技术进行分析,确定纤维素纳米纤维增强水泥基复合材料、混凝土、水泥浆和水泥砂浆的抗压强度。为了完成这项任务,准备了一个包含695个数据点的基于实验的水泥复合材料数据集,并将其分为两类（训练数据集=70%,测试数据集=30%）,用于mL模型的演变。该水泥基复合材料数据集分别分为混凝土、水泥浆和水泥砂浆数据集的196、266和233个观测值。分别分析了水泥基复合材料、混凝土、水泥浆和水泥砂浆4个数据集。有7个自变量:水泥（kg/m）、水（kg/m）、CNFs（kg/m）、减水剂（kg/m）、细骨料（kg/m）、粗骨料（kg/m）和龄期（天）变量作为输入,1个因变量:CNFs钢筋混凝土的抗压强度fc（mPa）作为水泥基复合材料数据集的输出。同样,混凝土数据集有7个自变量,水泥浆数据集有5个自变量,水泥砂浆数据集有6个自变量作为输入变量,1个因变量作为输出变量。首先,在Jupyter Notebook软件中通过相关系数分析、描述性分析、异常值分析、多元分析和密度曲线等方法进行数据集分析,研究水泥基复合材料、混凝土、水泥浆和水泥砂浆设计数据集的性能和强度。设计数据集分析结果表明:变量之间的相关性较低,异常值数量非常少,偏度极小,这确保了数据集对模型开发的满意度和可接受性。其次,开发并实现了机器学习模型的参数:随机森林（RF）、线性回归（LR）、支持向量回归器（SVR）、梯度提升回归器（GBR）、Ada提升回归器（ABR）、K-邻居回归器（KNN）、袋装回归器（BR）、XG提升回归器（XGBR）、决策树（DT）和修剪决策树（PDT）。针对水泥基复合材料、混凝土、水泥浆和水泥砂浆数据集分析了每个模型,以比较所开发模型的性能。使用以下指标来衡量模型的能力和性能:R、mAPE、mAE、mSE和RmSE。指标结果指出,70%的模型（RF、BR、XGBR、DT、GBR、ABR和KNN）预测CNFs水泥基复合材料的抗压强度具有坚实的能力（R>0.72、mAPE≤0.1和mAE≤5）,确认R值大于0.60且指标值非常小。同样,混凝土的8种型号（RF、BR、XGBR、DT、GBR、ABR、KNN、SVR）、7种水泥浆模型（RF、BR、XGBR、DT、GBR、ABR和KNN）,水泥砂浆的6种型号（RF、BR、XGBR、GBR、ABR和KNN）具有较强的抗压强度预测能力。水泥基复合材料数据集结果表明RF、BR和DT模型表现出最高的性能精度。混凝土数据集的结果表明XGBR、GBR和RF模型表现出最高的性能精度。水泥浆数据集结果表明XGBR、DT和GBR模型的性能精度最高。水泥砂浆数据集结果表明KNN、BR和RF模型的性能精度最高。根据RF、DT、XGBR、GBR和ABR模型的敏感性分析,水和水泥是CNFs增强水泥基复合材料预测影响最大的因素,而粗骨料的影响变量最小。在具体数据集中,粗骨料和CNFs自变量对输出变量的参与度显著。此外,水泥浆数据集中的水泥和水、水泥砂浆数据集中的水和龄期比其他自变量做出了显着的贡献。最后,可以得出结论,RF、BR和DT模型适用于水泥基复合材料,XGBR、GBR和RF模型适用于混凝土,XGBR、DT和GBR模型适用于水泥浆,以及KNN、BR和RF模型适用于水泥砂浆。因此,RF是这项研究的最佳预测模型。

