采用超声喷雾热解法已在各种基片上长出了ZnO膜。通过X射线、光学及电气测量结果表明了所制备的ZnO膜的特征。发现它们为单一物相、均质且厚度均匀。这些膜的质量与用更复杂的方法制备的膜的质量相当。ZnO膜适合于许多半导体应用。

为了提升元宇宙虚拟手交互的逼真性,研发了一种多模态触觉感知与交互的数据手套系统,该系统具有硬件集成度高、响应速度快、数据采集精确和轻便易穿戴的特点。人手穿戴此数据手套后,系统能够采集人手操作时的温度、指尖按压力和手指弯曲程度等数据,并把这些数据实时赋予给虚拟环境中的虚拟手,让虚拟手具有类似人手的动作行为和感知。提出了一种多通道循环采集数据方法,该方法可以高效且准确地捕捉温度、指尖按压力和手指弯曲程度等异构多模态数据,减轻了数据手套的硬件电路复杂性。实验结果表明,此数据手套在获取实时手指动作信息方面精度较高,提升了虚拟手动作的灵活性、直观性和自然性。

The dielectric function of some phthalocyanine compounds （ZnPc, H2Pc, CuPc, and FePc） were investigated by analyzing the measured capacitance and loss tangent data. The real part of the dielectric constant, ca, varies strongly with frequency and temperature. The frequency dependence was expressed as： ε1 = Aε^n, where the index, n, assumes negative values （n 〈 0）. In addition, the imaginary part of the dielectric constant, ε2, is also frequency and temperature dependent. Data analysis confirmed that ε2 = Bo）m with values of m less than zero. At low frequencies and all temperatures, a strong dependence is observed, while at higher frequencies, a moderate dependence is obvious especially for the Au-electrode sample. Qualitatively, the type of electrode material had little effect on the behavior of the dielectric constant but did affect its value. Analysis of the AC conductivity dependence on frequency at different temperatures indicated that the correlated barrier hopping （CBH） model is the most suitable mechanism for the AC conduction behavior. maximum barrier height, W, has been estimated for ZnPc with different electrode materials （Au and AI）, and had values between 0.10 and 0.9 eV. For both electrode types, the maximum barrier height has strong frequency dependence at high frequency and low temperatures. The relaxation time, r, for ZnPc and FePc films increases with decreasing frequency. The activation energy was derived from the slopes of r versus 1/T curves. At low temperatures, an activation energy value of about 0.01 eV and 0.04 eV was estimated for ZnPc and FePc, respectively. The low values of activation energy suggest that the hopping of charge carriers between localized states is the dominant mechanism.

A proper constitutive model was developed to predict the hot tensile flow behavior of ImI834 titanium alloy in α+β region. Hot tensile tests were performed at 800–1025 °C and 0.001–0.1 s−1. The constitutive model was developed through an Arrhenius-type equation at strains of 0.08–0.22 to characterize the hot tension behavior. It was found that the activation energies for hot tensile deformation of ImI834 titanium alloy are in the range of 519–557 kJ/mol at different strain values. The accuracy of predicted flow stress curves was evaluated using standard statistical parameters. These curves are appropriately found to be in good agreement with the experimental ones.

In the present investigations,the fusion crosssections for the formation of 200Pb compound nucleus(CN)using 16O+184 W,30Si+170Er,and 40Ar+160Gd nuclear reactions at energies above the Coulomb barrier were calculated to understand the effect of entrance channel mass asymmetry(α)on the fusion reactions;the Skyrme energy density formalism(SEDF)was used for this *** SEDF uses the Hartree-Fock-Bogolyubov(HFB)computational program with Skyrme forces such as Skm*,SLy4,and SLy5 to obtain the nucleus-nucleus potential parameters for the above *** the SEDF model with Skm*,SLy4,and SLy5 interaction forces,the theoretical fusion cross-sections were determined above the barrier energy and compared with the available experimental fusion *** results show a close agreement between the theoretical and experimental values for all selected systems at energies well above the ***,near the barrier energies,the theoretical values were observed to be higher than the experimental values.

This study assessed the performance and diversity of microbial communities in multi-stage sub-surface flow constructed wetland systems（CWs）. Our aim was to assess the impact of configuration on treatment performance and microbial diversity in the systems. Results indicate that at loading rates up to 100 g BOD5/（m2·day）, similar treatment performances can be achieved using either a 3 or 4 stage configuration. In the case of phosphorus（P）, the impact of configuration was less obvious and a minimum of 80% P removal can be expected for loadings up to 10 g P/（m2·day） based on the performance results obtained within the first16 months of operation. microbial analysis showed an increased bacterial diversity in stage four compared to the first stage. These results indicate that the design and configuration of multi-stage constructed wetland systems may have an impact on the treatment performance and the composition of the microbial community in the systems, and such knowledge can be used to improve their design and performance.

Evolution of deformation mechanisms and mechanical properties of Ti-3Al-5mo-4.5V alloy with different β phase stability have been systematically investigated. β phase stability alteration is achieved through quenching temperature variation from dual α+β field(700℃) to single β field(880℃). Tensile tests at ambient temperature show that apparent yield strength of the alloy experiences an abrupt decrease followed by a significant increase from 700℃ to 880℃. Work hardening behavior is characterized by transition from the initial two-regime feature to the three-stage outlook. Concurrently, the maximum working hardening rate drops from 14000 mPa to 3000 mPa, which is concurrent with the shrinking volume fraction of primary a phase. Detailed discussion about the relationship between deformation mechanisms and β phase stability has been outlined.
