Using a bidentate ligand, a Schiff base 4-（{[（Z）-（2-hydroxyphenyl）methyldene]amino}methyl）cyclohexanecarboxylic acid, complex I（mL2, where m = Cd（Ⅱ）） was synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group C2/c, m_r = 685.04, 0.34 mm × 0.26 mm × 0.14 mm, a = 54.050（3）, b = 6.1220（3）, c = 9.5081（5） A, β = 90.229（2）°, Z = 4, C_（30） H_（40） CdN_2 O_9 and V = 3146.2（3） A^3. Complex I was screened for its bactericidal activity against four bacterial strains Chromohalobactersalexigens, Chromohalobacterisraelensis, Halomonashalofila and Halomonassalina and fungicidal activity against Aspergillusnigerand Aspergillusflavus. Antimicrobial activity results showed that the synthesized complex displayed good anti-fungal activity against two fungal strains. It was found to be inactive against four different bacterial strains analyzed and was negative for bactericidal effect.

Electromagnetic signals in deep reservoir are very weak so that it is difficult to predict about the presence of hydrocarbon in seabed logging(SBL) *** the present work,mn0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 nanoferrites were prepared by a sol–gel technique at different sintering temperatures of450 °C,650 °C and 850 °C to increase the strength of electromagnetic(Em) ***,FESEm,Raman spectroscopy and HRTEm were used to analyze the phase,surface morphology and size of the *** properties of the nanoferrites were also measured using an impedance network ***,nanoferrites sintered at 850 °C with initial permeability of 200 and Q factor of 50 were used as magnetic feeders with the Em *** scale experiments were performed to investigate the effect of magnetic field strength in scale *** and mATLAB softwares were also used to confirm the oil presence in scale *** was observed that the magnitude of the Em waves for the antenna was increased up to 233%.Finally,the correlation values also show 208% increase in the magnetic field strength with the presence of the ***,antenna with mn0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 nanoferrites based magnetic feeders can be used for deep water and deep target hydrocarbon exploration.

The novel coronavirus disease,coined as COVID-19,is a murderous and infectious disease initiated from Wuhan,*** killer disease has taken a large number of lives around the world and its dynamics could not be controlled so *** this article,the spatio-temporal compartmental epidemic model of the novel disease with advection and diffusion process is projected and *** counteract these types of diseases or restrict their spread,mankind depends upon mathematical modeling and medicine to reduce,alleviate,and anticipate the behavior of disease *** existence and uniqueness of the solution for the proposed system are ***,the solution to the considered system is made possible in a well-known functions *** this purpose,a Banach space of function is chosen and the solutions are optimized in the closed and convex subset of the *** essential explicit estimates for the solutions are investigated for the associated auxiliary *** numerical solution and its analysis are the crux of this ***,the consistency,stability,and positivity are the indispensable and core properties of the compartmental models that a numerical design must *** this end,a nonstandard finite difference numerical scheme is developed to find the numerical solutions which preserve the structural properties of the continuous *** m-matrix theory is applied to prove the positivity of the *** results for the consistency and stability of the design are also presented in this *** plausibility of the projected scheme is indicated by an appropriate *** simulations are also exhibited to conclude the results.

Objective:To evaluate the anti-hyperglycemic potential of sinigrin using in *** silico and in riro streptozotocin(STZ) induced hyperglycemic zebrafish ***:The in vitro enzyme inhibition assay was carried out to determine the IC_(50) value against α-glucosidase and α-*** silico molecular docking was performed against both enzymes with PyRx tool and simulations were performed using GROmACS *** was induced in zebrafishes using three intraperitoneal injections on alternating days for one week at 350mg/kg of *** fishes were treated intraperitoncally with 50.100 and 150 mg of sinigrin/kg of body weight for 24 h and glucose levels were ***:The sinigrin showed very strong inhibition against α-glucosidase and α-amylase with 0.248 and0.00124 μm while reference drug acarbose showed IC_(50) value of 73.0700 and 0.0017 μm against α-glucosidase and α-amylase,*** analysis revealed that sinigrin has the mixed type mode of inhibition against α-*** docking results revealed its strong binding affinity with α-glucosidase(-10.00 Kcal/mol) and α-amylase(-8.10 Kcal/mol).Simulations graphs confirmed its stability against both *** hyperglycemic zebrafishes most significant(Pmg/*** significant reduction of glucose was observed at 100 mg/kg and no any significant reduction of glucose was measured at 50 mg/***:It can be evident from the present results that sinigrin has potent anti-hyperglycemic activity and it may prove to be effective treatment for the hyperglycemia.

Badminton is one of the world's most popular racquet sports,demanding motor skills such as agility and vertical jump mainly for striking a *** study compared the effects of four weeks of plyometric training and electromyostimulation of knee extensor and ankle plantar flexor muscles on agility,30-m sprint,lower limb explosive power and jumping ability amongst badminton ***-level badminton players(n=90)were randomly allocated into three groups:plyometric(PG),electromyostimulation(EG)and control group(CG),each with 30 ***-to-Groups Pretest-Posttest Design with two experimental(plyometric and electromyostimulation)groups and a control group was *** plyometric training was carried out two times/week while the EmS training was four times/week for four *** control group did not receive any *** three groups continued their general badminton training throughout the *** were assessed for agility,a 30-m sprint,a standing broad jump and a vertical jump height before and after four weeks.A significant improvement(p=0.01)in 30-m sprint time was observed(3.83%)in PG as compared to *** ability was significantly improved in both the PG and EG in comparison to the controls(4.45%,p=0.003 for PG and 3.95%,p=0.048 for EG).No significant improvement was found in agility and lower limb explosive power in either of the PG or EG groups in comparison to the *** training showed significant improvement in sprint time and jumping ability,whereas electromyostimulation training showed significant improvement only in jumping ability.

Water is the main factor for the healthy life of *** of the main negative effects of climate change is the increasing scarcity of water that is lethal for ***,for water deficit regions(arid and semi-arid),drought is the main factor responsible for low production of agriculture,especially for *** efforts have been and are being made to find alternatives to water saving *** study aimed to examine the effects of partial rhizosphere drying(PRD,half of the root system irrigated at one event,and the other half irrigated in the next event,and so on)with and/or without various mulching treatments on physiological and biochemical traits of *** explore this objective,we laid out experiments in completely randomized design with factorial arrangement in the Islamia University of Bahawalpur,Pakistan in *** factors included were four mulching treatments(m0,no mulching;m1,black plastic mulching;m2,wheat straw mulching;and m3,cotton sticks mulching)and two irrigation levels(I0,control(full irrigation);and I1,PRD).Fisher's analysis of variance among means of treatments was compared using least significant difference test at 5% probability *** revealed that the maximum plant height,leaf area,leaf gas exchange(photosynthetic rate and stomata conductance),chlorophyll,proline and total sugar contents,and enzyme activities were higher under m2 than under other three mulching *** for irrigation levels,higher values of plant height,photosynthesis and water related parameters(leaf water potential,leaf osmotic potential,leaf turgor potential,etc.)were *** of total sugar and proline and activities of antioxidant enzymes were significantly higher in PRD-treated plants than in control *** was concluded that combined application of PRD and mulching was more effective than the rest of the treatments used in the *** study can be conducted in the field by applying irrigation water in alternate row
