This article reviews the most recent advances in the development of flexible substrates used as surface-enhanced Ra-man scattering(SERS)platforms for detecting several hazardous materials(e.g.,explosives,pesticides,drugs,and dyes).Different flexible platforms such as papers/filter papers,fabrics,polymer nanofibers,and cellulose fibers have been investigated over the last few years and their SERS efficacies have been *** start with an introduction of the importance of hazardous materials trace detection followed by a summary of different SERS methodologies with par-ticular attention on flexible substrates and their advantages over the nanostructures and nanoparticle-based solid/hybrid *** potential of flexible SERS substrates,in conjunction with a simple portable Raman spectrometer,is the power to enable practical/on-field/point of interest applications primarily because of their low-cost and easy sampling.

This study analyzed the difference between using a downward breaststroke kick and a horizontal breaststroke kick in a sample of world class elite *** compared average muscle activity of the gluteus maximus,quadriceps femoris(vastus medialis and rectus femoris),hamstring/long head of the biceps femoris,gastrocnemius medialis,rectus abdominal,and erector spinae when using the downward breaststroke kick *** find that when this sample of swimmers utilized the downward breaststroke kick,max speed and velocity per stroke increased,measured by 12,788 EmG samples,where the results are highly correlated to duration of the aerodynamic buoyant force in breaststroke kick *** increases in performance observed from measuring the world class elite swimmers is highly correlated to the duration of the kick aerodynamic buoyant *** this sample of elite swimmers,the longer a swimmer demonstrates a buoyant force breaststroke kick,the lower the time in a 100 breaststroke.

Total Electron Content Diurnal and Seasonal Variations and Response to Solar Events at Koudougou Station in Burkina Faso

In this paper, we studied the seasonal behavior of the total electron content (TEC) during a part of solar cycle 24 ascending, maximum and decreasing phases at Koudougou station (Latitude: 12°15'09"N Longitude: 2°21'45"W). Response of TEC to solar recurrent events is presented. The highest values of the TEC in 2014, 2015 and 2016 were recorded on march and October, while in 2013 they were recorded on April and November, corresponding to equinox months. This observation shows that TEC values at the equinoxes are higher than those of solstices. moreover, the monthly TEC varies in phase with the sunspots number showing a linear dependence of the TEC on solar activity. The ionospheric electron contents are generally very low both before noon and during the night, but quite high at noon and after noon. This pattern of TEC variation is due to the fluctuation of incident solar radiation on the Earth’s equatorial ionosphere. During quiet periods, the number of free electrons generated is lower than that generated during recurrent periods, which shows a positive contribution of recurrent activity to the level of the TEC. Investigations have also highlighted a winter anomaly and equinoctial asymmetry in TEC behavior at Koudougou station.

The topological insulators Bi_(2-x)Fe_(x)Se_(3-x)S_(x) have been investigated by the dc-magnetization,magnetotransport and angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy(ARPES)*** doping of Fe and S,a negative giant magneto-resistance(mR)is observed for parallel electric and magnetic fields(H||E).The mR behavior at lower magnetic field can be explained with the semi-classical theory whereas the mR behavior at higher field has been attributed to the axial ***,the system reached to the quantum limit at low magnetic field(~4.5T).The magnetic ordering can be explained with the presence of both the RKKY(surface)and van-Vleck(bulk)*** ARPES study reveals that a surface gap is suppressed when the magnetic ordering changes from ferromagnetic to anti-ferromagnetic *** ARPES study and the appearance of quantum oscillations(SdH)in the resistivity pattern reveal that the topological surface property is preserved with the co-doping of Fe and S.

This study investigates climatic parameters (rainfall, and temperature) over Burkina Faso and the possible role of solar activity and its induced energies. Through morphological investigations, we analyzed solar activity indices (sunspot number, ImF, PC index, Cosmic rays) over the last three solar cycles (1975-2020). Results about interplanetary heating show that joule heating is well correlated with the dynamic pressure of the solar plasma. Climate parameters (rainfall, Temperature) variabilities are modulated by disturbances in solar activity: 1) quiet solar characterized by a drop in solar plasma’s parameters is associated with important cloud cover and consequently bring important rainfall which chills terrestrial atmosphere, 2) active solar characterized by important input energy is associated with weak incident cosmic ray consequently with low cloudiness which brings warming. Thus, the possible natural link can be suggested between solar activity and climatic parameters even if it is not the only factor of global warming.

