Liquid hydrogen storage and transportation is an effective method for large-scale transportation and utilization of hydrogen energy. revealing the flow mechanism of cryogenic working fluid is the key to optimize heat exchanger structure and hydrogen liquefaction process(LH2). The methods of cryogenic visualization experiment, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are conducted to study the falling film flow characteristics with the effect of co-current gas flow in LH2spiral wound heat *** results show that the flow rate of mixed refrigerant has a great influence on liquid film spreading process, falling film flow pattern and heat transfer performance. The liquid film of LH2mixed refrigerant with column flow pattern can not uniformly and completely cover the tube wall surface. As liquid flow rate increases, the falling film flow pattern evolves into sheet-column flow and sheet flow, and liquid film completely covers the surface of tube wall. With the increase of shear effect of gas-phase mixed refrigerant in the same direction, the liquid film gradually becomes unstable, and the flow pattern eventually evolves into a mist flow.

In relation to the Shifu road Station project on Line 4 of the Shenyang metro in China,a small-pipe roof-beam method for constructing subway stations is ***,a numerical simulation was performed to optimize the supporting parameters of the proposed method and determine the design ***,the deformation of the pipe roof and surface settlement during the construction process were ***,the surface settlement attributed to the excavation was studied through field monitoring,and the proposed method was compared with other *** results show that an increase in the pipe-roof spacing has little effect on the surface settlement and piperoof *** bearing capacity of the pipe roof can be efficiently utilized once the flexural stiffness reaches 2EI,and the flexural stiffness is not the dominant factor controlling the *** essential stages in controlling surface settlement are the excavations of the transverse pilot tunnels and the soil between *** final settlement value of the ground was 24.1 mm,resulting in a reduction in the construction period by at least five months while satisfying the control requirements.

Soil acidifications become one of the main causes restricting the sustainable development of agriculture and causing issues of agricultural product *** order to explore the effect of different acidification on soil cadmium(Cd)availability,soil pot culture and hydroponic(soil potting solution extraction)were applied,and non-invasive micro-test technique(NmT)was *** three different soil acidification processes were simulated,including direct acidification by adding sulfuric acid(AP1),acid rain acidification(AP2)by adding artificial simulated acid rain and excessive fertilization acidification by adding(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)(AP3).The results showed that for direct acidification(AP1),DTPA-Cd concentration in field soils in Liaoning(S1)and Zhejiang(S2)increased by 0.167-0.217 mg/kg and 0.181-0.346 mg/kg,respectively,compared with control *** soil pH decreased by 0.45 units in S1,the Cd content of rice stems,leaves and roots increased by 0.48 to 6.04 mg/kg and 2.58 to 12.84mg/kg,respectively,When the pH value of soil S1 and S2 decreased by 0.20 units,the average velocity of Cd^(2+)at 200μm increased by 10.03-33.11 pmol/cm~2/sec and 21.33-52.86pmol/cm^(2)/sec,respectively,and followed the order of AP3>AP2>*** summary,different acidification measures would improve the effectiveness of Cd,under the same pH reduction condition,fertilization acidification increased Cd availability most significantly.

Developing accurate and sensitive DNA methyltransferase(mTase) analysis methods is essential for early clinical diagnosis and development of antimicrobial drug targets. In this work, by coupling WO_(3-x) dotsencapsulated metal-organic frameworks(mOFs) as co-reactants and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase(Td T)-mediated template-free branched polymerization, a dual signal-amplified electrochemiluminescent(ECL) biosensor was constructed to detect DNA adenine methylation(Dam) mTase. The employment of WO_(3-x) dots-encapsulated mOFs(i.e., NH_(2)-UIO66@WO_(3-x) ) was not only beneficial for biomolecule conjugation because of the abundant amino groups but also led to a 7-fold enhanced ECL response due to the increased loading of WO_(3-x). moreover, Td T-mediated template-free branched polymerization promoted the capture of ECL emitters on the electrode surface, achieving 20-fold enhanced signal amplification. The presented ECL biosensor demonstrated a low detection limit of 2.4 × 10^(-4)U/m L, and displayed high reliability for the detection of Dam mTase in both spiked human serum and E. coli cell samples, and for the screening of potential inhibitors. This study opens a new avenue for designing a dual signal amplificationbased ECL bioassay for Dam mTase and screening inhibitors in the fields of clinical diagnosis and drug development.

