A functioning immune system is crucial for protection against disease and illness,yet increasing evidence suggests that species living in urban areas could be suffering from immune suppression,due to the presence of artificial light at night(ALAN).This study examined the effects of ecologically relevant levels of ALAN on three key measures of immune function(haemocyte concentration,lytic activity,and phenoloxidase activity)using a model invertebrate species,the Australian black field cricket,Teleogryllus *** reared crickets under an ecologically relevant daily light‐cycle consisting of 12 hr bright daylight(2600 lx)followed by either 12 h darkness(0 lx)or dim environmentally relevant ALAN(1,10,100 lx),and then assessed immune function at multiple time points throughout adult life using haemolymph *** found that the presence of ALAN had a clear negative effect on haemocytes,while the effects on lytic activity and phenoloxidase activity were more complex or largely unaffected by ***,the effects of lifelong exposure to ALAN of 1 lx were comparable to those of 10 and 100 *** data suggest that the effects of ALAN could be large and widespread,and such reductions in the core immune response of individuals will likely have greater consequences for fitness and survival under more malign conditions,such as those of the natural environment.

Deep phenotyping and genetic characterization of individuals are fundamental to assessing the metabolic status and determining nutrition-specific requirements. This study aimed to ascertain the utmost effectiveness of personalized interventions by aligning dietary adjustments with both the genotype and metabolotype of individuals. Therefore， we assessed here the usefulness of a polygenic score (PGS) characterizing a potential pro-inflammatory profile (PGSi) as a nutrigenetic tool to discern individuals from the Danish PREVENTOmICS cohort that could better respond to precision nutrition (PN) plans， specifically targeted at counteracting the low-grade inflammatory profile typically found in obesity. The cohort followed a PN plan to counteract the pro-inflammatory profile (PNi group) or generic dietary recommendations (Control) for 10 weeks. PGSi was applied for genetic stratification (Low/high). The effects of the intervention on anthropometrics and biomarkers related to inflammatory profile and carbohydrate metabolism were assessed. Around 30% of subjects had a high genetic predisposition to pro-inflammatory status (high-PGSi). These individuals demonstrated the most effective response to the dietary plan， experiencing improved body composition， with significant decreases in body weight (△: -4.84%; p=0.039) and body fat (△: -4.86%; p=0.007)， and beneficial changes in pro- and anti-inflammatory biomarkers， with significant increases in IL-10 (△: 71.3%; p=0.025) and decreases in TNF-α (△: -3.0%; p=0.048)， CRP (△: -31.1%)， ICAm1 (△: -5.8%)， and mCP1 (△: -4.2%) circulating levels， compared to low-PGSi individuals. Both phenotypic and genetic stratification contributed to a better understanding of metabolic heterogeneity in response to diet. This approach allows for refinement of the prediction of individual requirements and potentially for better management of obesity.

本研究以呼伦贝尔市典型草原为研究对象,通过传统地面样方调查和无人机调查,系统研究了“种-面积”关系,确定了典型草原地面与无人机调查的最小调查面积.调查结果表明:1)典型草原的物种数量与调查面积呈非线性关系,“种-面积”关系呈现为S=aln(bA+1).基于组合样方法,至少要包括8个1m^(2)小样方,才能达到涵盖80%物种的目标,基于巢式样法,需要的最小调查面积为8.63m^(2);2)针对典型草原,无人机调查的平均物种发现率为传统地面调查方法的81.7%,无人机可作为地面调查的辅助手段,提高调查的效率;3)在典型草原物种监测中,可选取1个或2个组合样方,并使用无人机进行4~5次随机拍摄作为补充,此时可发现典型草原物种总数的84.7%~88.3%.该方法相对传统的3~5次重复样方调查,代表性更高,调查效率更高.

针对Q500mEZ35厚板在线冷却能力不足难以淬透的问题,对其厚度40 mm钢板进行了试制开发。在冶炼过程中,通过控制S元素质量分数不大于0.002%、加入Ca线和稀土元素Ce等措施,来减小夹杂物尺寸,以提高钢板Z向抗层状撕裂性能。采用低温大形变的精轧工艺,使其析出更多、更细小的(Ti, Nb, V)(C,N)第二相粒子,为后续铁素体相变提供更多的形核位置。通过不同的终冷温度(580~350℃)试验发现,随着终冷温度的降低,C原子长程扩散能力减弱,残余奥氏体的稳定性降低,从而使m/A岛的尺寸减小。同时,铁素体晶粒以切变的方式在位错处形核,并受C的扩散限制而长大,最终形成细小的板条束针状铁素体。当终冷温度在350℃时,钢板主要组织为细小的粒状贝氏体和针状铁素体,冲击性能最好。

Identifying tree locations is a basic step in the derivation of other tree parameters using remote sensing techniques, particularly when using airborne laser scanning. There are several techniques for identifying tree positions. In this paper, we present a raster-based method for determining tree position and delineating crown coverage. We collected data from nine research plots that supported different mixes of species. We applied a raster-based method to raster layers with six different spatial resolutions and used terrestrial measurement data as reference data. Tree identification at a spatial resolution of 1.5 m was demonstrated to be the most accurate, with an average identification ratio (IR) of 95% and average detection ratio of 68% being observed. At a higher spatial resolution of 0.5 m, IR was overestimated by more than 600%. At a lower spatial resolution of 3 m, IR was underestimated at less than 44% of terrestrial measurements. The inventory process was timed to enable evaluation of the time efficiency of automatic methods.

Effects of excluded volume of nucleons on nuclear matter are studied, and the nuclear properties that follow from different relativistic mean-field model parametrizations are compared. We show that, for all tested parametrizations, the resulting volume energy al and the symmetry energy J are around the acceptable values of 16 meV and 30 meV, and the density symmetry L is around 100 meV. On the other hand, models that consider only linear terms lead to incompressibility Ko much higher than expected. For most parameter sets there exists a critical point （pc, δc）, where the minimum and the maximum of the equation of state are coincident and the incompressibility equals zero. This critical point depends on the excluded volume parameter r. If this parameter is larger than 0.5 fm, there is no critical point and the pure neutron matter is predicted to be bound. The maximum value for neutron star mass is 1.85m⊙, which is in agreement with the mass of the heaviest observed neutron star 4U0900-40 and corresponds to r = 0.72 fm. We also show that the light neutron star mass （1.2m⊙） is obtained for r ≌ 0.9 fro.
