Background:Polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)is a heterogeneous and complex reproductive endocrinological disease that could lead to *** were many attempts to classify PCOS but it remains unclear whether there is a specific subgroup of PCOS that is associated with the best or worst reproductive outcomes of assisted reproductive techniques(ART).methods:Infertile PCOS patients who underwent their first cycle of in vitro fertilization(IVF)in West China Second University Hospital,Sichuan University from January 2019 to December 2021 were *** clinical and laboratory information of each individual were *** cluster analysis was *** ovarian stimulation parameters and reproductive outcomes were collected and compared between the different clusters of ***:Our analysis clustered women with PCOS into"reproductive","metabolic",and"balanced"clusters based on nine *** group was characterized by high levels of testosterone(T),sex hormone-binding globulin(SHBG),follicular stimulation hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and anti-müllerian hormone(AmH).metabolic group was characterized by high levels of body mass index(BmI),fasting insulin,and fasting *** group was characterized by low levels of the aforementioned reproductive and metabolic parameters,except for *** with PCOS patients in reproductive and balanced clusters,those in metabolic cluster had lower rates of good quality day 3 embryo and blastocyst ***,PCOS patients in the reproductive cluster had greater fresh embryo transfer(ET)cancelation rate and clinical pregnancy rate after fresh ET than metabolic cluster(odds ratio[OR]=3.37,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.77-6.44,and OR=6.19,95%CI:1.58-24.24,respectively).And compared with PCOS of metabolic cluster,PCOS of balanced cluster also had higher chance for fresh ET cancelation(OR=2.83,95%CI:1.26-6.35).Conclusion:Our study suggested that PCOS patients in met

Periodic structures structured as photonic crystals and optical lattices are fascinating for nonlinear waves engineering in the optics and ultracold atoms ***éphotonic and optical lattices—two-dimensional twisted patterns lie somewhere in between perfect periodic structures and aperiodic ones—are a new emerging investigative tool for studying nonlinear localized waves of diverse ***,a theory of two-dimensional spatial localization in nonlinear periodic systems with fractional-order diffraction(linear nonlocality)and moiréoptical lattices is ***,the flat-band feature is well preserved in shallow moiréoptical lattices which,interact with the defocusing nonlinearity of the media,can support fundamental gap solitons,bound states composed of several fundamental solitons,and topological states(gap vortices)with vortex charge s=1 and 2,all populated inside the finite gaps of the linear Bloch-wave *** the linear-stability analysis and direct perturbed simulations,the stability and instability properties of all the localized gap modes are surveyed,highlighting a wide stability region within the first gap and a limited one(to the central part)for the third *** findings enable insightful studies of highly localized gap modes in linear nonlocality(fractional)physical systems with shallow moirépatterns that exhibit extremely flat bands.

In-situ electron irradiation and aging are applied to introduce high-density precipitates in an mg-10Gd-3Y-1Zn-0.5Zr(GWZ1031K,wt.%)alloy to improve the *** results show that the hardness of the mg alloy after irradiation for 10 h and aging for 9 h at 250℃ is 1.64 GPa,which is approximately 64% higher than that of the samples before being *** is mainly attributed to γ'precipitates on the basal plane after irradiation and the high-density nanoscale β'precipitates on the prismatic plane after aging,which should be closely related to the irradiation-induced homogenous *** latter plays a key role in precipitation *** result paves a way to improve the mechanical properties of metallic materials by tailoring the precipitation through irradiation and aging.

We consider the locally self-injective property of the product FI^(m) of category FI of finite sets and ***,we prove that the external tensor product commutes with the coinduction functor,and hence preserves injective *** corollaries,every projective FI^(m)-module over a field of characteristic O is injective,and the Serre quotient of the category of finitely generated FI^(m)-modules by the category of finitely generated torsion FI^(m)-modules is equivalent to the category of finite-dimensional FI^(m)-modules.

The study of non-axisymmetric fuel dispersal and detonation can provide reference for the prevention of industrial cloud explosion accidents and the design of fuel air explosive(FAE).The concentration and detonation fields of 85 kg cylindrical and fan-shaped fuel are investigated by experiments and numerical simulations.A dynamic model of the whole process for fuel dispersal and detonation is *** concentration distribution of fuel is used as the initial condition to calculate the detonation stage,thus solving the initial value problem of detonation *** phase and component changes of fuel cloud at different locations are *** fuel cloud is divided into directions of 0°,90°,135°and 180°.The results show that the maximum cloud radius is 20.94 m in 135°and the minimum is 12.04 m in 0°.The diameter of the detonation fireball is 53.6 m,and the peak temperature is 3455 *** highest peak overpressure is 3.44 mPa in 0°and the lowest is 2.97 mPa in 135°.The proportion of liquid phase in 0°is22.90%,and the fuel loss is 11.8% and 9% higher than that in 135°and cylindrical charge,*** stable propagation distance of blast wave in 135°is 42.50% longer than 0°and 28.37% longer than cylindrical charge.

The surface integrity of metal micro-hole structures produced by electrochemical discharge machining is unsatisfactory owing to the insufficient reaction area and strength of electrolysis action.A novel ultrahigh-speed Rotary Electrochemical Discharge machining(R-ECDm)using non-water-based electrolyte is proposed to improve surface integrity by changing the breakdown medium of spark discharge and increasing the reaction area and strength of electrolysis.A mathematical model was developed to establish the relationship between rotational speed and forces acting on the *** on the magnitude of forces,controlling rotational speed changed the behavior and departure radius of bubbles on the cathode ***-speed photographs validate that,in the mathematical model,the number and departure radius of bubbles on the cathode surface gradually decrease with the increase of rotational *** experimental results show that the roughness(Ra)of the micro-hole sidewall decreases from 2.54μm to 0.20μm when the rotational speed increases from 500 r/min to 40000 r/*** length loss and wear ratio of the cathode are only 9.75μm and 6.5%,***,the micro-holes array with recast-free and surface roughness of 0.20μm is fabricated,demonstrating that the proposed approach contributes to improving surface integrity of metal micro-holes.

A COUPLED mETHOD COmBINING CROUZEIX-RAVIART NONCONFORmING AND NODE CONFORmING FINITE ELEmENT SPACES FOR BOIT CONSOLIDATION mODEL

In transitional economies characterized by digital finance and uncertainty, the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impact on enterprise performance has become a core issue in the sustainable development of enterprises. The existing literature does not pay attention to the simultaneous existence of digital finance and economic policy uncertainty in transition countries such as China. This paper introduces ESG as intangible capital into the Cobb–Douglas production function, considers the impact of digital finance and economic policy uncertainty, establishes a theoretical analysis framework, and empirically tests the impact of ESG on enterprise performance using panel data of 1688 listed companies in China from 2011 to 2020. The results reveal that ESG promotes enterprise performance; digital finance strengthens the positive impact of ESG on enterprise performance, and increased economic policy uncertainty strengthens the positive moderating effect of digital finance. Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the impact of ESG on enterprise performance and the moderating effect of digital finance are significant in both the eastern region and the central and western regions, but the former performs better when economic policy uncertainty increases. The research conclusion provides a policy reference for selecting appropriate digital finance policies to promote the sustainable development of enterprises with ESG as the core. © 2023 ERP Environment and John Wiley & Sons Ltd.