Objective Keshan disease(KD)is a myocardial mitochondrial disease closely related to insufficient selenium(Se)and protein *** induced putative kinase 1(PINK1)/Parkin mediated mitochondrial autophagy regulates various physiological and pathological processes in the *** study aimed to elucidate the relationship between PINK1/Parkin-regulated mitochondrial autophagy and KD-related myocardial *** A low Se and low protein animal model was *** hundred Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups(control group,low Se group,low protein group,low Se+low protein group,and corn from KD area group).The JC-1 method was used to detect the mitochondrial membrane potential(mmP).ELISA was used to detect serum creatine kinase mB(CK-mB),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),and mitochondrial-glutamicoxalacetic transaminase(m-GOT)***-PCr and Western blot analysis were used to detect the expression of PINK1,Parkin,sequestome 1(P62),and microtubule-associated proteins1A/1B light chain 3B(mAP1LC3B).results The mmP was significantly decreased and the activity of CK-mB,cTnI,and m-GOT significantly increased in each experimental group(low Se group,low protein group,low Se+low protein group and corn from KD area group)compared with the control group(Pr all).The mrNA and protein expression levels of PINK1,Parkin and mAP1LC3B were profoundly increased,and those of P62 markedly decreased in the experimental groups compared with the control group(Pr all).Conclusion Low Se and low protein levels exacerbate myocardial damage in KD by affecting the PINK1/Parkin-mediated mitochondrial autophagy pathway.

Optical remote sensing has been widely used to study internal solitary waves(ISWs).Wind speed has an important effect on ISW imaging of optical remote *** light and dark bands of ISWs cannot be observed by optical remote sensing when the wind is too *** relationship between the characteristics of ISWs bands in optical remote sensing images and the wind speed is still *** influence of wind speeds on the characteristics of the ISWs bands is investigated based on the physical simulation experiments with the wind speeds of 1.6,3.1,3.5,3.8,and 3.9 m/*** experimental results show that when the wind speed is 3.9 m/s,the ISWs bands cannot be observed in optical remote sensing images with the stratification of h_(1)∶h_(2)=7∶58,ρ_(1)∶ρ_(2)=1∶*** the wind speeds are 3.1,3.5,and 3.8 m/s,which is lower than 3.9 m/s,the ISWs bands can be obtained in the simulated optical remote sensing *** location of the band’s dark and light extremum and the band’s peak-to-peak spacing are almost not affected by wind ***-significant wind speeds can cause a greater gray difference of the light-dark *** provided a scientific basis for further understanding of ISW optical remote sensing imaging.

Dynamic response mechanism and precursor characteristics of gneiss rockburst under different initial burial depths

To investigate the influence mechanism of geostress on rockburst characteristics,three groups of gneiss rockburst experiments were conducted under different initial geostress conditions.A high-speed photography system and acoustic emission(AE)monitoring system were used to monitor the entire rockburst process in real *** experimental results show that when the initial burial depth increases from 928 m to 1320 m,the proportion of large fracture scale in rockburst increases by 154.54%,and the AE energy increases by 565.63%,reflecting that the degree and severity of rockburst increase with the increase of burial *** then,two mechanisms are proposed to explain this effect,including(i)the increase of initial geostress improves the energy storage capacity of gneiss,and then,the excess energy which can be converted into kinetic energy of debris ejection increases,consequently,a more pronounced violent ejection phenomenon is observed at rockburst;(ii)the increase of initial geostress causes more sufficient plate cracks of gneiss after unloading ofσh,which provides a basis for more severe ejection of ***’s more,a precursor with clear physical meaning for rockburst is proposed under the framework of dynamic response process of crack ***,potential value in long term rockburst warning of the precursor obtained in this study is shown via the comparison of conventional precursor.
