An experiment aimed to investigate the two-proton(2p) decay of the previously unknown nucleus ^(30)Ar was performed at GSI. By tracking the decay products in-flight with silicon micro-strip detectors, the 2p decays of ^(30)Ar were observed for the first time. For the calibration purpose, 2p decays of ^(19)mg were also remeasured by tracking the coincident ^(17)Ne+p+p trajectories. By comparing the measured angular p-17 Ne correlations with those obtained from the corresponding monte Carlo simulations,the simultaneous 2p decay of ^(19)mg ground state and the sequential 2p emission of several known excited states of ^(19)mg were confirmed. One new excited state in ^(19)mg and two new excited states in ^(18)Na were observed.

metastases of uveal melanoma(Um)spread predominantly to the *** to low response rates to systemic therapies,liver-directed therapies(LDT)are commonly used for tumor *** impact of LDT on the response to systemic treatment is unknown.A total of 182 patients with metastatic Um treated with immune checkpoint blockade(ICB)were included in this *** were recruited from prospective skin cancer centers and the German national skin cancer registry(ADOReg)of the German Dermatologic Cooperative Oncology Group(DeCOG).Two cohorts were compared:patients with LDT(cohort A,n=78)versus those without LDT(cohort B,n=104).Data were analyzed for response to treatment,progression-free survival(pfS),and overall survival(OS).The median OS was significantly longer in cohort A than in cohort B(20.1 vs.13.8 months;P=0.0016)and a trend towards improved pfS was observed for cohort A(3.0 vs.2.5 months;P=0.054).The objective response rate to any ICB(16.7%vs.3.8%,P=0.0073)and combined ICB(14.1%vs.4.5%,P=0.017)was more favorable in cohort *** data suggest that the combination of LDT with ICB may be associated with a survival benefit and higher treatment response to ICB in patients with metastatic Um.

A combined conduction and radiation heat transfer model was used to simulate the heat transfer within wafer and investigate the effect of thermal transport properties on temperature non-uniformity within wafer surface. It is found that the increased conductivities in both doped and undoped regions help reduce the temperature difference across the wafer surface. However, the doped layer conductivity has little effect on the overall temperature distribution and difference. The temperature level and difference on the top surface drop suddenly when absorption coefficient changes from 104 to 103 m-1. When the absorption coefficient is less or equal to 103 m-1, the temperature level and difference do not change much. The emissivity has the dominant effect on the top surface temperature level and difference. Higher surface emissivity can easily increase the temperature level of the wafer surface. After using the improved property data, the overall temperature level reduces by about 200 K from the basis case. The results will help improve the current understanding of the energy transport in the rapid thermal processing and the wafer temperature monitor and control level.

依托建筑社会学研究范式,对移动建筑的历史发展进行技术、社会、环境三维视野下的“社会—空间”交互式研究。文章重点对移动建筑发展史中的技术流变与生活形塑展开论述,探讨了移动建筑的历史演进与社会变迁的关联,归纳并阐释了传统游牧与人工建造、现代游牧与机器生产、当代游牧与数字智能三个发展阶段特征。基于该研究过程,文章认为在当今新技术环境和新社会生活形态背景下,移动建筑正走向有别于传统游牧文化、回应于社会变化的“新游牧主义”的发展道路。文章最终提出移动建筑研究应面向更为广泛综合的“移动建筑学”,并在实践中建立“移动建筑社会设计观”。

A finite-difference algorithm is proposed for numerical modeling of hydrodynamic flows with rarefaction shocks, in which the fluid undergoes a jump-like liquid-gas phase transition. This new type of flow discontinuity, unexplored so far in computational fluid dynamics, arises in the approximation of phase-flip(pf) hydrodynamics, where a highly dynamic fluid is allowed to reach the innermost limit of metastability at the spinodal, upon which an instantaneous relaxation to the full phase equilibrium(EQ) is assumed. A new element in the proposed method is artificial kinetics of the phase transition, represented by an artificial relaxation term in the energy equation for a "hidden"component of the internal energy, temporarily withdrawn from the fluid at the moment of the pf transition. When combined with an appropriate variant of artificial viscosity in the Lagrangian framework, the latter ensures convergence to exact discontinuous solutions, which is demonstrated with several test cases.