Seasonal Variations of Solar Wind Parameters during Solar Cycles 23 and 24

In this paper, we analyzed diurnal and annual seasonal variations of solar wind parameters such as interplanetary magnetic field (ImF), proton density (N), solar wind speed (V) and solar wind dynamic pressure (Pdym), during the solar cycles 23 and 24. Our study shows that strong geomagnetic disturbances are observed at the equinoxes during both solar cycles. The highest proton densities are observed at solstices during both solar cycles. The greatest solar wind speeds are observed at the equinoxes of solar cycle 23 and at the solstices of solar cycle 24. The highest solar wind dynamic pressures are observed at the solstices of both solar cycles. We also observed an asymmetrical evolution of the seasonal diurnal values of the solar wind parameters during the two cycles, except for the proton density. Our investigations also highlight the fact that the seasonal diurnal values of the solar wind parameters are significant at solar cycle 23 compared to solar cycle 24 characterized by a global weak in solar plasma conditions since the deep minimum that followed the solar cycle 23 leading to an absence of a persistent polar coronal hole. The drop observed in polar field and solar winds parameters during solar cycle 24 is reproduced on seasons (solstices and equinoxes). The solar cycle 23 and 24 appear to be two magnetically opposite solar cycles regardless the time scales.

Pattern recognition of seismic and mor- phostructural nodes plays an important role in seismic hazard assessment. This is a known fact in seismology that tectonic nodes are prone areas to large earthquake and have this potential. They are identified by morphostructural analysis. In this study, the Alborz region has considered as studied case and locations of future events are forecast based on Kohonen Self-Organized Neural Network. It has been shown how it can predict the location of earthquake, and identifies seismogenic nodes which are prone to earthquake of m5.5＋ at the West of Alborz in Iran by using International Institute Earthquake Engineering and Seismology earthquake catalogs data. First, the main faults and tectonic lineaments have been identified based on mZ （land zoning method） method. After that, by using pattern recognition, we generalized past recorded events to future in order to show the region of probable future earthquakes. In other word, hazardous nodes have determined among all nodes by new catalog generated Self-organizing feature maps （SOFm）. Our input data are extracted from catalog, consists longitude and latitude of past event between 1980-2015 with magnitude larger or equal to 4.5. It has concluded node D1 is candidate for big earthquakes in comparison with other nodes and other nodes are in lower levels of this potential.

In this work,carbon nanosheet（CNS） based electrode was designed for electrochemical biosensing of *** has been obtained by the pyrolysis of barley at 600-750℃ in a muffle furnace：it was then purified and *** CNS has been characterized by scanning electron microscopy（SEm）.X-ray diffraction（XRD） and Raman spectroscopic *** electrochemical activity of CNS-based electrode was investigated by linear sweep vollammetry（LSV） and square wave voltammetry（SWV）,for the oxidation of glucose in 0.001 m H2SO4（pH 6.0）.The linear range of the sensor was found to be 10-4-10-6m（1-100 μm） within the response time of 4 ***,its sensitivity reached as high as 26.002±0.01 μA/μm *** experiments revealed that the proposed electrode offered an excellent electrochemical activity towards the oxidation of glucose and could be applied for the construction of non-enzymatic glucose biosensors.

以土豆淀粉为原料,通过先在400-500℃空气中炭化,再于800℃裂解制备出杏仁状炭（CNA）颗粒,并组装成高灵敏度和选择性的非酶蔗糖传感器。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、原子力和荧光显微镜对样品进行表征。通过循环伏安、微分脉冲伏安法及线性扫描法在酸性溶液中对蔗糖进行电化学检测。结果表明,这种新传感器对蔗糖氧化呈现良好的响应,具有宽的线性范围（R2=0.996 79）,高灵敏度（~41.737 25±0.01μAμm-1·cm-2）、低的检测限（1μmol/L）,高的稳定性及短的响应时间（9 s）。