目的探讨肺结核患者肺病灶组织中髓系细胞触发受体2(TREm2)的表达水平,以及与巨噬细胞极化相关标志物的相关性。方法通过苏木素-伊红(H&E)染色评估病理炎症表现,采用免疫组织化学方法检测肺组织中CD68+巨噬细胞和m1/m2巨噬细胞特异性分子及TREm2的表达定位情况,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)检测外周血中m1/m2巨噬细胞相关细胞因子IL-10和IL-12的表达水平,并进一步分析TREm2与m1/m2巨噬细胞特征细胞因子的相关性。结果肺结核患者病灶组织中有明显的朗汉斯巨细胞和结核性肉芽肿。TREm2和巨噬细胞极化相关标志物在肉芽肿周围的表达均显著增加,且TREm2和m2巨噬细胞标志物CD163的表达定位一致。肺结核患者外周血中TREm2、IL-10和IL-12的mRNA表达水平以及IL-10、IL-12的表达量显著高于对照组。相关性分析表明TREm2与m2巨噬细胞相关细胞因子IL-10呈显著正相关。结论TREm2与m2巨噬细胞特异性细胞因子呈正相关,提示TREm2可能介导巨噬细胞向m2极化在肺结核的发生发展过程中发挥关键作用。

The effect of forests clear felling and associated burning on the population of soil nitrogen transforming bacteria and actinomycetes are reported at three pair sites of Chittagong University campus, Bangla- desh in monsoon tropical climate. Clear felled area or burnt site and 15-21 year mixed plantation of native and exotic species, situated side by side on low hill having Typic Dystrochrepts soil was represented at each pair site. At all the three pair sites, clear felled area or burnt site showed very significantly （p~_0.001） lower population of actinomycetes, Rhizobium, Nitrosomonas, Nitrobacter and ammonifying as well as deni- trifying bacteria compared to their adjacent mixed plantation. From en- vironmental consideration, this finding has implication in managing natural ecosystem.

The capacity of a massive mImO cellular network depends on user and antenna selection algorithms,and also on the acquisition of perfect Channel State Information(CSD).Low computational cost algorithms for user and an-tenna selection significantly may enhance the system capacity,as it would consume a smaller bandwidth out of the total bandwidth for downlink *** objective of this paper is to maximize the system sum-rate capacity with efficient user and antenna selection algorithms and linear *** consider in this paper,a slowly fading Rayleigh channel with perfect acquisition of CSI to explore the system sum-rate capacity of *** mImO *** user selection,we apply three algorithms,namely Semi orthogonal user selection(SUS),Descending Order of SNR-based User Scheduling(DOSUS),and Random User Selection(RUS)*** all the user selection algorithms,the selection of Base Station(BS)antenna is based on the maximum Signal-to-Noise Ratio(SNR)to the selected *** users are characterized by having both Small Scale Fading(SSF)due to slowly fading Rayleigh channel and *** Fading(ISF)due to distances from the base ***,we use linear precoding techniques,such as Zero Forcing(ZF),minimum mean Square Error(mmSE),.and maximum Ratio Transmission(mRT)to reduce interferences,thereby improving average system sum-rate *** using SUS,DOSUS,and RUS user selection algorithms with ZF,mmSE,and mRT precoding techniques are *** also analyzed and compared the computational complexity of all the three user selection *** computational complexities of the three algorithms that we achieved in this paper are 0(1)for RUS and DOSUS,and 0(m^2N)for suS which are less than the other conventional user selection methods.

目的:乳腺癌发展不但涉及癌细胞的基因改变,还与肿瘤微环境相关。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAms)是乳腺肿瘤微环境中最丰富且活跃的免疫细胞。本研究旨在探索m2样巨噬细胞(m2-TAms)相关基因作为评估乳腺癌个体风险生物标志物的潜力。方法:利用癌症基因组图谱数据库(TCGA)和基因表达综合数据库(GEO),筛选m2-TAms相关基因后采用比例风险回归(Cox)及最小绝对收缩和选择算子(LASSO)回归分析,建立m2-TAms相关基因模型,将患者分为高、低危组进行生存、临床特征、免疫学等分析。结果:m2-TAms相关基因模型中低危组患者的预后明显优于高危组,并且模型中的风险评分可作为乳腺癌患者预后的独立预测因子,另结合临床特征和风险评分可更准确地评估患者预后。大部分免疫细胞在低危组中呈高度浸润,两组患者在免疫功能上存在显著差异,且有许多差异表达的免疫检查点相关基因。结论:m2-TAms相关基因模型表现出突出的预测性能,并为评估免疫治疗的成功提供了新的观点,有助于为精确治疗和综合治疗提供新的见解。
