Polymeric materials have penetrated all aspects of society and play an irreplaceable ***,there is an inherent contradiction between their mechanical properties and processing ***,inspired by cement,a crucial construction material renowned for its excellent fabricating behavior and self-strengthening properties,we have developed dynamic crosslinked poly(oxime-urethane)(CPOU).The synthesized CPOU showed good self-healing ability and 3D printability owing to the dynamic dissociation and re-association of oxime-carbamate *** objects printed through the fused deposition modeling technique were able to be readily assembled into complex architectures through intrinsic ***,the self-strengthening of CPOU was successfully realized through multiple-step tandem *** dissociation of dynamic oxime-carbamate bonds produced–NCO groups,which reacted with the surrounding water to form polar urea bonds in the polymer network,leading to an increase in the tensile strength of CPOU from 11.95 to 19.37 *** work not only develops the polymers with combined self-healing,facile fabricating,and self-strengthening properties but also provides a new molecular strategy to modulate the properties of polymers,which could be potentially applied in diverse areas.

A semantic vector map-based approach for aircraft positioning in GNSS/GPS denied large-scale environment

Accurate positioning is one of the essential requirements for numerous applications of remote sensing data,especially in the event of a noisy or unreliable satellite *** this end,we present a novel framework for aircraft geo-localization in a large range that only requires a downward-facing monocular camera,an altimeter,a compass,and an open-source Vector map(VmAP).The algorithm combines the matching and particle filter *** vector and correlation between two building contour vectors are defined,and a coarse-to-fine building vector matching(CFBVm)method is proposed in the matching stage,for which the original matching results are described by the Gaussian mixture model(Gmm).Subsequently,an improved resampling strategy is designed to reduce computing expenses with a huge number of initial particles,and a credibility indicator is designed to avoid location mistakes in the particle filter *** experimental evaluation of the approach based on flight data is *** a flight at a height of 0.2 km over a flight distance of 2 km,the aircraft is geo-localized in a reference map of 11,025 km~2using 0.09 km~2aerial images without any prior *** absolute localization error is less than 10 m.

Optimizing 2D-metal contact in layered Tin-selenide via native oxide modulation

The discovery of two-dimensional(2D)semiconductor has opened up new avenues for the development of short-channel field-effect transistors(FETs)with desired electrical *** them,orthorhombic tin-selenide(SnSe)has garnered increasing attention due to its potential applications in a variety of electronic,optoelectronic,and thermoelectric ***,the realization of high-performance SnSe FETs with low contact resistance(Rc)remains a ***,we systematically investigate the contact of few-layer SnSe FETs through the modulation of native oxide on SnSe by using different *** is found that chromium(Cr)-contacted devices possess the best FET performance,such as electron mobility up to 606 cm^(2)/(V·s)at 78 K,current on/off ratio exceeding 1010,and saturation current of~550μA/μm,where a negligible Schottky barrier(SB)of~30 meV and a low contact resistance of~425Ωμm are achieved.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and cross-sectional electron dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX)results further reveal that the improved contact arises from the Cr-induced reduction of native oxide(SnOx)to Sn,which thins the tunneling barrier for efficient electron *** findings provide a deep insight into the 2D-metal contact of SnSe and pave the way for its applications in future nanoelectronics.

Natural minerals,abundant and easily obtained through simple physical processing,offer a cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution for dyeing wastewater disposal and air pollution *** study investigates the photocatalytic removal of NO using natural different types of dyes,loaded on natural sand,under visible light *** examining various coating concentrations of dyes and sand weights,we discovered that sand loaded with Rhodamine B(RhB)exhibits high activity for the photo-oxidation of NO.A combination results of X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermogravimetric(TG)analyses confirm the presence of SiO_(2),CaCO_(3),Al_(2)O_(3)and iron oxides as the main components of the ***,studying RhB-loaded individual components reveals that CaCO_(3)plays a crucial role in enhancing the NO removal *** results and theoretical calculations demonstrate the establishment of a directional charge transfer channel from CaCO_(3)to RhB,facilitating the adsorption and activation of molecular NO and O_(2).This work not only promotes the utilization of natural mineral resources but also enriches the fields of environmental photochemistry and semiconductor photocatalysis.

Hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff optimization of multiple horizontal wells with complex fracture networks in the m unconventional reservoir

The oil production of the multi-fractured horizontal wells(mFHWs) declines quickly in unconventional oil reservoirs due to the fast depletion of natural energy. Gas injection has been acknowledged as an effective method to improve oil recovery factor from unconventional oil reservoirs. Hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff becomes preferable when the CO_(2) source is limited. However, the impact of complex fracture networks and well interference on the EOR performance of multiple mFHWs is still unclear. The optimal gas huff-n-puff parameters are significant for enhancing oil recovery. This work aims to optimize the hydrocarbon gas injection and production parameters for multiple mFHWs with complex fracture networks in unconventional oil reservoirs. Firstly, the numerical model based on unstructured grids is developed to characterize the complex fracture networks and capture the dynamic fracture ***, the PVT phase behavior simulation was carried out to provide the fluid model for numerical simulation. Thirdly, the optimal parameters for hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff were obtained. Finally, the dominant factors of hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff under complex fracture networks are obtained by fuzzy mathematical method. Results reveal that the current pressure of hydrocarbon gas injection can achieve miscible displacement. The optimal injection and production parameters are obtained by single-factor analysis to analyze the effect of individual parameter. Gas injection time is the dominant factor of hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff in unconventional oil reservoirs with complex fracture networks. This work can offer engineers guidance for hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff of multiple mFHWs considering the complex fracture networks.

This study aims to reveal the occurrence and origin of typical groundwater with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations in the loess area of the Guanzhong Basin—a Neogene faulted *** findings are as follows:(1)Groundwater samples with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations collected from the loess area and the terraces of the Weihe River accounted for 26%and 30%,respectively,of the total samples,with primary hydrochemical type identified as HCO_(3)-*** karst and sand areas exhibit relatively high groundwater quality,serving as preferred sources for water *** is recommended that local governments fully harness groundwater in these areas;(2)groundwater with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations in the loess area and the alluvial plain of rivers in Dali County is primarily distributed within the Guanzhong Basin,which represents the drainage zone of groundwater;(3)arsenic and fluoride in groundwater originate principally from natural and anthropogenic sources;(4)the human health risk assessments reveal that long-term intake of groundwater with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations pose cancer or non-cancer risks,which are more serious to kids compared to *** study provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of groundwater with high arsenic and fluoride concentrations in loess areas.

Achieving a straightforward design of tough,printable,and adaptable polymeric eutectogels is still challenging in related fields due to the uncontrollable polymerization and solvent-exchanging processes,and inherent contrasting multiple ***,we report a one-step synergistic strategy based on ruthenium chemistry-catalyzed photopolymerization and solvent effect for preparing high-performance *** orthogonal ruthenium photochemistry helps multinetworks formation via phenol-coupling of gelatin and copolymerization of acrylamide(AAm)and[2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium tetrafluoroborate(mETA)monomers in *** obvious difference in the supramolecular interactions of free AAm monomers and polymerized units in P(AAm-co-mETA)with deep eutectic solvents(DESs)significantly promotes the microphase-separation behavior in ***,the in situ polymerization and microphase-separation behavior enable the as-prepared eutectogel materials to have excellent mechanical properties(stress of∼1.2 mPa),toughness(∼4.0 mJ m^(−3)),elasticity,adaptivity,and conductivity(∼0.5 S m^(−1)at room temperature).Also,the critical strength of the resultant eutectogels can be modulated by varying the DES *** rapid and well-controlled synergistic approach is compatible with extrusion printing techniques to make flexible sensors with high sensitivities and response times to detect pressure in a range of 0–500 *** a general and simple strategy has application potential in biological,engineering,and material sciences.

Quenching and flow of charm and bottom quarks via semi-leptonic decay of D and B mesons in Pb+Pb collisions at the LHC

Heavy flavor particles provide important probes of the microscopic structure and thermodynamic properties of the quark-gluon plasma(QGP)produced in high-energy nucleus-nucleus *** studied the energy loss and flow of charm and bottom quarks inside the QGP via the nuclear modification factor(R_(AA))and elliptic flow coefficient(v_(2))of their decayed leptons in heavy-ion collisions at the *** dynamical evolution of the QGP was performed using the CLVisc(3+1)-dimensional viscous hydrodynamics model;the evolution of heavy quarks inside the QGP was simulated with our improved Langevin model that considers both collisional and radiative energy loss of heavy quarks;the hadronization of heavy quarks was simulated via our hybrid coalescence-fragmentation model;and the semi-leptonic decay of D and B mesons was simulated via *** the same spatial diffusion coefficient for charm and bottom quarks,we obtained smaller R_(AA) and larger v_(2) of charm decayed leptons than bottom decayed leptons,indicating stronger energy loss of charm quarks than bottom quarks inside the QGP within our current model setup.

Identification and characterization of genes related to m^(6)A modification in kiwifruit using RNA-seq and ATAC-seq
